Cyclingtourism Product Development in Olaine Region
No full textBakalaura darba tēma ir „Velotūrisma produkta izstrāde Olaines novadā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt velotūrisma piedāvājumu Olaines reģionā un izstrādāt velomaršrutu vietējiem iedzīvotājiem, balstoties uz pašreizējo situāciju un nākotnes perspektīvām reģionā.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā darba autors apskata tūrisma produkta jēdzienu un tā īpašības, produkta dzīves ciklu, jauna produkta veidošanas posmu, kā arī velotūrisma produktu, tā pozitīvās un negatīvās iezīmes.
Otrajā darba daļā analizē tendences Eiropā un Latvijā. Tiek analizēts EuroVelo tīkls, apskatīta inovatīva velomaršruta izveide Skandināvijā, salīdzināts Baltijas valstu velotūrisms, veikts ieskats Latvijas velotūrisma vēsturē, apskatītas velotūrisma attīstības tendences un tā kavējošie faktori.
Trešajā daļā autors izstrādā un piedāvā jaunu tūrisma maršrutu Olaines novadā –„ Olaines novada velomaršruts”. Maršruta izstrādes procesā autors veicis ekspertu intervijas, anketēšanu.
Bakalaura darbā ir 68 lapas, 3 nodaļas, 18 attēli, 5 tabulas, bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienību skaits 20, elektronisko resursu vienību skaits 10 un pielikumu vienību skaits 6.

Objective of this work is exploration of the supply of cycling tourism in the district of Olaine and development of a supposed bicycle route for the local populace taking in account the current outlook and future perspectives.
The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter author researches the concept of tourism product and its peculiarities, the life cycle of tourism product, the process of developing a new product and the cycling tourism product – specifically it’s positive and negative traits.
The second part is devoted to analyzing the popular tendencies of cycling tourism throughout Europe as well as Latvia. In addition some analysis is given to EuroVelo cycle route network, innovative creation of a cycling route in Scandinavia, comparison of cycling tourism among the Baltic states, the history of cycling tourism in Latvia and the tendencies of development of cycling tourism and it’s delaying factors.
In the third part author develops and promotes a cycling tourism route in the Olaine region, titled – “Cycling route of Olaines region”. The author has interviewed experts and taken polls of the public in the process of creating a route.
The Bachelor thesis contains 68 pages, 3 chapters, 18 images, 5 tables, list of bibliographical units amounts to 20, electronic resources 10 and 6 attachments.

No full textMaģistra darbā “Projekts: Specializētā olīveļļas vairumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma izveide” ir izstrādāts biznesa plāns jauna specializēta vairumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma dibināšanai. Projekta ideja ir nodibināt uzņēmumu, izveidojot jaunu zīmolu SIA “Olive Gold”, kura saimnieciskā darbība balstīsies uz ekoloģiski tīrās un cilvēka organismam veselīgās olīveļļas vairumtirdzniecību. Ideja veidot šādu uzņēmumu radās, jo, neskatoties uz to, ka mūsdienu cilvēka uzturu lielā mērā raksturo pārmērīga kaloriju uzņemšana, vitamīnu, minerālvielu un šķiedrvielu trūkums, kā arī uzturvielu disbalanss, kļūst arvien vairāk tādu cilvēku, kas vēlas dzīvot veselīgi un uzturā lietot vērtīgus un dabīgus produktus, tādējādi esot droši, ka maltīte būs veselīga. SIA “Olive Gold” Latvijas Republikas Komercreģistrā tiks ierakstīta 2016.gada 10. jūnijā. Uzņēmuma juridiskā un faktiskā adrese būs Rīgas ielā 7, Olainē, Olaines novadā, LV-2114. Uzņēmuma aktīvu saimniecisko darbību ir plānots uzsākt ar 2016.gada 1.septembri. Uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls sastādīs EUR 90 000,00 (deviņdesmit tūkstoši euro), tas tiks sadalīts 100 kapitāla daļās, kur katra kapitāla daļa būs ekvivalenta EUR 900,00. SIA “Olive Gold” būs trīs dibinātāji, kuriem piederēs 51 %, 19 % un 30 % kapitāla daļu, attiecīgi EUR 45 900,00, EUR 17 100,00, un EUR 27 000,00 vērtībā. Uzņēmuma SIA “Olive Gold” pamatdarbība būs balstīta uz specializētās olīveļļas vairumtirdzniecību. Uzņēmums piedāvās sekojošu olīveļļas produkcijas klāstu: Visaugstākās kvalitātes jeb extra virgin eļļa; Augstas kvalitātes jeb virgin eļļa; 100 % tīra jeb olive eļļa. Uzņēmums piedāvās saviem gala patērētājiem iegādāties stikla pudelēs iepildītu olīveļļu trīs dažādos tilpumos, – 0,5 litri, 0,7 litri un 1 litra tilpumos. Ar laiku uzņēmums plāno paplašināt un diversificēt savu saimniecisko darbību arī ar citām eļļām, tādām kā: avokado, ķirbju, mandeļu, valriekstu. Uzņēmuma dibinātāja rīcībā esošais angārs ar zemes gabalu pilnībā tiks ieskaitīti uzņēmuma pamatkapitālā kā mantiskais ieguldījums. Angāra un zemes vērtība sastāda aptuveni EUR 35 000,00. Angāra ārpusē un iekšpusē būs nepieciešams veikt remontu. Tā iekšpusē tiks izveidotas biroja telpas. Remontdarbu veikšanai izmantos būvniecības uzņēmuma pakalpojumus, kuru izmaksas sastādīs aptuveni EUR 15 000,00. Uzņēmumam, veiksmīgas darbības nodrošināšanai, būs nepieciešams iegādāties 9 pamatlīdzekļus ar kopējo vērtību EUR 33 383,21 ieskaitot PVN un 10 mazvērtīgā inventāra un kancelejas preču priekšmetus ar kopējo vērtību EUR 980,10 ieskaitot PVN. Visi iegādātie pamatlīdzekļi un mazvērtīgais inventārs atradīsies SIA “Olive Gold” īpašumā. Uzņēmuma darbības nodrošināšanai, svarīgu lomu spēlēs darbaspēka resursi. Uzņēmumā SIA “Olive Gold” ar 2016.gada 1.septembri savu darbību uzsāks 7 darbinieku komanda.The Master thesis "Project: Establishment of a specialized olive oil wholesale company" entails the business plan for establishing of a new specialized wholesale company. Idea of the project is to set up a company, creating a new brand "Olive Gold" Ltd, whose commercial activities will be based on wholesale of ecologically clean olive oil, which is healthy for the human body. The idea to create such a company arose because, despite the fact that the modern human diet is largely characterized by the excessive intake of calories, shortage of vitamins, minerals and fibre, as well as nutritional imbalance, more and more people want to live healthy and eat nutritious and natural products, thus being assured that the meal will be healthy. "Olive Gold" Ltd will be registered in Commercial Register of Latvian Republic on 10th June 2016. The company's legal and actual address will be Rīgas iela 7, Olaine, Olaine district, LV-2114. The company's commercial activity is planned to begin on September 1st, 2016. The company's current assets will total EUR 90 000.00 (ninety thousand euros), it will be split into 100 shares, each share the equivalent of EUR 900.00. "Olive Gold" Ltd will have three founders, who will own 51%, 19% and 30% of the shares, respectively EUR 45 900.00, EUR 17 100.00 and EUR 27 000.00 in value. "Olive Gold" Ltd core business activity will be based on the specialized wholesale of olive oil. The company will offer the following range of olive oil products: Highest quality or extra virgin oil; High quality or virgin oil; 100% clean or olive oil. The company will offer its end customers to buy glass-bottled olive oil in three different volumes - 0.5 litres, 0.7 litres and 1 litre. With time, the company plans to expand and diversify its commercial activities with other oils, such as: avocado, pumpkin, almond and walnut. Hangar with a plot of land at the disposal of company founder will be fully credited to the current assets of the enterprise as material investment. Hangar and land value accounts for about EUR 35 000.00. The hangar is in need of repairs on both the exterior and interior. Office space will be set up in interior. Construction company's services will be used for repair work, the cost of which accounts for about EUR 15 000.00. In order for the company to operate successfully, it is required to purchase nine fixed assets with a total value of EUR 33 383.21, including VAT, and 10 low-value and stationery items with a total value of EUR 980.10 including VAT. All acquired fixed assets and low-value items will be property of "Olive Gold" Ltd. Human resources will play an important role of the enterprise. By September 1st, 2016, a team of seven employees will start its operations in company "Olive Gold" Ltd

Pielietojot metodoloģiju studiju programmu kvalitātes novērtēšanā, tiek iegūts viennozīmīgs rezultāts – studiju programmas atbilstība noteiktai kvalitātes klasei.
Studiju programmas satura analīzes veikšanai, kas ir būtiska studiju programmas kvalitātes novērtēšanas sastāvdaļa, autors piedāvā izmantot jēdzienu klasifikāciju. Ar tās palīdzību tiek novērtēta studiju programmas satura atbilstība noteiktām prasībām, kontrolēta satura savstarpējā saskaņa.
Pētījumu ietvaros izstrādāts atbalsta rīks, ar kura palīdzību iespējams pielietot autora izstrādātās metodoloģijas un novērtēt studiju programmu kvalitāti atbilstoši izvēlētiem kvalitātes kritērijiem, kā arī analizēt studiju programmas saturu.Abstract
Within the framework of this doctoral thesis the author develops a methodology for the quality assessment and comparison of a higher educational study program. The methodology is based on defined study program quality criteria, on division of their values into value classes and on the conformity of value classes to defined quality classes. By applying the methodology, the conformity of a study program to the defined quality class is then achieved as an unambiguous result of quality assessment.
For the curriculum content analysis, which is an essential part of a study program quality assessment, the author suggests to apply the concept classification. With the support of the concept classification the conformity of curricula contents to certain requirements can be assessed and the correlation of the curriculum contents can be controlled.
Within the framework of the research a supportive tool has been created, which enables the application of the methodologies developed by the author and the quality assessment of study programs according to selected quality criteria, as well as an analysis of curricula contents
MEASURES FOR STRENGTHENING OF INFORMATION SPACE IN LATGALE AND SECURING OF THE LATGALIAN LANGUAGE IN ELECTRONIC MEDIA
No full textThe existence of two separate and distinctly different information spaces is acutely apparent in Latgale, and this situation is heightened by easily picked up Russian and Belarussian television programming as well as illegal satellite operator (smartcard) sharing. Considering these circumstances – and the fact that residents are exposed to vastly different information and interpretations about national, international, economic, social and cultural developments – national Latvian media policy is focused on forging closer links in the realm of information between Latgale and other regions of Latvia, thereby guaranteeing that residents of the border areas are informed of national processes and developments in international events. What steps should be taken in order to, with a reasonable amount of investment, reach as large an audience as possible and promote the development of diverse content for the Latgalian audience? The author of the article analyses the goals and support measures initiated by the Latgale electronic media programme of the National Electronic Mass Media Council (NEPLP) for Latgalian electronic media and producer groups. The programme is a set of measures and activities based on the public service remit for public and commercial media, which includes technical solutions for improving broadcasting standards. In particular, the programme focuses on supporting content generation at local radio stations, which in Latgale continue to be an important source of information and have substantial audiences. The article focuses on tasks that should be performed by the Latgale multimedia studio of Latvian Radio. The studio is a precondition for increasing the public media audience in Latgale as well as for the consolidation of Latgalian identity and protection of the Latgalian language. Based on the communicative needs of Latgalian speakers, the author accents the need for electronic media in the Latgalian language. In-depth studies regarding the demand for and use of written materials in the Latgalian language would help in developing a strategy for the coming years for shaping policy in regard to the preservation and further development of the Latgalian language.</jats:p

Selected problems of organization of work and pay in repair brigades
No full textThe author discusses selected problems connected with advisability of introducing the brigade -type organization of work in repair, teams in textile plants. He analyzes next problems concerning rationalization of labour division within brigades and collaboration of members of repair brigades. On the basis of optimization models of non-linear programming the author performs evaluation of interrelationships between labour productivity in repair brigades and indices of labour division and size of brigades. The article ends with a review of the methods of dividing wages in brigades and the criteria of evaluating an index of labour input as a basis for internal division of wages in brigades

Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, vispirms darbā tiek apskatīta institūta attīstība Latvijā. Tāpat tiek noskaidrots nosacītas atbrīvošanas no kriminālatbildības jēdziena saturs un līdzīgi institūti ārvalstu krimināltiesībās. Autors analizē Krimināllikumā un Kriminālprocesa likumā izvirzītās prasības nosacītas atbrīvošanas no kriminālatbildības piemērošanai.
Analizējot institūta darbības praktisko aspektu, autors pēta prakses materiālus - prokuroru lēmumus par kriminālprocesa izbeigšanu, nosacīti atbrīvojot no kriminālatbildības. Tāpat autors apskata pienākumus, kurus prokurors var piemērot nosacīti atbrīvotajai personai, lēmuma spēkā stāšanās problemātiku un tā juridiskās sekas.The aim of the paper is to study the regulation of conditional release from criminal liability provided by Criminal law and Criminal Procedure Law of the Republic of Latvia. To reach this goal author begins by viewing the initial development of this legal concept in Latvia. Also the meaning of the conditional release from criminal liability and similar regulations existing in foreign criminal law are being explored. Author analyses the provisions of conditional release from criminal liability determined by Criminal law and Criminal Procedure Law.
Studying the practical issues of the legal concept author examines materials of public prosecution, including various public prosecutors’ decisions on the termination of criminal proceedings conditionally releasing from criminal liability. Equally author views the problems concerning probationally period determined and the duties that may be imposed by public prosecutor on a conditionally released person and its effects

Izstrādājot jaunu sistēmu, kurā tiks apstrādāti īpaši sensitīvi dati, ir svarīgi izvērtēt visus aktuālos riskus. Darbā katram drošības riskam tiek apskatīti to iespējamie risināšanas paņēmieni, no kuriem tiek izvēlēts viens vai vairāki un realizēti algu aprēķina sistēmā. Daļa risku tika novērsta, izmantojot esošus drošības risinājumus, kuru pielietojums ir aprakstīts. Darba rezultātā algu aprēķina sistēma tiek papildināta ar vairākiem jauniem drošības risinājumiem, kurus ir iespējams izmantot arī citos vienotās pašvaldību sistēmas moduļos.The goal of bachelor thesis is to explore and analyze security risks in information systems that processes sensitive data, as well as the practical implementation of these security solutions in the development of a new payroll module. In developing new system, which handles especially sensitive data, it is important to consider all topical risks. In this thesis for each security risk, author has reviewed possible ways of resolving it, from which one or multiple are selected and implemented in the payroll system. Author has avoided part of the risks by using existing security solutions, and described their usage. Resulting from the work, author has supplemented the payroll system with a number of new security solutions that can be used in other Unified system for local municipalities’ modules
