Headed envelope of the President of the Republic, titled "Tejeda Box - E.C.LL," signed on the back by Mr. Fernando Torreblanca, that contained correspondence of Col. Adalberto Tejeda, Governor of the State of Veracruz, President Alvaro Obregón, and Gen. Enrique Estrada, Secretary of War and Navy, in which Col. Tejeda tells President Obregón that the rebel movement against the government is being organized in Mexico City by discontented persons, the same with which the former consul, Enrique Llorente, meets. Gen. Obregón's reply of acknowledgement and informing him of having transcribed the contents of his letter for Gen. Enrique Estrada so that he can take the appropriate measures. / Sobre membretado de la Presidencia de la República, titulado "Caja Tejeda - E.C.LL", firmado al reverso por el Sr. Fernando Torreblanca,, que contenía correspondencia entre el Corl. Adalberto Tejeda, Gobernador del estado de Veracruz, el Presidente Alvaro Obregón y el Gral. Enrique Estrada, Secretario de Guerra y Marina, en la cual el Corl. Tejeda informa al Presidente Obregón del movimiento rebelde contra el gobierno que se está organizando en la ciudad de México y en el que participan varios descontentos, a los que reune el ex-cónsul Enrique Llorente.
