ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเจตคติต่องาน คุณลักษณะทางอารมณ์และคุณภาพการสื่อสาร: กรณีศึกษา บริษัท พรีบิลท์ จำกัด (มหาชน)
Get PDFการศึกษาเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเจตคติต่องาน คุณลักษณะทางอารมณ์และคุณภาพการสื่อสาร: กรณีศึกษา บริษัท พรีบิลท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านเจตคติต่องาน ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะทางอารมณ์ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเจตคติต่องาน คุณลักษณะทางอารมณ์กับคุณภาพการสื่อสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงาน บริษัท พรีบิลท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test F-test และค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product–Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศชายมากกว่าเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 31–40 ปี การศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ประสบการณ์ 1–3 ปี ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พนักงานมีเจตคติต่องานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คุณลักษณะทางอารมณ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านคุณภาพการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ และพบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านเจตคติต่องาน คุณลักษณะทางอารมณ์ และคุณภาพการสื่อสาร มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05The study on the relationship between work attitudes, emotional characteristics and quality of communication factors: A Case Study of Pre-Built Public Company Limited: aimed to study: 1) the factors of attitude towards work, emotional characteristics and quality of communication, 2) the relationship between attitude towards work, emotional characteristics and quality of communication. A Case Study: Pre-Built Public Company Limited. The study was a quantitative research. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results revealed that the respondents were mostly males, aged between 31–40 years old, and an education level below bachelor's degree, with 1–3 years of experience. The results found that the overall level of attitude towards work was at a high level, the emotional characteristics and the quality of communication were at the average levels.
