It mainly draws the attention at the models of verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal communication. The author also shows methods and technologies of assistential intervention, that are learned by students at the mentioned faculty. S. Milicenco promotes the idea that those social assistants, which expose their functional communication abilities, have greater chances to initiate and maintain participative relations in a society with plenty of social actors

In this order, the author blames and coerces the prison system from the Republic of Moldova, attributing to it the corruptibility as the most significant among it characteristics. The author, handed with the comparison method, is making the foray in the historical of the country to express his dissatisfaction about the softness of the judicial field (especially of the Penal Code) in the Republic of Moldova. In the same connection, he accomplishes the parallel of the prisons from the Republic of the Moldova with the prisons from France, after that to insist toward an imperative need of several prison reforms in the Republic of Moldova. Concomitantly, the author solicits an urgent and unanimous involvement of the professionals from the adjoining domains like mass-media, medicine, sociology, jurisprudence etc. Also, the author examines the recur delinquency, putting forward a series of strong and well argued solutions in order to improve the prison sentence execution methods and procedures

It was elaborated and it is proposed for use an aggregative indicator of the economic potential that in author' opinion will give the possibility to determine in a justified way the future developing strategies of the analyzed enterprise. The aggregative indicator consists of three indicators that characterized the main activities of the enterprise: the production and marketing program, the efficiency of production factors and financial situation and viability.
