Der TGM ist ein kleiner Vorortzug, der die Stadt Tunis über La Goulette und La Marsa mit ihren Randbezirken verbindet. In den Erinnerungen vieler Tunesier (wie auch in deren literarischer oder filmischer Aufarbeitung) erscheint dieser Zug als ein rollender Mikrokosmos, in dem sich alle Bestandteile der Gesellschaft wiederfinden. The TGM, little suburban train connecting Tunis to its outskirts passing through the popular places of La Goulette and La Marsa, is still vivid in the memory of many Tunisians, and inspired many litterary works and films, showing it as a micrososm where all parts of the local society gathered together peacefully. No full text<p>Phylogenetic tree displaying the relationship of chlamydial TGMs to the TGM domain of PPR-TGM proteins. Amino acid sequences were aligned using MUSCLE. Bacterial rRNA methyltransferases were used as the outgroup. The maximum likelihood phylogeny tree was generated using the Jones-Taylor-Thornton model with the software program MEGA5. The scale represents the number of substitutions per site. Statistical support for the branches was ascertained via bootstrapping (100 replicates). Only bootstrap values greater than 50% are shown.</p

Sources and Dynamic Processes Controlling Background and Peak Concentrations of TGM in Nanjing, China
No full textTotal gaseous mercury (TGM) data from urban Nanjing, at the western edge of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region in China, over nine months, were analyzed for peak and background mercury concentrations. The background concentration of TGM was found to be 2.2 ng∙m−3. In examining episodic influences of free tropospheric air masses on the surface TGM concentrations in Nanjing, we hypothesize heterogeneity in the global distribution of TGM concentrations in the free troposphere. The nine-month averaged diurnal cycles of TGM indicate a strong co-emission with SO2 and an underestimation of greater than 80% TGM emissions in current inventories. Regular peak concentrations of mercury were investigated and the major causes were YRD emissions, transport from rural areas, and monsoonal transport. Transport of rural emissions is hypothesized to be from illegal artisanal small-scale gold mining that are currently missing in the emission inventories. Enhancement of TGM associated with summer monsoon contributed to a maximum TGM concentration in mid-May–early June, an inverse seasonality in comparison to most other observations in China, North America, and Europe
EUROPE 2020 STRATEGY – FORECASTING THE LEVEL OF ACHIEVING ITS GOALS BY THE EU MEMBER STATES
Get PDFBased on the interdependencies that exist between world economies, the effects of the Europe 2020 strategy is going to affect every company no matter if it operates or not in an EU member state. The purpose of this paper is to forecast the level of achieving the new European strategy by every member state of the EU in order to reveal the vulnerabilities and opportunities that may arise from the macroenvironment for every company. To reach this purpose we used a case study approach in which we analyzed the evolution in the last ten years of six indicators (employment rate, gross domestic expenditure on research & development, greenhouse gas emissions, share of renewables in gross final energy consumption, early leavers from education and training, tertiary education attainment) and we estimated with a probability of 95% the level that each one of them will have in 2020. Data were collected from the Eurostat. The main findings show that only 40.74% of the EU member states will achieve the new strategy and the most important vulnerabilities are coming from the labor market, research & development sector and environmental protection.early leavers, employment rate, Europe 2020 Strategy, greenhouse emissions, research & development.

Literary sources and historical documents related to the given issue and to the model object were collected. Their study, analysis and analysis interpreted the origin and development of the model object. The field survey was focused on finding out the current state of the model object. Vegetation elements were identified in detail. Based on the obtained information, the authenticity of vegetation elements was evaluated. The aim was based on the evaluation of surveys and analyzes to develop a monumental plan for the restoration of the model building
