In this case, the staff or employees feel suspicious in creating the Nurse Schedule Information System, so it takes a long time and is difficult to compile and search data, even the work does not run effectively and efficiently. And this information system was built using the Visual Studio 2010 Programming language and MySQL Database.The data collection technique is through direct observation of an activity being carried out. In this case, the author conducted direct observations with the ADM Personnel and the Head of Nursing at Imelda Buruh Indonesia Hospital. Information System Design. The Nurse Schedule is a very important system in a nurse data report, room data report and nurse duty room data report as well as nurse schedule data reports in the form of survey data or activity reports because it greatly affects the performance of the system itself. The nurse schedule information system needs to be improved because there are still problems that are often encountered, starting from the process of recording nurse data, room data reports, nurse duty room data reports, to nurse schedule data reports that are still less effective and efficient in supporting the smooth process of creating data reports. In designing a nurse schedule information system, it is necessary to know the things that will support the system, in order to simplify the recording of nurse schedules later. Based on the above, the author will explain in more detail the design of the new system.Sistem Informasi Jadwal Perawat di Rumah Sakit Imelda Buruh Indonesia saat ini memiliki kendala berupa data yang belum tersimpan dengan baik dikarenakan belum menggunakan database dalam pembuatan laporan data jadwal perawat yang masih manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga mengakibatkan beberapa kali terjadi kesalahan yang membuat perusahaan merasa kewalahan. Dalam hal ini para staf atau karyawan keperawatan merasa kewalahan dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Jadwal Perawat, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sulit dalam penyusunan serta pencarian data, bahkan pekerjaan tidak berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Dan sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman Visual Studio 2010 dan Database MySQL. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi langsung terhadap suatu kegiatan yang sedang dilakukan. Dalam hal ini penulis melakukan observasi langsung kepada ADM Personalia dan Kepala Bidang Keperawatan Rumah Sakit Imelda Buruh Indonesia. Perancangan Sistem Informasi. Jadwal Perawat merupakan suatu sistem yang sangat penting dalam sebuah laporan data perawat, laporan data ruangan dan laporan data ruang tugas perawat serta laporan data jadwal perawat berupa data survey atau laporan kegiatan karena sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dari sistem itu sendiri. Sistem informasi jadwal perawat perlu ditingkatkan karena masih terdapat permasalahan yang sering dihadapi, mulai dari proses pencatatan data perawat, laporan data ruangan, laporan data ruang tugas perawat, hingga laporan data jadwal perawat yang masih kurang efektif dan efisien dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pembuatan laporan data. Dalam merancang sistem informasi jadwal perawat, perlu diketahui hal-hal yang akan mendukung sistem tersebut, agar dapat menyederhanakan pencatatan jadwal perawat nantinya. Full text linkOne of the roles of SPK in the field of education is in the decision-making process for the selection of majors at SMA Imelda Medan, which in nature can assist decision makers in providing alternative decisions for appropriate majors for students, where the results of the decisions can be used as material to assist teachers and students in make decisions. Most students only follow friends to follow friends to choose a major, so that it allows students to feel unsuitable after entering the major. Therefore we need a decision support system that can calculate the values, abilities and personality of students to help determine majors at SMA Imelda Medan. Smart is a multi-criteria decision-making method developed by Edward in 1977. This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values ??and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria. The author uses this method to make it easier to determine the right major, according to the desired criteria. This problem can be classified into problems that are multi-objective (many goals to be achieved) and multi-criteria (many criteria that determine in reaching the decision)Salah satu peran SPK dibidang pendidikan yaitu pada proses pengambilan keputusan untuk pemilihan jurusan di SMA Imelda Medan, yang sifatnya dapat membantu pengambil keputusan dalam memberikan alternatif - alternatif putusan jurusan yang tepat bagi siswa, dimana hasil keputusan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan untuk membantu guru dan siswa dalam mengambil keputusan. No full textIn this paper we want to share our experience of using systemic practices from a systemic Fifth Province Approach in the facilitation of meditation groups and retreats. We refer to our way of being and doing as a "Fifth Province Systemic Meditative Practice". The practices and approach we will present can be likened to a kind of human murmuration, where surprising, generative, inter/intra-active and relational processes emerge. These emergent processes or transformations occur spontaneously and are from within the subtle, communicative, behaviour and relational aspects of the whole group. It is in this context that we use the word "intra-relational" after the work of Karen Barad (2007 p33). The term "subtle" refers to all the non-verbal emergences occurring from the spiritual, mental, emotional, behavioural and social processes at play.
The first author (Imelda) set the meditation group up twenty years ago and has facilitated it more or less since then. The second author (Jean), facilitates the group from time to time and has, along with the first author, enjoyed tracing and noting both the practices and the emergent processes over time. Indeed, her Masters in Spirituality examined those processes and explored how they could be learned and applied in a group or individual setting. (Minogue 2018
