The Effect of Motivation on Human Resource Performance
Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the level of motivation on performance in the Inspectorate General (ITJEN) is the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus (APIP) within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek).
ITJEN Kemendikbudristek has a vital role in realizing the quality and accountable management of state university (PTN) governance. For this reason, it is essential to conduct research related to the audit performance produced by ITJEN and how the level of motivation affects what has a causality relationship with the resulting audit performance. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of motivation and employee performance is not optimal. As for statistical analysis, it is known that the level of motivation has a positive and significant influence in carrying out its role in the organization.

EVALUASI PROGRAM ZERO FOOD WASTE YANG TERINTEGRASI DENGAN PROGRAM PENGUATAN PROFESIONAL KEPENDIDIKAN (P3K)
Isu mengenai kondisi permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia, khususnya provinsi Jawa Barat semakin kompleks dan mengkhawatirkan. Pada bulan September tahun 2024, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat mulai menekankan upaya penanggulangan permasalahan tersebut melalui program Zero Food Waste yang diintegrasikan ke dalam Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan (P3K). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program melalui komponen context, input, process, dan product. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai argumen penguat data. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pencapaian pelaksanaan pada aspek context sudah sangat jelas, sementara aspek input termasuk ke dalam kategori baik, aspek process termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup, dan aspek product termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan, program Zero Food Waste yang diintegrasikan ke dalam Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan (P3K) termasuk ke dalam kategori baik.
The issue of the condition of waste management problems in Indonesia, especially in West Java Province, is increasingly complex and worrying. In September 2024, the West Java Provincial goverment began to emphasize efforts to overcome this problem through the Zero Food Waste integrated into Professional Education Strengthening Program (P3K). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the program through components context, input, process, and product. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews as data strengthening arguments. Evaluation results show the achievment of implementation in aspects context it is very clear, while input included in the good category, process included in the sufficient category, and product included in the good category. In general, Zero Food Waste integrated into Professional Education Strengthening Program is categorized as good
