    Acosmetides trigentis (Wang, Bian & Shi, 2016) gen. et comb. nov. Acosmetura trigentis Wang, Bian & Shi, 2016: 390. Remarks The original description of the species is exact and the figure is clear (Wang P. et al. 2016). Based on the male tenth abdominal tergite with a notch in the middle of the posterior margin and the middle lobe of the subgenital plate distinct, the species should belong to the genus Acosmetides gen. nov. Note The Chinese name of the species is 三Ẍffi异ffl尾ễ (San Tu Ni Yi Shi Wei Zhong).     Genus <i>Pseudophlugiolopsis</i> gen. nov. <p> <b>Generic diagnosis.</b> Body small. Fastigium verticis conical, apex rounded. Apical segment of maxillary palpus slightly longer than subapical one, apex swollen, truncate. Pronotum slightly elongate; lateral lobe longer than deep, posterior margin oblique, humeral sinus absent. Tegmina short, surpassing posterior margin of pronotum. Fore tibial tympana open on both sides. Male ninth abdominal tergite with posterior margin slightly protruding backwards; tenth abdominal tergite prolonged posteriorly, with a pair of long processes on posterior margin; cerci somewhat long; styli slender; genitalia membranous.     An autoethnography on Diaohua Chang / Wang Lei

    This dissertation focuses on an autoethnographical account of Diaohua Chang in Kuala Lumpur with a case study at three nightclubs. Diaohua Chang is a live-singing performance of Chinese popular songs common to venues such as open-air food court and night clubs. The present research studied Diaohua Chang at nightclub setting. The selected nightclubs host Diaohua Chang, a live singing performance on a stage in a Karaoke Pub setting. There is a serious lack of studies on Diaohua Chang. Related past literature such as Tan (1984), Chang (2014) and Chin (2015) described the cultural elements of the sing-song performances of Getai and Hua Chang, however most are from an outsider perspective. In this study, the author explored the very much female dominated Diaohua Chang from an insider and male perspective in an auto-ethnographical tradition.     Genus Macrocosmetura gen. nov. urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act: BD653BDD-C0CC-495F-A4E1-718935D49C86 Type species Macrocosmetura truncata gen. et sp. nov. Diagnosis The new genus resembles the genus Acosmetides gen. nov., but differs from it in the following characters: male and female ninth abdominal tergite markedly elongated ventrally, and tenth abdominal tergite extended backwards in both sexes with a concavity in the middle of the posterior margin. Etymology The name of the new genus is derived from the Greek ʻ macr -ʼ, meaning ʻlargeʼ or ʻlongʼ, and the genus name Cosmetura. The Chinese name of the genus is kffl尾ễh (Da Shi Wei Zhong Shu). Generic characters Body small, robust, comparatively large for the related genera. Fastigium verticis conical, apex rounded, furrowed dorsally. Eyes globular. Apical segment of maxillary palpus longer than subapical one, apical area inflated, apex truncate. Pronotum elongated backwards, posterior area of lateral lobe tapering. Ninth abdominal tergite with lateral surfaces protruding ventrally, apices finger-shaped; tenth abdominal tergite expanded backwards.     Sinocyrtaspis angustisulca Chang, Bian & Shi, 2012 (Fig. 4, Map 1) Sinocyrtaspis angustisulcus Chang Bian & Shi, 2012, Zootaxa, 3495: 85. Holotype: male; type locality: Badagongshan, Sangzhi, Hunan; location of type specimen: the Museum of Hebei University. Male of this species was also reported by Chang et al. (2012). The original description and photographs are very clear. Description of Female. Anterior margin of pronotum almost straight while posterior margin arc-shaped and metazona not raised; lateral lobe slightly narrow at metazona, humeral sinus absent (Fig. 4B). Posterior margin of 9th abdominal tergite arc-shaped concave, lateral margins extending posteriorly. 10th abdominal tergite somewhat prolonged posteriorly, faintly concave on posterior margin (Fig. 4E). Cercus conical, apex obtusely rounded. Ovipositor moderately bent dorsad, basal area robust and apex acute, dorsal and ventral margins smooth (Fig. 4C, F). Subgenital plate slightly trapezoidal, concave dorsally in the midline, narrow at apex, posterior margin gently concave (Fig. 4D). Coloration. Body yellowish brown, green when alive. Lateral margins of disc of pronotum with 1 longitudinal blackish brown stripe respectively and dorsal surface of abdomen with 1 longitudinal light brown stripe in the midline. All claws and apices of dorsal spines of hind tibiae blackish brown. All tarsi green. This is the first description of a female of the species. Measurements (mm). Body: ♀ 10.5–11.3; pronotum: ♀ 4.2–4.5; hind femora: ♀ 9.0–9.3; ovipositor: 6.1–6.2. Material examined. Holotype: ♂, Badagongshan, Sangzhi, Hunan, China, 14 August, 2011, coll. Fuming Shi.     <i>Neocyrtopsides platycata</i> (Shi & Zheng, 1994) gen. et comb. nov. <p> <i>Phlugiolopsis platycata</i> Shi & Zheng, 1994: 44, 46 (English).</p> <p> <i>Acosmetura platycata</i> – Liu <i>et al.</i> 2008: 764.</p> <p> <i>Neocyrtopsis</i> (<i>Paraneocyrtopsis</i>) <i>platycata</i> – Wang H.J. <i>et al.</i> 2013: 182.</p> Remarks <p> The species was described by Shi & Zheng (1994) on the basis of a single specimen (holotype) collected in Emeishan (Sichuan). Later, in 2011, we collected many specimens of the species from the type locality. Wang H.J. <i>et al.</i> (2013) determined the species should be placed in the genus <i>Neocyrtopsis</i> Liu & Zhang, 2007 because of the morphology of the male tenth abdominal tergite and genitalia. However, after the species <i>Neocyrtopsides bispina</i> gen. et sp. nov. was discovered, it should be placed in the new genus because they differ from the genus <i>Neocyrtopsis</i> in the male epiproct, the tenth abdominal tergite, the genitalia and the subgenital plate morphology.     Measuring and analyzing German and Spanish customer satisfaction of using the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud service

    This paper presents the customer satisfaction analysis for measuring popularity in the Mobile Cloud, which is an emerging area in the Cloud and Big Data Computing. Organizational Sustainability Modeling (OSM) is the proposed method used in this research. The twelve-month of German and Spanish consumer data are used for the analysis to investigate the return and risk status associated with the ratings of customer satisfaction in the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud services. Results show that there is a decline in the satisfaction ratings in Germany and Spain due to economic downturn and competitions in the market, which support our hypothesis. Key outputs have been explained and they confirm that all analysis and interpretations fulfill the criteria for OSM. The use of statistical and visualization method proposed by OSM can expose unexploited data and allows the stakeholders to understand the status of return and risk of their Cloud strategies easier than the use of other data analysis
