No full textThe essay analyzes the phenomenon of migration in his role as a structural component of the
Italian labor market. Despite the negative effects of the crisis, the contribution of foreign labor has
to be considered as a valuable resource to restart the competitiveness of enterprises and to
develop the productivity of the economic system. Through an analysis of the regulatory framework
currently in force - also in the light of the most recent legislative changes – the Author highlights
some of the main critical issues of discipline on immigrant labor and reports the possible paths of

Kind mobile notifications for healthcare professionals
No full textThe inclusion of the Internet of Things in healthcare is producing numerous automatic notifications for health professionals. These notifications must be delivered in the right moment and in the right way to be appropriately attended, and at the same time, ensuring no important task is interrupted. In this work, we have applied a human-centred design method to deal with this issue. By collaborating with health professionals in Belgium, we have designed and validated DELICATE, a conceptual framework that categorizes the different attention needs for each notification, and links them with the delivery mechanisms that are more appropriate for each particular context. As an aid for designers, we also define methodological guidelines to clearly determine how DELICATE can be used to develop a notification system. Finally, as a proof-of-concept validation of the framework, we have implemented it in an Android application and tested it using real scenarios. Junípero Serra a Don Melchor de Peramás, secretario del Virrey Antonio María de Bucareli y Ursúa, informando sobre la llegada de la fragata San Antonio (o El Príncipe) y las provisiones enviadas por el virrey. Destaca la alegría de los habitantes de la región al recibir un aumento en las raciones de comida y salarios, considerando las dificultades que han enfrentado. Menciona que Don Juan Soler, el almacenero, está en buen estado de salud y contento, pero se preocupa por su hija en México y espera recibir ayuda. También señala que Don Rafael, el almacenero en San Diego, ha traído a su esposa, lo que aumenta el número de familias españolas que se establecen en el área. Por último, comenta sobre la incapacidad de la fragata para continuar la segunda parte de su navegación debido a los vientos desfavorables. El capitán intercambió marineros y adquirió instrumentos de navegación, partiendo después de tres días con los frailes Juan Crespí y Tomás de la Peña a bordo. —— Fr.
