ANALISIS PENILAIAN KINERJA SUPPLIER PADA PT IDCSS
The best performance assessment of suppliers in the company is an effort to improve the quality of service and provide the best products to customers. The effort aims to keep the company competitive by minimizing discrepancies in the supply chain flow. Research was conducted on PT IDCSS to find the best performing suppliers in meeting the needs of artificial ornamental plant products, to minimize problems arising from the supply of inappropriate products. The method used in this research is the VPI frame worked Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the main criteria of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility and Response which are divided into 17 sub-criteria. The results showed that the highest weights were the delivery criteria (0.389), cost (0.294), quality (0.157), response (0.108) and flexibility (0.052). The assessment results on supplier performance supplier MIS (0.260), YOH (0.256), FYG (0.244), CIL (0.129) and supplier SAM (0.112). This shows that supplier MIS has the best performance as a supplier of artificial ornamental plant products for PT IDCSS

PERANCANGAN ULANG TATA LETAK FASILITAS PRODUKSI DI PT XYZ
The disadvantage of the current layout is that the layout of each work station is not appropriate, because it does not take into account the degree of proximity between work stations, seen in the initial material picking work station which is located far from the printer machine. The purpose of this study was to find out how the redesign of the layout of the production process at PT. XYz. This research was conducted at PT XYz by analyzing data using From chat, Activity relationship chat (ARC) and then inputting data into Blocpan software. In this study, there are several processes, namely the preparation of raw materials, mixing of raw materials, printing and drying and storage. The results of this study are the coordinates of the preparatory post are (10.98, 18.22), with a length of 22 m and an area of 36.4 m. at the stirring post has coordinates (26.07, 18.22), with a length of 8.2 m and a width of 36.4 m. the printing and drying posts have coordinates (30.19, 40.58) with a length of 60.4m and a width of 8.3m. the storage post has coordinates (45.28,18.22) with a length of 30.2 m and a width of 36.4 m. It is recommended to improve the layout of the existing company so that work is more efficient.
 
ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN PADA UKM MAKANAN KALENG
Material inventory is a fundamental aspect of the company. The smoothness of the production process is not only based on the level of effectiveness in the production process, but also on other processes related to material inventory. If materials are in short supply, the production process will experience disruption which results in financial and non-financial losses. If there is too much material inventory, then the material storage costs borne by the company will be greater. The aim of this research is to maximize material supplies and determine the right time to reorder raw materials. The methods used are EOQ, ROP, and ITO. Data collection was carried out quantitatively at a fish canned food company. Based on the calculation results, it was found that the economic level of purchasing main raw materials using the EOQ method approach was 25 kg per order and the recommended reorder amount was 10 kg per order, while for safety sticks the recommended amount was 4.4 kg/day.Persediaan material merupakan aspek fundamental perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaksimalkan persediaan bahan dan menentukan waktu yang tepat untuk melakukan pemesanan ulang bahan baku. Metode yang digunakan adalah EOQ, ROP, dan ITO. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif pada perusahaan makanan kaleng ikan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh tingkat keekonomian pembelian bahan baku utama dengan pendekatan metode EOQ adalah 25 kg per pemesanan dan jumlah pemesanan ulang yang disarankan adalah 10 kg per pemesanan, sedangkan untuk safety stick jumlah yang disarankan adalah 4,4 kg/ hari

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause defective products in the production process, find out the types of defects that occur and make recommendations for improvement. The methods used are Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Based on the results of the study, the defects that occurred in Marsada Songket kebaya and Tailor were sewing defects, accessories defects and fabric defects. The recommendation for improvement is to set SOPs in accordance with work standards so that they can be carried out more efficiently and effectively
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PIPA MARINE HOSE PADA PT YOKOHAMA INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING INDONESIA
This study explores the impact of integrating Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on marine hose quality at PT Yokohama Industrial Products Manufacturing Indonesia. Driven by a defect rate that exceeded the 5% threshold (5.13% from June 2024 to May 2025), the research employed a descriptive quantitative design, using observation, documentation, and interviews. Among 937 defective units, surface cracks (468 cases, 39.8%), joint leaks (281 cases, 23.4%), and pipe deformations (188 cases, 15%) were most prevalent. FMEA assigned Risk Priority Numbers (RPNs), identifying cracking (RPN = 270), leakage (240), and deformation (144) as top risks. RCA with the 5 Whys revealed root causes: irregular vulcanization machine calibration, substandard raw materials, and inconsistent temperature control. Following corrective measures scheduled calibrations, raw material verification, and standardized vulcanization processes the defect rate dropped significantly. Over three months, defective units fell from 243 to 97 (a 40% reduction), and RPNs decreased: cracking to 120 (−55.6%), leakage to 90 (−62.5%), and deformation to 60 (−58.3%). These results confirm that combining FMEA and RCA effectively reduces failure risk, enhances product quality, and improves manufacturing efficiency

Some of the things that become customer complaints are the exchange of clothes between customers, damage to customer clothes, loss of customer clothes, clothes taking time that is longer than the specified time. This study uses the Service Quality method, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance Empathy with the highest gap value in the Reliability dimension with the attribute of suitability of clothes when delivered and sent home with a gap of -0.517 and uses the CSI method to determine the level of customer satisfaction with a value The CSI obtained was 79.365% and the index value number four which showed an index value of 66.00 – 80.99 gave agreed results, which stated that customers agreed with the performance of the services that Nabila Laundry Syar'i had provided, but some were still not optimal overall.
