Literarno dogajanje na Slovaškem v šestdesetih letih
No full textThe ‘sixties of the twentieth century in Slovak literature signify a temporary warming and a great creative achievement of young writers. Surpassing the schematic model of Socialist realism in the direction of thematic and expressive differentiation conditions, enables and, at the same time, hinders social and political changes, which testifies to the integration of literature in the social context. The article analyses the role played by literary journals and literary reviews during this period, and makes a comparison with the situation in Slovenia. A special treatment of the first prose work by Ján Johanides Zasebnost (Privacy in English) is made in which the author applies basic initiatives of modernism and existentialism, making innovative use of the narrative technique typical of the new French novel. In conclusion, the present image of literature from the ‘sixties of the twentieth century is examined.Šestdeseta leta dvajsetega stoletja pomenijo v slovaški književnosti začasno otoplitev in velik ustvarjalni dosežek mladih avtorjev. Preseganje shematičnega modela socialističnega realizma v smeri tematske in izrazne diferenciacije pogojujejo, omogočajo in hkrati zavirajo družbeno-politične spremembe, kar govori o vpetosti literature v družbeni kontekst. V prispevku raziskujemo vlogo književnih revij in literarne kritike v tem obdobju ter jo primerjamo s slovenskim prostorom. Posebej obravnavamo prozni prvenec Jána Johanidesa Zasebnost, v katerem avtor uresničuje temeljne pobude modernizma in eksistencializma ter inovativno uporablja pripovedne tehnike, značilne za novi francoski roman. No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zdaňování příjmů ze závislé činnosti v letech 2007 až 2018, a to s přihlédnutím k platbám sociálního a zdravotního pojištění. Popisuje vývoj sazeb daně, jednotlivé příjmy osvobozené od daně, odčitatelné položky od základu daně a nezdanitelné části základu daně v průběhu celého období. Hodnotí, ve kterém období byla legislativní úprava pro zaměstnance nejvýhodnější.The bachelor thesis is focused on taxation of income from employment with consideration of social and health insurance in 2007 and 2018. It describes the tax rates development, income exempt, deductible items from the tax base and non-taxable part of the tax base during the whole tax period. The thesis evaluates the best terms of legislative arrangements for employees in general.

V první jsou popsány základní pojmy, různé zdroje financování a metody hodnocení investic. Ve druhé části je představen samotný podnik a popsán investiční záměr. Ve třetí části jsou vytvořeny návrhy financování investice. V závěru je vybrán takový návrh, který je pro podnik nejvýhodnější.This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on the financing of investment of a particular company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes basic concepts, various sources of financing and methods of investment evaluation. In the second part, the company itself is introduced and there is also described the intention of the investment. In the third part the suggestions of the financing of investment are made. In the conclusion, there is chosen the exact suggestion, which is the most suitable for the company.

No full textCílem této diplomní práce je popsat a analyzovat současný stav veřejných prostranství a formulovat úvahy o jejich kultivaci a zkvalitnění. Tato práce nemá za cíl nahradit územní studie v případě řešených lokalit, ale spíše upozornit na jejich hodnoty a problémy a demonstrovat jejich možný vývoj. Práce je členěna na pět samostatných částí. V úvodní části přináší určitý vhled do celého města. Na tuto kapitolu navazují části věnované městským strukturám, typologii a hierarchii veřejných prostranství. Hlavní částí práce je poté databáze problémů a potenciálů, které jsou již rozebírány na konkrétně vymezených lokalitách. Na ní pak navazuje schematické řešení vybraných lokalit. V rámci předdiplomní práce byla mj. vypracována metodika pro hodnocení městských struktur a veřejných prostranství. Dále byly vytipovány a zpracovány listy lokalit vhodné pro zařazení do databáze potenciálů. S ohledem na plánovanou výstavbu dálnice D3 byly schematicky řešeny především lokality v západní části města, které se touto stavbou stanou vstupní branou do města. V diplomní části práci byly stejnou metodikou zpracovány větší územní celky v centru města a jeho těsné blízkosti. Prvním tématem byl návrh nového autobusového terminálu s návazností na Masarykovo náměstí, u kterého je společně s přilehlým parkem plánována rekultivace. Druhým tématem je návrh bydlení pro seniory na místě bývalého kravína. V rámci práce byly řešeny také otázky koncepce dopravy ve městě, včetně otázky možného zavedení MHD a vzniku nových pěších zón.The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze current state of public places and to form thoughts about improving the quality of them. Actually, the purpose is not in replacing territorial studies connected with certain locations. I wanted more to point out their values, problems and to show up eventual development. This thesis is divided in five independent parts. In the beginning it gives an insight into the whole city. The following chapters are devoted to urban structures, typology and hierarchy of public space. The main part is the database of potentials and problems which are in each of chosen locations. Each of these locations have their own schema of solutions. Besides, within previous thesis was developed methodology for evaluation regarding urban structures and public spaces. Than I have selected and processed lists of locations which are suitable for including to database of potentials. Considering emplacement of the motorway D3, the stress of schemas was given especially to west of the city. Then, due to the motorway, this part of city will become sort of a gate. In the following part of my thesis was used the same methodology as in the previous. First topic is draft of new bus terminal with continuity on Masaryk Square. There is planned restoration of this place, including the park. The second topic is draft of place for senior living at the place where cowshed used to be. Within this thesis were also resolved questions about transport in the city, including eventual introducing public transport and creating new pedestrian zones

No full textNa základně vlastního pozorování autora při výkonu služby výpravčího v Heřmanově Městci bylo zjištěno, že zde dochází k neefektivnímu využití vlakového personálu, jelikož strojvedoucí mají v této cílové stanici pobyt dlouhý až 66 minut. Cílem práce je navýšení dopravního výkonu na základě lepšího využití vlakového personálu tak, aby nedošlo k celkovému navýšení počtu vozidel a strojvedoucích. Analýzou současného jízdního řádu budou stanoveny velikosti neefektivních prostojů. Bude provedena optimalizace jízdního řádu, oběhů vozidel a turnusů strojvedoucích tak, aby došlo k eliminaci neefektivních prostojů, a to s minimálním dopadem na provozní náklady.Based on the author's personal observations while serving as a train dispatcher in Heřmanův Městec, it was discovered that there is inefficient use of train personnel, as engine drivers have a layover in this terminal station of up to 66 minutes. The goal of the work is to increase transport performance based on better utilization of train personnel so that there is no overall increase in the number of vehicles and engine drivers. An analysis of the current timetable will determine the size of the inefficient downtimes. The timetable, vehicle rotations, and engine drivers' shifts will be optimized to eliminate inefficient downtimes while minimizing the impact on operational costs.Dopravní fakulta Jana PerneraStudent přednesl ucelenou a logicky uspořádanou obhajobu své bakalářské práce. V ní dokázal přesvědčivým způsobem obhájit závěry svých řešení. U doplňkových otázek prokázal schopnost logického myšlení, pohotové reakce, jasného a srozumitelného vysvětlení.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
