Cílem je provést strategickou analýzu obchodních aktivit společnosti, vyhodnocení účinnosti současných politik a vytvořit doporučení a návrhy ke změně rozvojové strategie společnosti, registrované na území Ruské federace jako samostatný podnikatel - SP Solovova Viktoriya Nikolaevna. Spotřebitelský průzkum společnosti je známá pod názvem „kulinářská ukládat Karavaevs bratři.“ Jedná se o řetězec restaurací hotových výrobků prodávaných hmot. Bakalářská práce má dvě hlavní části. V první části rabotyraskryt významu základních pojmů vztahujících se k oblasti strategické analýzy, odhaluje podstatu a mechanismy hlavních metod strategické analýzy. Druhá část popisuje společnost a její podnikání, popisuje její finanční situaci. Také ve druhé části, detailní strategická analýza organizace, Cook bratrů Karavaevs obchod na základě metod a nástrojů získaných v teoretické části práce.The subject of the bachelor's work is the organization Culinary Shop of the Karavaev brothers. The purpose of the work is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company's economic activities, evaluate the effectiveness of the current strategy and develop recommendations and proposals for changing the development strategy of the company registered in the territory of the Russian Federation as an individual entrepreneur - IP Solovyova Viktoriya Nikolaevna. The researched company is known to the consumer under the brand Culinary shop of the brothers Karavaevs. It is a network of restaurants of finished products sold by weight.Bachelor's work was in two main parts. In the first part of the work, the meaning of the basic concepts related to the sphere of strategic analysis is disclosed, the essence and mechanisms of the main methods of strategic analysis are revealed. The second part describes the company and its economic activities, describes its financial status. Also in the second part of the detailed strategic analysis of the organization Culinary Shop Brothers Karavaevs based on the methods and tools studied in the theoretical part of the work.Predmetom bakalavrskoj raboty yavlyaetsya organizaciya «Kulinarnaya lavka brat'ev Karavaevyh». LLC "NPP "MERAÍ" je známý ruský podnik, který se zabývá vývojem, výrobou a implementací do provozu "na klíč" měřicích a řídicích systémů pro plakáty, board, letových a provozních zkoušek techniky pro různé účely. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. V první části je popsán význam mé práce, její cíl a úkoly, metody, kterými se budu těšit, informační základna, a nejen to. Druhá část se zabývá základními teoritickimi základami hodnocení a řízení rizik v podmínkách ruského trhu. V třetí části jsem uprostřed analýza současného stavu LLC "NPP "MERA" a pravděpodobnosti bankrotu dané společnosti, také v této části budou aplikovány metody k minimalizaci rizik a nabídnuta možnost na zlepšení mechanismu řízení rizik. V poslední části budou shrnuty výsledky ze všech prací.The subject of research of my bachelor's work is the system of organization and risk management at the enterprise LLC "SPE" MERA "in Mytischi. MERA, LLC is a well-known Russian enterprise that develops, manufactures and deploys turnkey measurement and control systems for bench, airborne, flight and field testing of various applications. Bachelor's work is divided into four parts. The first part describes the relevance of my work, its purpose and objectives, the methods which I used, the information base and so on. The second part is devoted to the main theoretical bases of risk assessment and management in the Russian market. In the third part, I will analyze the current state of LLC "SPE" MERA "and the likelihood of bankruptcy of this enterprise, and in this part methods for minimizing risks will be applied and an option is proposed to improve the mechanism of risk management. Analysis of the main business processes related to quality management made it possible to identify limitations in control points related to quality management. The analysis of economic indicators made it possible to conduct an economic assessment of the quality management problems in the company. The construction of the Ishikawa Diagram allowed to establish a causal relationship in the emergence of quality management problems, to draw a conclusion about the cause of quality management problems related to the qualifications of workers. Conclusions. The problem of quality management in the company is connected with insufficient qualification of workers. To solve it, it is necessary to improve the skills of workers

Following practical part deals with detailed business plan, which is written according to structure mentioned in the theoretical part. The first step was to describe the business opportunity, to present goals, to analyze market, competition and suppliers and to present the marketing and business strategy together with the financial plan. No full textRecent studies have shown that traditional management approaches and techniques are not capable of handling a saturated competitive and fast changing environment (Rishipal, 2014). At the same time, most commonly used organizational structures have to be questioned - according to a recent study of Deloitte, most of the companies are not satisfied how their organizational structure functions (Greenfield, 2016). Therefore, this thesis aims to examine the development of modern innovative management methods and practices (including ones which are denoted as Obliquity, Adhocracy, Sociocracy, self-management, etc.) and in practical part it focuses on recently emerged organizational structure called Holacracy. Holacracy is a framework for structuring the organization, it is like an operating system for business that requires the installation of different applications (Knopka Company, 2014; Mint, 2016): for example, applications for hiring employees, for setting salaries, for planning or logistics. Therefore, within the framework of Holacracy, you can apply any other practices such as Lean, Agile or Scrum. For the purpose of this study, the following methods are implemented: the method of qualitative systematic literature review and the analysis of the practices of 97 companies worldwide are summarized and presented in order to critically examine previous research and experience of various companies and, consequently, identify positive and negative elements of Holacracy, its comparison with hierarchy, give suggestions on implementation and create the layout of ideal company for Holacracy

Zaměřuje se i na hlavní manažerské funkce a jejich praktické používání u reprezentačního týmu. Nejrozsáhlejší část práce se věnuje podrobnějšímu popisu a rozboru obecných principů managementu a manažerských funkcí, jako jsou rozhodování, plánování, organizování a kontrola, a jejich aplikaci v řídící praxi české reprezentace. Závěrem jsou zdůrazněna specifika managementu fotbalové reprezentace ČR - týmu A a navržena opatření ke zlepšení této řídící činnosti.The aim of this thesis is to analyze specific attributes and contemporary practice in managing of the Czech National Football A-Team and define a scope for its improvement by using general principles of management. It describes basic general terms of management and in details elaborates on the management of the Czech Football A-Team. It is also focused on main management functions and their practical use with the National A-Team. A significant part of the text describes and analyzes the general management principles such as decision-making, planning, organizing and supervision and their application in the control activities of the Czech National Team. At the end of this thesis the specific attributes of the management of the National Football A-Team of the Czech Republic are listed and measures and suggestions how to improve the management process are proposed
