In the era of digitalization, effective school leadership and teacher professionalism development are crucial for successful integration of technology in education. This research aims to explore the strategies of school leadership and the development of teacher professionalism in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations from 10 teachers and 2 school leaders. The findings reveal that clear vision and strategic planning by school leaders are essential in guiding schools towards effective technology integration. Training and ongoing professional development for teachers play a significant role in enhancing their technological skills and innovative teaching practices. Collaboration among teachers and adequate technical support are also crucial factors in promoting effective technology use in education. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how school leadership and teacher professionalism influence learning effectiveness in the digital age.

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki praktek manajemen strategis dalam pengelolaan keuangan perguruan tinggi swasta, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan keuangan yang efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam konteks sarana dan prasarana penunjang Perguruan Tinggi Swasta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data terkait praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang digunakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dalam mengelola sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung aktivitas akademik. Metode analisis yang digunakan termasuk matriks evaluasi, analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dalam sapras penunjang pendidikan tinggi sangat penting untuk memastikan sumber daya keuangan digunakan secara efisien dan efektif. Beberapa praktik terbaik yang diamati meliputi penggunaan anggaran yang bijaksana, pemantauan secara ketat terhadap pengeluaran, mencari sumber pendanaan alternatif, dan mengoptimalkan investasi. Namun, ditemukan juga kelemahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti kurangnya pemantauan terhadap risiko dan keterbatasan akses pada sumber daya keuangan yang cukup

No full textThis study aims to analyze the implementation of knowledge management systems supported by information technology (IT) in private universities (PTS) in Samarinda. The focus is on the role of IT in managing academic data, fostering learning innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency. The research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys of students, lecturers, and administrative staff with in-depth interviews with institutional leaders and educators. Survey results reveal that most PTS are still in the early stages of adopting IT-based knowledge management systems, with many relying on manual methods or non-integrated systems. The primary challenges identified include limited technological infrastructure, insufficient digital literacy, and inadequate budget allocation. However, institutions that have implemented web-based IT systems reported significant improvements in academic data management efficiency, such as a 50% reduction in administrative processing time, along with increased user satisfaction. The key recommendations of this study include investing in IT infrastructure, such as upgrading server capacity and internet networks, providing comprehensive training for all users, and strengthening partnerships with technology service providers. These strategic measures are expected to accelerate digital transformation, improve the quality of academic services, and create a more innovative, adaptive, and competitive learning environment. This study highlights the crucial role of IT in enhancing the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the global digital era

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran penting kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan kearifan lokal di sekolah dasar di Indonesia, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan kesenjangan akses teknologi yang ada antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, serta keterbatasan dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang memadukan kedua aspek tersebut. Dengan menerapkan metode tinjauan pustaka, studi ini mengkaji berbagai literatur untuk memahami dampak kepemimpinan pendidikan terhadap kebijakan integrasi teknologi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan memainkan peran kunci dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang memadukan teknologi dengan kearifan lokal, meskipun masih terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam akses teknologi dan hambatan dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan meliputi pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih inklusif, peningkatan investasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi, penyediaan pelatihan yang efektif bagi guru, serta penguatan kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal untuk menciptakan kurikulum yang tidak hanya relevan tetapi juga mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal.
