Large renal artery aneurysm treated with Guglielmi detachable coils : procedural and 4-year follow-up results
No full textA large aneurysm of the left renal artery was found incidentally during abdominal ultrasound in a 39-year-old woman with no medical or family history of cardiovascular disease. Vascular pathology with a dysplastic appearance was confirmed by magnetic resonance angiography and the patient was offered transcatheter embolization. Since the position and size of the neck of the aneurysm could not be determined at angiography, detachable platinum coils were used for occlusion. The procedure was performed without complications. During a 4-year follow-up no alterations of renal function, recanalization of the aneurysm, or perfusion defects in the rest of the left renal circulation were noted
Metoda detekce řeči a ticha založená na množině rozhodovacích grafů
No full textV práci demonstrujeme komplexní metodu strojového učení založenou na množině binárních rozhodovacích grafů. Tato metoda je využita při konstrukci detektoru řeči a ticha. Přesnost výsledného detektoru je porovnána s přesností bežných metod pro detekci ticha a řeči používaných v prostředí telekomunikací a s detektorem založeným na HMM s bigramových pseudo-jazykovým modelem.In the paper we demonstrate a complex supervised learning method based on a binary decision graphs. This method is employed in construction of a silence/speech detector. Performance of the resulting silence/speech detector is compared with performance of common silence/speech detectors used in telecommunications and with a detector based on HMM and a bigram silence/speech language model. Each non-leaf node of a decision graph has assigned a question and a sub-classifier answering this question. We test three kinds of these sub-classifiers: linear classifier, classifier based on separating quadratic hyper-plane (SQHP), and Support Vector Machines (SVM) based classifier. No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením databázové aplikace pro Správu ÚSP Tichá převážně v oblasti stravování. Databázová aplikace řeší problém výpočtu množství surovin na jednotlivé dny dle sestaveného jídelníčku a zpětnou kontrolu nákladu na potraviny a jejich procentuální výši připadající na jednotlivá jídla. Databáze poskytuje informace o surovinách, receptech, jídelníčcích na jednotlivé dny a stavu skladu potravin (příjmové, výdejové doklady) s vygenerováním tiskových sestav. Program byl uživatelsky vytvořen tak, aby se zaměstnancům ústavu dobře ovládal. Aplikace je typu klient-server, kde klient je internetový prohlížeč a server je databázový server Apache spolu se serverem databáze MySQL , skripty jsou psány v jazyce PHP, přístup k datům se provádí pomocí jazyka SQL.This thesis deals with the creating of database application for Authority of USP Ticha mainly in the field of meal plan. This application solves the problem of calculation of the quantity of raw materials for separate days according to the given menu and costs back control given in percentage for separate meals. This database provides information about raw materials, recipes, menus, and the state of stock (receipts, material issue slips) and generating of printing configurations. The program was created in such a way to be used easily by the institute employees. Application is based on the form of client-server. A client is an internet viewer and server is a database server Apache together with MySQL server. Analysis of the marketing strategy of social enterprise
No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je analýza marketingové strategie sociálního podniku Tichá kavárna se zaměřením na marketingový mix služeb (8P) a její zhodnocení včetně doporučení k jejímu zefektivnění. Teoretická část práce se zabývá marketingem, jeho specifiky ve službách a v sociálním poli či popisu strategického marketingu. Dále pojednává o prvcích marketingového mixu využívaného ve službách a nabízí definice sociálního podnikání. Praktická část pomocí marketingového výzkumu přiblíženého v metodologické části aplikuje teorii na reálný podnik. Jsou zde charakterizovány zřizující organizace a jejich projekt Tichá kavárna spolu se záměrem, stanovenými cíly a s deskripcí cílového trhu. Činnost sociálního podniku je důkladně zanalyzována prostřednictvím marketingového mixu 8P a tento rozbor je doplněn o názory zákazníků. Další pasáž praktické části prezentuje výsledky PESTEL analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil a marketingovým výzkumem získané poznatky v souhrnné SWOT analýze. V závěru práce je marketingová strategie Tiché kavárny zhodnocena a navržena jsou také konkrétní doporučení.The goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of a marketing strategy with the focus on marketing mix of services (8P) regarding a social business firm called, "Ticha kavarna". The focus is to evaluate this firm, and include recommendations for its future streamlining. The theoretical part of this thesis, deals with marketing, its specifics in services and in the social field or in the portrayal of the strategic marketing. Further on it discusses the elements of the marketing mix, which are used and offers definitions of social entrepreneurial activities. The practical part of the thesis uses the market research (introduced in the methodological part) and applies the theory to the real enterprise. Supervising organizations are characterized, with the focus on their cooperative project with Ticha kavarna, along with the aim, set goals and description of targeted market segment. The functioning of the social firm is thoroughly analysed through the marketing mix of 8P and this analysis is completed with customer questionnaires. The additional section of the practical part, presents the results of the PESTEL analysis, Porter five forces analysis and market research findings obtained in the SWOT analysis. The thesis conclusion consists of the evaluation of the marketing strategy of Ticha kavarna as well as factual recommendations

Pozornost je věnována především zkoumání významu ticha pro moderního člověka v kontextu současné doby, v níž se prosazují hodnoty spíše opačného charakteru. V postoji dnešního člověka k tichu se odráží zvláštní paradox: na jednu stranu po tichu stále více touží, zároveň z něho ale pociťuje strach a vyhýbá se mu. Konstatování tohoto paradoxního rozměru ticha jakožto fenoménu vzývaného i obývaného lze pokládat za výchozí tezi celé této práce.Katedra filozofieObhájenoThe Master thesis provides an interdisciplinary overview of the problems related to silence, reflecting particularly psycholinguistic, religious and philosophical contexts. Pro autorku, která je schopna obrazové vjemy slyšet, je hledání ticha ve vizuálním světě celoživotní honbou. Jak je něco takového možné? Slyšet co vidí, ochutnávat co slyší nebo vidět co cítí dokáží lidé se schopností synestezie. Pravá synestezie je vrozený, nepodmíněný, nedobrovolný jev; způsob vnímání, při kterém se propojují dva jednotlivé smysly a vjem jednoho vždy spontánně vyvolá vjem druhého.
Proč se zabývat hledáním ticha? V tichu je potenciál. V tichu je prostor pro pohroužení do vnitřního světa, pro koncentraci a zamýšlení. V tichu se dějí ty nejživější a nejvíce vzrušující okamžiky. Uvnitř.

For the author, who is able to hear the visual sensation, is constant search for silence in our visual world the daily bread. How could be something like that possible? To hear what they see, taste what they hear or see what they feel, that is an ability of people with synesthesia. The true synesthesia is a given, unconditional and compulsory phenomenon - a way of perception, which connects different senses together, so the perception of one always impulsively evokes the perception of the other.
Why to be concerned with seeking silence? Because there is potential in silence. There is space to immerge inside our inner world, to concentrate and contemplate. Within silence, the most expressive, vibrating and vivid moments happen. Inside.
The art installation of this thesis encourages introversion. It offers room for the simple act of perception of a unique and individual experience. Self-consciously letting us know about itself in the noise of everyday life and after a little while, without any further attention, it plunges back inside its own inner world
Ticho v dialogu
No full textSilence is an indispensable aspect of dialogue. The following thesis examines the silence in dialogue from a variety of perspectives. First, I provide a background on the historical development of theories of dialogue and the place of silence within them. Second, I conduct a study of the capacity of one of the most prominent contemporary language models, called the GPT-3, to model silence in dialogue. I fine-tune the model on a dataset based on movie subtitle data. I evaluate its performance on its capacity to infer the length of silence between subtitle pairs. The experiment proposes a method of fine-tuning the language model via silence encoded as character strings. The results show that GPT-3 fine-tuning can indeed improve the model's performance by inferring silence gaps between subtitle turns. Následující diplomová práce zkoumá ticho v dialogu z teoretické a aplikované perspektivy. Nejprve mapuje historický vývoj teorií dialogu a jejich přístup k tichu. Dále zahrnuje studii schopnosti jednoho z nejvýznamnějších současných jazykových modelů GPT-3 modelovat ticho v dialogu. Model je laděn na datasetu založeném na datech titulků z filmů. Jeho výkon je hodnocen na základě schopnosti odhadovat délku ticha mezi dvojicemi titulků. Experiment navrhuje metodu ladění jazykového modelu pomocí ticha zakódovaného jako řetězce znaků. Výsledky ukazují, že ladění GPT-3 skutečně může zlepšit výkon modelu při odhadování mezer ticha mezi řadami titulků. The paper describes how women were treated and what social pressure they had to deal with during the reign of Queen Victoria in the 19th century. No full textThe bachelor thesis focuses on the poetic work of Josef Hora (1891-1945), specifically on the poetry collections contained in the collection Kniha času a ticha edited by Antonín Matěj Píša, which define a specific poetic line within Hora's work called the poetics of time and silence. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part works with contemporary critical texts which create the first concepts of poetics time and silence. The second interpretive part seeks to outline the basic principles of the poetic image, which are the same for all the collections identified. The interpretative part is divided into three segments. The first section of the interpretative part focuses on the four basic elements as the basic motifs of the poetic image. The second chapter focuses on the relationship of the lyric subject to the space of the poems and the third on the thematization of dream and art in perspective of the function it occupies within the poetics of time and silence. In addition to the literary historical texts devoted to Josef Hora, Zdeněk Neubauer's and Tomáš Škrdlant's Skrytá pravda země: Živly jako archetypy ekologického myšlení and the work of the philosopher Gaston Bachelard will also provide support for the interpretative section. KEYWORDS Josef Hora (1891-1945), poetics of time and...Bakalářská práce se věnuje básnické tvorbě Josefa Hory (1891-1945), konkrétně básnickým sbírkám obsažených v souboru Kniha času a ticha, edičně připraveném Antonínem Matějem Píšou, který v rámci Horovy tvorby vymezuje specifickou poetickou linii nazývanou poezie času a ticha. Práce je členěna na dvě části, přičemž první pracuje s dobovými kritickými texty, na jejichž základě jsou modelovány první koncepty poetiky času a ticha. Druhá interpretační část se snaží nastínit základní principy básnického obrazu, které jsou pro všechny vymezené sbírky shodné. Interpretační část je rozdělená do tří segmentů. V první kapitole interpretační části je pozornost věnována čtyřem základním živlům jako základním motivům básnického obrazu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vztah lyrického subjektu k básnickému prostoru a třetí kapitola se soustředí na tematizaci snu a umění z hlediska funkce, kterou zaujímají v rámci poetiky času a ticha.
