No full textWe present large field infrared images of a sample of 45 Herbig Ae/Be stars. Stellar parameters, such as age and luminosity, have been derived for all of them in a consistent way. The images have been used to identify stellar groups or clusters associated with the Herbig Ae/Be star. The results presented in this paper form the database for a study of clustering around intermediate mass stars (Testi et al. 1998)

No full textA testi sértés bűncselekmény elkövetésének okai között számos társadalmi, gazdasági ok megemlíthető, amik közül az egyéni oldalról a leggyakoribbak a bosszú, harag, féltékenység, vélt vagy valós sérelem megtorlása. Ezen okok azok, melyek az esetek legnagyobb részében a törvények figyelmen kívül hagyására, „ököljogra” buzdítják az embereket. A kiváltó okok számbavétele természetesen nem ennyire egyszerű, ennél sokkal összetettebb, melyben közrejátszik sok alkalommal az elkövető ittassága, alacsony kulturális színvonala, pillanatnyi lelkiállapota.
A bűncselekmény érdekessége, hogy az elkövető és a sértetti kör vizsgálata során megállapítható, hogy legtöbbször rokonok, barátok, ismerősök köréből kerülnek ki ezen személyek.
Általánosságban elmondható, hogy a testi sértést nem előzi meg felkészülés, rendszerint pillanatnyi lelki állapot, indulat szüli a bűncselekmény elkövetését. Ezen cselekmény elkövetésére legnagyobb részt testi, fizikai erő alkalmazásával kerül sor, eszköz nélkül.
Leggyakoribb elkövetési helyként a közterület határozható meg, de gyakoriak a szórakozóhelyen és otthon, lakásban kezdődő konfliktusok is, melyek sok esetben az utcán végződnek.
Az elkövetői kör sajátossága, hogy a testi sértés bűncselekményének elkövetői zömében férfiak. Ahogy fentebb említettem nagyon gyakori jelenség, hogy az elkövető és a sértett ismerősi, baráti, rokoni viszonyban áll egymással és a testi sértés előzménye egy korábbi konfliktus.
A fiatalok részvételi aránya jelentős, gyakoriak a szórakozóhelyen kirobbanó vitás szituációk, illetve egyre gyakrabban megvalósuló probléma a fiatalkorúak által oktatási intézményekben, tanárokkal, oktatókkal szemben tanúsított agresszív magatartása, mellyel a dolgozat későbbi részében foglalkozom konkrét esetek ismertetésével.kriminalisztikai szakjogászszakirányú továbbképzé

The onset of cluster formation around Herbig Ae/Be stars
No full textThe large body of near infrared observations presented in Testi et al. ( te{Tea97}; te{Tea98}) are analysed with the aim of characterizing the young stellar clusters surrounding Herbig Ae/Be stars. The results confirm the tendency of early Be stars to be surrounded by dense clusters of lower mass ``companions'', while Ae stars are never found to be associated with conspicuous groups. The transition between the different environments appears to occur smoothly from Ae to Be stars without a sharp threshold. No correlation of the richness of the stellar groups detected is found with the galactic position or the age of the central Herbig Ae/Be star. The stellar volume densities estimated for the groups surrounding pre-main-sequence stars of intermediate mass show the transition from the low density aggregates of T Tauri stars and the dense clusters around massive stars. Only the most massive stars (10-20 M_sun) are found to be associated with dense ( ~ 10(3 pc(-3)) ) stellar clusters. This is exactly the mass regime at which the conventional accretion scenario for isolated star formation faces theoretical problems. Thus our findings strongly supports the idea that the formation of high-mass stars is influenced by dynamical interaction in a young cluster environment

E’ citato e discusso nei testi di sociologia politica, scienza politica e government, e spesso incluso nei sillabi dei corsi universitari anche di storia americana. È un'operetta vivacissima, dettata con la verve orale di un non-letterato che enuncia principi ed esprime giudizi sulla vita pubblica con una improntitudine quasi scandalosa. Una vera e propria esaltazione della realpolitik - contrapposta al mondo delle regole e a quello dei riformatori, dileggiati come dilettanti topi di biblioteca - dove il ruolo degli apparati di partito e del clientelismo è praticamente sacralizzato, e la connessione fra politica e affari è rivendicata senza remore, quasi con impertinenza. George Washington Plunkitt è una figura proverbiale a New York, dove Tammany Hall era la più potente organizzazione locale del Partito Democratico.
