ENRuN database: emotional ratings of russian nouns

Databases with emotional ratings of stimuli are necessary for studying the processing of emotional information and in other studies where the control of emotional aspects of stimuli is required. Emotional tone of stimuli is traditionally assessed within two different approaches, dimensional (ratings on continuous dimensions) and categorical (ratings of associations with discreet emotional categories). Databases with emotional ratings of words exist in different languages, but few of them implement both approaches, although their combination allows for more subtle description of stimuli. Methods and materials. The article describes ENRuN (Emotional Norms for Russian Nouns) database that includes emotional ratings of 378 Russian nouns. Each word was rated within the dimensional (valence and arousal) and categorical approach (happiness, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust). Results. The relationships between these parameters were found to be non-linear, which is discussed in the perspective of modern models of affect structure. Generally, the pattern of these relationships corresponds to the results obtained in other languages; this confirms the validity of the ratings. Conclusions. The ENRuN database can be used in a wide range of experimental studies of the processing of emotional stimuli.</p

Объект исследования – пропаганда в массовых коммуникациях. Предмет исследования – пропаганда алкогольной зависимости в социальных сетях. Цель работы – выявить наличие пропаганды алкогольной зависимости в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» и фотохостинге «Instagram»; при её наличии оценить степень воздействия на аудиторию. Задачи работы: 1). Изучить литературу, рассматривающую методы воздействия на аудиторию в массовых коммуникациях; 2). Провести скрининг публикаций в пабликах «ВКонтакте» и в профилях известных блогеров в «Instagram», содержащих информацию на тему алкогольной продукции и изображения алкоголя; 3). Оценить возраст аудитории соответствующих пабликов и блогеров, а также легкость доступа к контенту несовершеннолетними; 4). Выявить наличие или отсутствие пропаганды алкоголя в рассматриваемых пабликах «ВКонтакте» и профилях в «Instagram»; 5). Оценить степень её возможного влияния на пользователей. К методам, задействованным в данном исследовании, относятся контент-анализ и экспертные комментарии. Теоретическую базу составили работы таких отечественных и зарубежных специалистов, как Э. М. Бернейс, С. В. Володенков, Д. У. Гудвин, В. А. Евдокимов, Т. В. Науменко, А. Б. Холмогорова и др., экспертный комментарий генерального директора ООО "Юридическая компания "ПЕТРОВСКИЙ КОРПУС" О. П. Агафоновой, а также комментарий на юридическом сайте «Правовед.ru». Эмпирическую базу составили анализируемые публикации в социальных сетях «ВКонтакте» и «Instagram». Дипломная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и трех приложений. Во введении определяется основная цель и задачи исследования. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические основы пропаганды в массовой коммуникации. Во второй главе изучена специфика продвижения алкоголя как социально-противоречивого продукта; также рассмотрены особенности психологии алкогольной зависимости. В третьей главе анализируются публикации в группах «ВКонтакте» и фотохостинге «Instagram», содержащие информацию о спиртных напитках, проведена их оценка с точки зрения наличия пропаганды. В заключении подводятся итоги проведенного исследования и формулируются выводы. The relevance of this study is due to the popularity of such social networks as Vkontakte and Instagram, their mass character and the potential risk of promoting a destructive lifestyle. The object of the study is propaganda in mass communications. The subject of the study is the promotion of alcohol dependence in social networks. The purpose of the work is to reveal the existence of propaganda of alcohol dependence in the social network "VKontakte" and photohosting "Instagram"; if it is available, assess the impact on the audience. Objectives of work: 1). To study the literature, considering methods of influence on an audience in mass communications; 2). To conduct screening of publications in public "VKontakte" and in the profiles of well-known bloggers in "Instagram", containing information on the topic of alcoholic products and alcohol images; 3). Assess the age of the audience of the relevant public relations and bloggers, as well as ease of access to content by minors; 4). To reveal the presence or absence of alcohol propaganda in the considered "VKontakte" public relations and profiles in "Instagram"; 5). Assess the degree of its possible impact on users The methods involved in this study include content analysis and expert comments. The theoretical basis was made by the works of such domestic and foreign specialists as E. M. Bernays, S. V. Volodenkov, D.W. Goodwin, V. A. Evdokimov, V. V. Naumenko, A. B. Kholmogorova and others, expert comment of the general director of LLC "Legal company" PETROVSKY CORPUS "Olga P. Agafonova and a comment on the legal website" Jurisprudence.ru ". The empirical base was made of the analyzed publications in social networks "VKontakte" and "Instagram". The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of literature and three annexes. The introduction defines the main goal and objectives of the study. The first chapter examines the theoretical basis for propaganda in mass communication. In the second chapter, the specificity of the promotion of alcohol as a socially contradictory product has been studied; also features of the psychology of alcohol dependence are considered. The third chapter analyzes publications in the "VKontakte" groups and the "Instagram" photohosting containing information on alcoholic beverages, and their evaluation is made in terms of the availability of propaganda. In conclusion, the results of the conducted research are summarized and conclusions are formulated. As international experience shows, in realization of major investment projects and programs, the main role belongs to banks.The article investigated the project financing as a special type of bank financing; it was analyzed the correspondence between banking operations of project financing in Russia and traditional criteria of identification; identified the major participants of project financing market in the face of commercial banks. The author concluded that the further development of project financing in Russia is hampered as a result of banking and macroeconomic factors. The importance given to the method of investment projects selection, as well as their monitoring as a tool to reduce the negative effect of credit risk

Опыт применения симультанных операций в дерматологии и косметологии

Simultaneous (combined, simultaneous) operations are operations in which up to five different surgical procedures are performed simultaneously during one surgical intervention. According to WHO statistics, about a third of all surgical patients need simultaneous operations. A feature of medical interventions in dermatovenereology and cosmetology is the unwillingness and unwillingness of the patient to experience tangible pain discomfort during the procedures. The arsenal of modern cosmetology is constantly replenished with technologies that not only provide convincing clinical effects, but are also capable of provoking a negative psycho-emotional state in a patient who undergoes certain painful manipulations.
Aims. To reflect the experience of a private medical organization, which is one of the first in the country to actively introduce simultaneous surgery in dermatology for several years.
Materials and methods. Clinical observation, examination results.
Results. In 2022, 32 surgical interventions were performed simultaneously with a dermatovenereologist in this clinic. Also, the clinic regularly performs simultaneous operations in the following combinations: hysteroscopy (with or without curettage) + removal of benign melanocytic/non-melanocytic skin tumors; surgical treatment of hemorrhoids + removal of papillomas/nevi; surgical treatment of anal fissure + removal of papillomas/nevi; laser vaporization of the pilonidal sinus + removal of genital warts; laparoscopic cholecystectomy + removal of nevi.
Conclusion. The use of simultaneous operations in dermatovenerological practice is economically justified and justified, taking into account the modern possibilities of anesthetic care, improving their technical and medical support. Simultaneous combined operations exclude psycho-emotional experiences of the forthcoming repeated surgical intervention in patients and allow the surgeon to conduct high-quality medical interventions in a comfortable environment.Обоснование. Симультанные (сочетанные, одномоментные) операции — это операции, при которых во время одного оперативного вмешательства одновременно проводится до пяти различных хирургических манипуляций. Согласно статистике ВОЗ, потребность в симультанных операциях есть примерно у трети всех хирургических пациентов. Особенностью медицинских вмешательств в дерматовенерологии и косметологии является неготовность и нежелание пациента испытывать ощутимый болевой дискомфорт во время процедур. Арсенал современной косметологии постоянно пополняется технологиями, не только обеспечивающими убедительные клинические эффекты, но и способными спровоцировать негативное психоэмоциональное состояние у пациента, которому проводят те или иные болезненные манипуляции.
Цель исследования. Отразить опыт частной медицинской организации, которая одна из первых в стране в течение нескольких лет активно внедряет симультанную хирургию в дерматологии.
Материалы и методы. Клиническое наблюдение, результаты обследования.
Результаты. За 2022 г. в клинике симультанно с врачом-дерматовенерологом было выполнено 32 оперативных вмешательства. Также в клинике регулярно проводятся симультанные операции в следующих комбинациях: гистероскопия (с выскабливанием или без) + удаление доброкачественных меланоцитарных/немеланоцитарных новообразований кожи; оперативное лечение геморроя + удаление папиллом/невусов; оперативное лечение анальной трещины + удаление папиллом/ невусов; лазерная вапоризация пилонидального синуса + удаление кондилом; лапароскопическая холецистэктомия + удаление невусов.
Заключение. Применение симультанных операций в дерматовенерологической практике экономически обосновано и оправдано с учетом современных возможностей анестезиологической помощи, улучшения технического и медикаментозного их обеспечения. Одновременные сочетанные операции исключают психоэмоциональные переживания предстоящего повторного оперативного вмешательства у пациентов и позволяют врачу-хирургу в комфортной обстановке качественно проводить медицинские вмешательства

The expression of cell-cycle regulatory genes, the invasive potential, and proliferative properties were estimated in the mesenchymal cells isolated from the endometrium in health and proliferative diseases (endometrial hyperplastic processes (EHP), adenomyosis (AM), and hysteromyoma (HM)). Results. A difference was found in the expression of the c-Met proto-oncogene and the cell-cycle inhibitor p16. The expression of p16 was absent in health and HM and was detected in all samples in EHP and AM; c-Met was revealed in health and HM; its expression was absent in EHP and AM. There were no differences in the expression of T-cadherin, urokinase and its receptor, MMP3 which were responsible for stromal remodeling and invasion. Conclusion. The expression of c-Met and p16 in the mesenchymal cells changes in proliferative endometrial diseases. © Bionika Media Ltd
