Investissement, protectionnisme et décision de migration internationale
This article leaves the principle that the protectionist policy are favorable to the preservation of the stable rates of salary. These rates of salary will have for object to maintain the cost of migration of the populations of the protected sectors and thus to maintain constant the migratory stream. We assimilate the protectionist policy to the import ban of the rival products of the protected sector. We demonstrate while if the economy of the country of the South possesses two sectors (a protected sector and a not protected sector), the liberalization of the not protected sector will entail rates of salary more raised in this sector. It goes, at first, entail a migration interns of the sector protected towards the not protected sector. As consequence, the cost of international migration falls. if the rate of internal salary is weaker than the rate of salary expected from the international migration, the population, the rate of salary of which is weak, will be incited to emigrate
Resolution mecanisms of bankruptcy and individual preferences
In this paper we analysis a different mecanisms of resolution of bankruptcy and the impact on maximization of return. We show how the mecanisms of ex-post resolution to the bankruptcy do not favor the maximization of returns. We also provide our analysis under which a debtor and a creditor will be forced to respect their commitments. Thus, although the debtor may have his preference with respect to her own returns, he may maximize the joint return with regard to contract ex-ante commitment.
The object of this chapter is to explain the decline of the law of contract in matter of bankruptcy. The historical evolution of the law of bankruptcy shows that this decline is gone by three phases : the phase of the natural law based on the nature to solve the conflict ; the phase of the creation of the contract characterized by the compensation of damages - interest ; and the last phase that divides in two stages : the stage of the dissuasion characterized by severe sanctions to fraudulent bankrupt and the stage of rehabilitation based on the therapeutic processing of failed enterprises. It appears that this decline has been begun approach by the growth of the judicial machine in matter of bankruptcy and then by the climbing of ’’humanitarian’’ movements
In this article, we develop the various theories which explain the determinants of the bankruptcy of the entrepreneur and the justifications of law to allocate this risk. We distinguish the theories from impulsive behavior or irrationality, the bad luck and the capacity to evaluate the risk of bankruptcy of the entrepreneur. We wonder on the economic bases of these determinants and about the impact of the corrections made by the rules of the law on economic efficiency

We presented a theory that attempts to explain the stylized fact of the persistence of child labor in developing countries. Our model shows the importance of the role of institutions in explaining the level of education of these countries. These institutions can be formal as the quality of educational governance or informal social norms as incentives for more education. Our main result showed the existence of a strategic complementarity between the formal institution and informal institution which may create a poverty trap.In particular our theoretical model is a conceptual framework for analyzing our preliminary studies in progress on the determinants of child labor in Morocco
Risque politique,démocratie et dictature
The object of this article is to explain the paradox of the emergence of the dictatorial regime in the poor countries in spite of its negative effects on the economic development within the framework of the theory of the risky choices. The explanation moved forward in this article for the choice of the political system is the arbitration enter the alternative income which a politician can get himself except the political sphere in the rich countries and in the poor countries and the political cost or of corruption. To demonstrate this analysis, we use the level of personal corruption as indicator of enrichment in the various countries and the political cost or corruption in case of failure. This cost is supposed weakness compared with the alternative income. It is regressive in a dictatorship and Progressive in a democracy considering the level of high alternative income. The theoretical demonstration established on its hypotheses determines the political system in most of the rich and poor countries
