ANALISIS KENDALA POTENSIAL PENERAPAN TOTAL QUALITY SERVICE PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala potensial dalam penerapan Total QualityService (TQS) pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) di Kota Yogyakarta. Responden dalam penelitian iniadalah seluruh pejabat rumah sakit yang dianggap mampu untuk mengevaluasi kendala potensial dalampenerapan TQS. Teknik samplin dalam penelitian ini menggunkan teknik sensus atau sampling jenuh. Metodeanalisis data menggunakan analisis rata-rata (mean). Jika mean suatu faktor lebih besar dari 3 berarti faktortersebut merupakan kendala potensial penerapan TQS, sedangkan jika mean suatu faktor kurang dari 3 berartifaktor tersebut bukan merupakan kendala potensial penerapan TQS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor yang menjadi kendala potensial penerapan TQS di RSUDKota Yogyakarta hanya ada satu yaitu faktor infrastruktur karena nilai mean lebih besar 3. Sedangkan faktoryang lain yaitu faktor pekerja dan budaya, faktor manajerial dan faktor organisasional bukan merupakan kendalakarena nilai mean kurang dari 3. Penilaian secara keseluruhan penerapan TQS pada RSUD Kota Yogyakartasebesar mean 2,63 yang artinya bahwa secara umum keseluruhan faktor pada RSUD Kota Yogyakarta tidakmenghadapi kendala potensial dalam penerapan TQS
Kepuasan Mahasiswa Sebagai Mediasi Atas Hubungan Antara Praktek Total Quality Management dan Kinerja Program Studi Manajemen Pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh praktek Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja. Lebih spesifik bertujuan menguji dan menjelaskan peran kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai mediasi atas hubungan antara praktek Total Quality Management dan kinerja Program Studi Manajemen. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan explanation research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh program studi manajemen pada perguruan tinggi Swasta di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sebanyak 28 program studi dan di ambil semua (complete enumeration). Kriteria anggota populasi: program studi yang terakreditasi minimal C dan status akreditasinya masih berlaku (26 program studi yang memenuhi syarat). Responden adalah ketua atau sekretaris program studi manajemen, dosen serta mahasiswa manajemen. Setiap program studi di ambil 5 mahasiswa secara random sederhana. Metode analisis data dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktek Total Quality Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja program studi. Praktek TQM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Serta kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja program studi. Variabel kepuasan mahasiswa terbukti sebagai mediasi parsial atas hubungan praktek Total Quality Management dan kinerja program studi manajemen
PENGARUH QUALITY ASSURANCE DAN ISO 9000 TERHADAP KINERJA PROGRAM STUDI (STUDI PADA SEBUAH PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI YOGYAKARTA)
Higher education is very important for the community. The college is an institution that organizes the process of education or teaching, research and service to the community. This research was conducted at a private university in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of Quality Assurance and ISO 9000 on performance. The population of this research is the entire department. The sampling technique using saturated or census sampling technique, i.e. by using all components of the population considered to be able to assess the implementation of the Quality Assurance (QA) and the implementation of ISO 9000. The respondents in this study is the Chairman or Secretary of department. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the program of Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) to perform analysis of hypothesis testing. The result show that the diversity of variable QA, ISO and performance can be explained by models research with having value as fit as much as 73,6 %. The remaining 26,4 % described by other variables.Variable QA influential not significantly to the performance of a course of study in college. Variable ISO 9000 influential not significantly to the performance of course of study. While variable QA influential positive and significantly to ISO 9000. ANALISIS PERBEDAAN RETURN SAHAM SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PENGUMUMAN RIGHT ISSUE
This research aims to determine whether there are differences in stock returns before and after the announcement of the rights issue on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013 period. This study was conducted on 43 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange right issues in the year 2009 to 2013, with a purposive sampling method. This research used the t-test analysis test by way Paired Sample Test with the observation period (event window) there are 20 days, t-10 (10 days prior to the announcement of the rights issue) and t + 10 (10 days after the announcement of the right issue). The announcement of the test results are known to contain information because the announcement led to market tereaksinya indicated by the presence pf abnormal return that occurred and the results of t-test menunjukkan significance value 0.036<α0.05 to distinction stock returns 10 days prior to the stock return 10 days after the announcement of the right issue. This that information is not leaked
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pemberian Insentif Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Yayasan Nurul Huda Kuningan
This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of leadership and work incentives on employee discipline at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Foundation. Based on initial observations, the level of employee discipline at the foundation exhibited several issues, such as a high absenteeism rate (3.89%), tardiness, and non-compliance with dress code regulations, which are suspected to be influenced by leadership and work incentives. The research employed a descriptive and verification method, analyzing the collected data as it was and validating the research hypotheses. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, consisting of 38 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Multiple linear regression was used as the analytical tool, with leadership and work incentives as the independent variables and work discipline as the dependent variable. The results indicated that leadership and work incentives both had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, both collectively and individually. This means that more effective leadership and higher work incentives lead to an increase in employee discipline at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Foundation. These findings imply that organizations seeking to improve employee discipline should focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness and providing sufficient work incentivesPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan insentif kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan di Yayasan Nurul Huda Kertawangunan. Berdasarkan observasi awal, tingkat disiplin kerja di yayasan ini menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti ketidakhadiran yang tinggi (3,89%), keterlambatan, dan ketidaksesuaian dengan aturan berpakaian, yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan dan insentif kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan apa adanya serta memvalidasi hipotesis penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan variabel kepemimpinan dan insentif kerja sebagai variabel independen, serta disiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan insentif kerja secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin efektif kepemimpinan dan semakin tinggi insentif kerja akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan di Yayasan Nurul Huda Kertawangunan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan harus fokus pada peningkatan efektivitas kepemimpinan dan pemberian insentif kerja yang memada
ANALISIS PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN OTOMOTIF YANG TERCATAT DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) PERIODE 2012-2014
This research aims to test the influence C (Current Ratio), IT (Inventory Turnover), DER (Debt Equity Ratio), ROI (Return On Investment), and ROE (Return On Equity) to the stock price on the automotive industry which is listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia in 2012-2014. The sample in this study is the automotive company. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, obtained 12 samples of automotive companies. The test using statistical test multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, the statistical test used was the t test, simultaneously with the F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of this study concluded that the partial CR (Current Ratio), IT (Inventory Turnover), DER (Debt Equity Ratio), ROI (Return On Investment), and ROE (Return On Equity) does not affect the value of automotive companies, and simultaneous no effect on the stock price at the automotive company 2012-2014. R-Squared value (R2) of 0.200 (20.0%) means that the independent variables affect the dependent variable of 20.0% and 80.0% side explained by other variables outside the model
PENGARUH PENGUMUMAN PERUBAHAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP ABNORMAL RETURN SAHAM DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
The information about increase and decrease of the cash dividend that it's be dividend by the company is one of information that be considered important enough for investor, because in the information include. The loading information that due to advantage prospect that will get by the company in the next time. It's caused a condition where the investors is met to the high uncertainty of the result of it's investment activity so it's increase and decrease information a cash dividend can be assumed as an indicator for repairing the advantage prospect company in the next time. This research examines information content of cash dividends announcements increase and decrease and the difference of average abnormal return between companies announcing of cash dividend. The result shows that those companies announcing the increase of cash dividends, the is reactive, especially in the t+6 after dividends announcement. It indicate that there is content information on the announcement of cash dividends increase. Mean while those companies announcing the decrease of cash dividends, the market is reactive, especially in the t+9 after announcement of cash dividends. The test of the difference of average abnormal return before and after on the announcement of the increase and the decrease of cash dividends, show that there is no difference between average abnormal return before and after announcement of increase and decrease cash dividends
ANALISIS PENGARUH TINGKAT INFLASI, TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA, DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN (IHSG) DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) PERIODE 2013-2015
This research aimed to analyze and test the effect of inflation rates, interest rate and exchange rate on the stok price index at the stock exchange in 2013–2015. Independent variable used are inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates. While the dependent variable is the stock price index. The object of this research is in the market listed on the stock price index. The inflation rates, interest rates, and the exchange rate that are taken from Indonesian Bank. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test and regression test. Based on the  survey result revealed that in partial inflation and the exchange rate does not significantaly influence the Stock Exchange Composite Index. While the variable interest rate significantly influence the Stock Exchange Composite Index. The test results simultaneosly show variable inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have an influence on the Stock Exchange Composite Index. The coefficient of determination was 28,3%
ANALISIS PENGARUH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TERHADAP PEMBELIAN ULANG (Studi Kasus pada Konsumen Restoran Gudeg Yu Djum Jln. Kaliurang Km. 5 Koncoran Gg. Sri Katon 2 Yogyakarta)
This study aims to determine the effect of the repurchase of Gudeg Yu Djum restaurant. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression methods can be concluded that the sense variable has no significant effect on repurchases with a significance value (P value) of 0.840> 0.05, the feel variable has a significant effect on repeat purchases with a significance value (P value) of 0.007 <0 , 05, think variable has a significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) of 0.005 <0.05, Act variable has no significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) 0.945> 0.05, the relate variable has a significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) 0.042 <0.05. Simultaneously sense, feel, think, act, and relate, significantly influence the repurchase with an F count of 22,010 with a significant number (P value) 0,000 <0.005. The coefficient of determination generated is 0.515, which means 51.5% change in the repurchase variable is explained by the variables sense, feel, think, act, and relate together, while the remaining 48.5% is explained by other variables not included in this research
