CREATION OF IT-ORIENTED ONTOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON THE BASE OF COMPETENCIES
Purpose. Taking into account the expansion of computing application scopes there is a need to identify the links and features of the constantly emerging professional competencies of the new sections of computing knowledge to improve the process of forming new curricula. Methodology. Authors propose the new approach aimed to build specialized knowledge bases generated using artificial intelligence technology and focused on the use of multiple heterogeneous resources or data sources on specific educational topics is proposed. As a tool, ensuring the formation of the base ontology the Protégé 4.2 ontology editor is used. As one of the modules of the developed system of semantic analysis, which provides access to ontology and the possibility of its processing, the Apache Jena Java framework should be used, which forms the software environment for working with data in RDF, RDFS and OWL formats, and also supports the ability to form queries to Ontologies in the SPARQL language. The peculiarity of this approach is the binding of information resources of the three-platform presentation of the disciplinary structure in the context of identifying the links of professional competencies. Findings. The model and structure of the IT-oriented ontological framework designed to ensure the components convergence of the university three-platform information and communication environment are developed. The structure of the knowledge base ontology-basis, describing the main essence of the educational standards of the "Information Technologies" branch is formed. Originality. Within the framework of design and formation of the knowledge sector disciplinary structure "Information Technologies" in the context of the competence approach to education, the architecture of the competence descriptors of semantic analysis system is proposed. It implements the algorithm for integrating the ontological and product models of knowledge representation about the subject domain. Practical value. The proposed approach allows systematizing the content, structure and connections of the information technologies field components for adjusting the range of competences formed in the development of educational programs for training IT specialists at the University, taking into account the growth of the field of computing

RESISTANCE TO THE BLAST AGENT AND THE MORPHOBIOLOGICALFEATURES OF GENOTYPES IN THE Oryza sativa L. COLLECTION FROM VARIOUS ECOLOGICAL AND GEOGRAPHICAL GROUPS IN CONDITIONS OF КUBAN ZONE OF RICE GROWING
The most common and harmful disease of the agricultural crop rice is a “burn” caused by the fungus Magnoporthe grisea (Hebert) Barr, the causative agent of rice blast. The important direction of modern domestic rice breeding is the development of high-yielding varieties resistant to blast. To solve the problem, it is important to search for sources and donors of resistance to the Krasnodar population of the pathogen among ecotypes of different ecological and geographical origin. Evaluation of the rice collection diversity for resistance to blast was carried out both on a natural background and on an infectious-provocative one. Immunological evaluation and phenotyping were carried out in 2015–2017 on 154 varieties of the Oryza sativa L. species from 7 ecological and geographical cultivation zones. Over the years of research, the range of variation in the intensity of the disease development in varieties was in the range from 1.1 to 77.8 %. The differences in the resistance of rice varieties to the pathogen between ecological groups and countries have been found. Most of the studied samples have shown medium resistance, there were isolated 51 resistant forms. Most often stable forms were found among the germplasm from China, Italy, the Philippines and Korea, and the unstable ones were from African countries, Japan, Primorye and Vietnam. Introduced samples resistant to the disease were identified and adapted to soil and climatic conditions and rice cultivation technologies of the Kuban, they were included in the breeding scheme for developing pathogen-resistant rice varieties with the extension of their genetic basis. The article presents data on the variation of morphological traits and the rate of development of plants of international varieties from 24 countries in the conditions of the south of Russia. The results of the comparison of germplasm of domestic and foreign varieties according to the degree of resistance to the pathogen in conditions of natural infection in the field experiment for five years are presented. As a result of the evaluation of plant resistance to the Krasnodar population of the pathogen, the effective genes for resistance to the pathogen for breeding programs of the south of Russia and the molecular genetic analysis of the rice collection variety were determined: Pi-1, Pi-z, Pi-ta, Pi-z5, Pi-9, Pi-5(t), Pi-t, Pi-19
Analysis of genetic relationships among rice cultivars from different ecogeographic groups using SSR markers
Microsatellite DNA markers are widely used in genetic research on rice: for studying the genetic diversity of genetic resources collections, iden-tifying microevolutionary processes within the genus Oryza L. and analyzing genetic relationships of gene pools from different regions of the world, as well as in gene mapping and performing marker-assisted selection in breeding. Given the size of the collection held by the All-Russian Rice Research Institute, which has a total of about 7,000 accessions, it is important to analyze its genetic structure and study genetic diversity, including the use of molecular genetic methods. The aim of the work was to clarify the genetic relationships among modern Russian rice varieties and varieties from different regions of Asia (Central Asia or East Asia) representing various ecogeographic groups using microsatellite DNA markers. The material of the study was 32 rice cultivars representing three different ecogeographic groups: Eastern, Central Asian and European. We used 10 SSR markers, which showed a level of polymorphism from 2 (RM11, RM316, RM19) to 8 alleles (RM1). For a total of ten loci, 46 alleles were identified. The average PIC was 0.45. The results of the Bayesian analysis and clustering using the UPGMA method made it possible to make a conclusion about the complex genetic structure of the set of the studied cultivars, which is consistent with the presence of cultivars from different ecogeographic groups (EGG). A number of cultivars that occupy an intermediate position between ecogeographic groups were identified, which obviously is a consequence of the active use of crosses between cultivars belonging to different EGGs in the process of breeding. Russian cultivars, which according to their morphological characteristics belong to the European ecogeographic group, were attributed to the group which also included some varieties from Central Asia and from the Eastern EGG. It was a consequence of the use of cultivars belonging to different ecogeographic groups in domestic breeding programs
Genetics of the signs of rice clusters
From the literature, more than 1000 active rice genes are known, from which chromosomal and genetic maps are drawn. Some of them have specific localization in the gene linkage groups. Knowing the specific gene localization in the chromosome, their interaction, interrelations with other neighboring alleles, it is possible to select the parental pairs to hybridize the models of new genotypes and varieties with the necessary traits. The botanical concept of a rice cluster includes all the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the panicle. The scientific literature describes more than 20 signs that characterize a panicle. At the same time, panicle signs are divided into cluster and spikelet factors (grains). The article presents the characteristics of the parental individuals and the F1 and F3 hybrids of rice, the results of the hybridological analysis, the description of the genes and their manifestation in the hybrid combinations. We recommend using valuable genotypes in the selection of parental pairs for hybridization in the process of developing new varieties. In the genetic formulas of varieties and hybrids, each trait is represented by one symbol, as it is in the diploid state. The dominant genes are designated by uppercase (capital) symbols, the recessive one are written by lowercase letters. There have been determined the values of the dominance coefficients, which indicate the trait inheritance in F1. The most traits show the effect of dominance and overdominance, which indicates the possibility of their use in the breeding process when developing the source material and new rice varieties. Phenotypic evaluation of DH-lines developed on the base of rice samples with blast resistance genes
Gametoclonal changes are an additional source of genetic variation suitable for use in crop improvement programs for a range of agronomic traits. The aim of the study was to accelerate development of genetically stable DH rice lines with high morphological and genetic uniformity by the method of experimental haploidy in vitro based on breeding valuable samples with specified characteristics and carrying genes of a wide spectrum of blast resistance, as well as samples with racespecific genes for resistance to the pathogen, and subsequent assessment of agronomic traits of androgenic lines. The data on the callusogenic and regenerative capacity of 30 genotypes of domestic rice and samples of Chinese introduction with genes for blast resistance in anther culture in vitro are presented. Genetically stable (homozygous) androgenic lines were developed on the basis of these breeding valuable samples. The characteristics of economic and biological traits and elements of panicle productivity of 30 DH-line developed from three samples with blast resistance genes are given. The variability of traits arising as a result of gametoclonal variability in androgenic lines was noted for such traits as plant height, panicle length, blast resistance, and weight of 1000 grains

Introduction. The global concept of "sustainable development", aimed at preserving civilization, defines the social significance of education and building of the information society as its most important constituent elements. The pandemic and other global challenges state the important role of education as a means of human survival, designating knowledge as public goods. The movement towards sustainable development of the society is similar to the formation of a new educational reality based on new approaches and principles, including open science. Purpose setting. The current trend in the development of higher education is the course towards the openness of content, the use of digital educational technologies, which is reflected in the documents of the international movement for the creation and dissemination of open educational resources. An analysis of domestic scientific publications shows that open access to scientific and educational information is of particular importance, since the transformation of the education system is taking place against the backdrop of restricting our state’s access to world information resources, sanctions, and import substitution. The agricultural sector, which has a special mission to provide the population with food, has faced the task of filling the shortage of highly qualified specialists. In the current period of transformation of the educational system, open educational resources are becoming innovative tools; the experience of agricultural universities in their use during the pandemic has shown good results in the quality of education. However, the global and highly fragmented volume of information on the Internet in the absence of standardization of open educational resources makes the process of finding information for learning complex and time-consuming. Methodology and methods of the study. The results of the analysis give grounds to speak about the need to create a national information aggregator system in order to ensure constant open access to information resources for participants in the educational process of the agricultural industry. Results. The results of the study made it possible to prepare a guide to open sectoral information resources of the agro-industrial complex – open educational resources "Navigator of Open Educational Resources for the Agricultural Industry", which is presented on the "Library for Open Science" platform (available at: http://lib-os.ru/obrazovatelnye-resursy/navigator-oor-apk/) and allow users to find the information they need faster and more efficiently. Conclusion. The results of the study give reason to talk about the need to create a national data aggregation system to provide permanent open access to the information resources of participants in the educational process of the agricultural industry.Введение. Мировая концепция «устойчивого развития», направленная на сохранение цивилизации, определяет социальную значимость образования и построение информационного общества как ее важнейшие составляющие элементы. Пандемия и другие глобальные вызовы констатируют важную роль образования как средства выживания человечества, обозначив знания общественными благами. Движение к устойчивому развитию общества происходит путем формирования новой образовательной реальности на основе новых подходов и принципов, в том числе открытой науки.Постановка задачи. Современной тенденцией развития высшего образования становится курс на открытость контента, применение цифровых образовательных технологий, что находит отражение в документах международного движения по созданию и распространению открытых образовательных ресурсов.Методика и методология исследования. Анализ отечественных научных публикаций показывает, что открытый доступ к научно-образовательной информации имеет особое значение, поскольку трансформация системы образования происходит на фоне ограничения доступа нашего государства к мировым информационным ресурсам, санкций, импортозамещения.Результаты. Итогом исследования стала подготовка путеводителя по открытым отраслевым информационным ресурсам агропромышленного комплекса «Навигатор по открытым образовательным ресурсам аграрной отрасли», который представлен на платформе «Библиотека для открытой науки»: http://lib-os.ru/obrazovatelnye-resursy/navigator-oor-apk/ и позволит пользователям быстрее и эффективнее находить необходимую информацию.Выводы. Результаты проведенного анализа дают основание говорить о необходимости создания национальной информационной системы – агрегатора для целей обеспечения постоянного открытого доступа к информационным ресурсам участников образовательного процесса аграрной отрасли
THE ASSESSMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL TRAITS OF RICE GRAIN QUALITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF THEIR OVERMATURE STAND TO FORM AGGREGATED (INTEGRAL) INDEX OF GRAIN QUALITY
The study of the effect of overmature stand before harvesting on the quality of rice varieties grown in ARRI of rice (Krasnodar) has been carried out. As the material we took the grain of such rice varieties as ‘Rapan’, ‘Khazar’, ‘Favorit’, ‘Kurazh’, ‘Sharm’ and ‘Krepysh’ grown by ARRI of rice (the village of Belozerny of Krasnodar Area) and harvested in the years of 2013, 2014. The soil of the plots was rice, meadow-black earth; the arable land was characterized with the general humus content of 4.2% (according to I.V. Tyurin) and with readily hydrolyzable nitrogen of 7.3 mg/100 g (according to I.V. Tyurin and M.M. Kononova). The rice maturity in the conditions of the cold rainy September of 2013 promoted a long-term high humidity of ripe grain. In 2014 by the 7 of October all varieties achieved the humidity of ripe grain (13.1-15.3%). The rice humidity during harvesting had no effect on a fracturing of rice grain. The varieties ‘Krepysh’ (32.9-37.8g) and ‘Favorit’ (28.9-29.1g) belong to large-kerneled varieties. The rest ones belonged to middle-kerneled varieties with 24.8-25.3 g. The fracturing effect of short-kerneled varieties ‘Rapan’ and ‘Khazar’ had no significant increase in the before- harvesting period with 3-5% and 2-6% respectively. The ratio of fracturing of the early-maturing variety ‘Sharm’ was 40% in 2014 under harvesting humidity of 12.1%; and 9% in 2013 under harvesting humidity of 19.6%. The influence of the genotype on the response of the grain quality on an overmature stand has been shown in the article. We have made a conclusion about the necessity to register the genetic resources of rice varieties response on an overmature stand in the database program
