The thesis specifies what prevents the educators from adding environmental education into the after-school club program. The essay emphasizes the advantages of a school outside the city close to nature. The next part of the thesis is devoted to the conspectus of the book Školní družina (translated The after school club), which became the author's guide in her professional life. The professional analysis of an educator in the after-school club is described in detail, it also determines the requirements for the profession and the personality of a person for practicing this pedagogical profession. It also describes the laws and decrees that define its legislative framework. In the case study of the chosen school, the author analyzes and describes the functioning of the elementary school and the after-school club in Zelenec, where she currently works. Formou strukturovaného životopisu v úvodu představuje své dosavadní zkušenosti a znalosti. V odborné eseji autorka popisuje problematiku enviromentální výchovy ve školní družině, především konkretizuje, co brání vychovatelům v jejím rozšíření do programu školní družiny. Klade zde důraz na výhody školy mimo město v blízkosti přírody. Další část je věnovaná konspektu knihy Školní družina, která se stala autorce vodítkem v jejím profesním životě. Profesiografický rozbor vychovatele ve školní družině detailně znázorňuje pracovní náplň, stanovuje požadavky na povolání a osobnost člověka pro vykonávání pedagogické profese. DESCRIPCIÓN:
El presente informe de práctica jurídico social, se desarrolló en la Fiscalía Décima
de Floridablanca, la cual se encarga de la investigación del delito de Violencia
Intrafamiliar. El objetivo principal de esta práctica fue brindar apoyo jurídico a la
entidad en los procesos de violencia intrafamiliar y analizar los mecanismos de
justicia restaurativa con una perspectiva de género.La metodología empleada fue
cualitativa, y se dividió en cuatro fases: revisión de expedientes, proyección de
escritos de acusación, análisis de los mecanismos de justicia restaurativa y
elaboración de recomendaciones. El informe destaca que la violencia contra la
mujer en Colombia es un problema grave, evidenciado por las alarmantes cifras de
casos de violencia intrafamiliar. La justicia restaurativa se presenta como un
enfoque alternativo que busca reparar el daño causado y promover la reconciliación,
pero su aplicación en casos de violencia de género es objeto de debate debido a
las recomendaciones de organismos internacionales que la desaconsejan.
El informe analiza la viabilidad de la justicia restaurativa en casos de violencia
intrafamiliar, considerando factores como el tipo de violencia, el riesgo para la
víctima y la sistematicidad de las agresiones. Se concluye que, aunque no es
aplicable en todos los casos, puede ser una herramienta valiosa en situaciones
específicas, siempre y cuando se garantice la seguridad y el bienestar de la víctima.
Finalmente, el informe recomienda a la fiscalía general de la Nación la creación de
un "Test de Proporcionalidad" para evaluar la pertinencia de la justicia restaurativa
en cada caso, considerando el contexto y las necesidades de las víctimas

DESCRIPTION:
The present report on legal and social practice was developed in the Tenth
Prosecutor's Office of Floridablanca, which is responsible for the investigation of the
crime of Domestic Violence. The main objective of this practice was to provide legal
support to the entity in cases of domestic violence and to analyze the mechanisms
of restorative justice with a gender perspective. The methodology used was
qualitative and was divided into four phases: review of case files, drafting of
indictments, analysis of restorative justice mechanisms, and development of
recommendations. The report highlights that violence against women in Colombia is
a serious problem, evidenced by the alarming figures of domestic violence cases.
Restorative justice is presented as an alternative approach that seeks to repair the
harm caused and promote reconciliation, but its application in cases of gender
violence is a subject of debate due to recommendations from international
organizations that advise against it.
The report analyzes the viability of restorative justice in cases of domestic violence,
considering factors such as the type of violence, the risk to the victim, and the
systematic nature of the aggressions. It concludes that, although it is not applicable
in all cases, it can be a valuable tool in specific situations, as long as the safety and
well-being of the victim are guaranteed. Finally, the report recommends to the
Attorney General's Office the creation of a "Proportionality Test" to evaluate the
appropriateness of restorative justice in each case, considering the context and the
needs of the victims.
