No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Pemerintahan Kota Bandung yang berbentuk badan dan dinas.Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah badan dan dinas yang ada di Pemerintahan Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 23. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada bagian internal 23 Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Pemerintahan Kota Bandung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji keberhasilan regresi (uji t) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 20 for windows,setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji normalitas data.
Hasil penelitian dengan regresi linier sederhana menunjukan bahwa efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 6,637. Sedangkan dari uji keberhasilan koefisien regresi menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik. ;
This research aims to find out the influence of internal control effectiveness towards the quality of public service. The research is done to Bandung municipal administration’s working unit, namely bodies and agencies, and as many as 23 bodies become the population of the research. This research is classified to descriptive verification research, using quantitative approach. The research uses a saturated sample. Data used in the research is the primary data. The data is gathered through a survey by spreading questionnaires to the 23 bodies and agencies in Bandung municipal administration. Methods of analysis used are a simple linear regression analysis and a regression’s success test (T test) with the help of software IBM SPSS 20 for windows. Validity test and normality test of data are done before using the software. The result of research using a simple linear regression shows the internal control effectiveness has a positive impact towards the public service with the value of regression coefficient of 6.637. Meanwhile, a regression’s success test shows the internal control has a significant impact towards the public service quality

No full textAbstract. This study aims to determine how much influence the effectiveness of internal controls on the quality of public services. This research was conducted at the Regional Government Work Unit of Bandung City Government in the form of agency and service. This research uses descriptive verification method. The data used in this study is the primary data. Data collection is done through the spreading of questionnaires to 23 Work Unit of Regional Government in Bandung City Government. The hypothesis in this study was tested by Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Success Test Regression Coefficient (t-test) with IBM SPSS 20 for windows. The result of the research with simple linear regression showed that the effectiveness of internal control had a positive effect on the quality of public service. Design Of Vfr Route Kendari Control Zone For Airplanes Flying To The Bombana Area
No full textHaluoleo Kendari Airport serves local flight traffic, domestic and overflying traffic that passes through Kendari's airspace. Based on the data collected, it is known that Visual Flight Rules (VFR) flights from Haluoleo Kendari Airport to the Bombana region or vice versa do not have a VFR Route so that planes flying VFR fly direct routes. The research method used was Research and Development. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, data processing techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The author designed the VFR Route using the Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Software method. The suggestion that the author can give is for Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan (LPPNPI) Kendari Branch to initiate Perum LPPNPI Headquarters for the creation of a VFR Route in the Kendari Control Zone that connects Haluoleo Kendari Airport to the Bombana area, so that air traffic services at Perum LPPNPI Kendari Branch are more optimal
