No full textW badaniach określono możliwość substytuowania podłoży z włókien mineralnych, stosowanych w uprawach bezglebowych włóknami ligniny i celulozy pochodzącymi z odpadów masy łapanej i zrębków z rozdrobnionej papierówki Zakładów Celulozy i Papieru ‘Celuloza’ w Świeciu. W doświadczeniu z pomidorem przyjęto metodykę różnicowania podłoża przy tym samym nawożeniu mineralnym. Określono wpływ podłoża na rozwój roślin oraz podatność na utlenianie włókien lignino-celulozowych. Podano sposób zagospodarowania zużytych podłoży organicznych.Possibilites of substitution of mineral fibre substratum widely used in soil less cultivations with waste lignin and cellulose in tomato cultivation were studied. The catched waste appeared to be a better substratum than the mineral one. In addition, management of the used-up organic substrata by composting with biological activator of ligno-cellulosic fibres degradation was described

Rodzi to potrzebę skutecznej komunikacji, która zwiększałaby tę świadomość i niwelowała nieufność. Celem badań przedstawionych w tym artykule było określenie, w jaki sposób spółki notowane na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie wykorzystują swoje strony internetowe do komunikowania działań z zakresu CSR. Badania oparto na analizie stron internetowych i zamieszczonych na nich dokumentów. Główne wyniki wskazują, że najważniejszym czynnikiem różnicującym wykorzystanie stron internetowych w komunikacji CSR była wielkość przedsiębiorstwa
Four Clusters o fThought on Flood Resilience and Climate Adaptation: The state of the art and new directions for spatial planning
No full textThe need to respond to increasing flood risk, climate change, and rapid urban development has shaped innovative policies and practices of spatial planning in many countries over recent decades. As an instrumental–technical intervention, planning is mainly used to improve the physical environment (through concepts such as regulating waterproof facades of architecture, setting buffering zones, and designing green-blue corridors). However, the implementation of the proposed physical interventions is often challenging and necessitates assistance from practices such as climate assessment, policy disciplines, civil societies, and economic resources. These extensive perspectives have spawned many new research domains in the realm of spatial planning. This chapter provides a review of the recent developments in flood resilience, risk management, and climate adaptation; based on this, it positions planning research and practice within these works of literature. Four clusters of thought are identified, mainly in the European and American scholarship of the last two decades. They are environmental concerns, disaster management concerns, socio-economic concerns, and institutional concerns. Current planning research concentrates on disaster management in the underlying belief that planning is functionally efficient. The attention to environmental concerns, socio-economic concerns, and institutional concerns of planning research remains insufficient but has been growing. This, in turn, enlarges the scope of planning research and indicates future directions for study. These new concerns relate to spatial planning’s ability to operate effectively in a multi-sectoral setting, despite limited resources and in the face of uncertain risk.Spatial Planning and Strateg

No full textWe construct a 3+-summable spectral triple over the quantum group SUq(2) which is equivariant with respect to a left and a right action of Uq(su(2)). The geometry is isospectral to the classical case since the spectrum of the operator D is the same as that of the usual Dirac operator on the 3-dimensional round sphere. The presence of an equivariant real structure J demands a modification in the axiomatic framework of spectral geometry, whereby the commutant and first-order properties need be satisfied only modulo infinitesimals of arbitrary high order
