William Robert Shaw
Bob Shaw passed away on December 2, 2015 after a courageous struggle with lung cancer and advanced Parkinson's disease. His family was at his side during his final days at the VA Hospital Hospice unit in Palo Alto. Bob was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He is survived by his wife, Kathie daughter Teresa Crisp (Rick) son, Steve Shaw (Debby) and granddaughter, Juliann Crisp

Interview with Steve Meuche
Steve Meuche came to MSU in the fall of 1962 to study broadcasting. While a student he became manager of the Shaw Hall radio station and then began working as a control board operator for WKAR. Following that he became an announcer at the station. In 1965 he accepted the position of producer/director of WKAR. Mueche taught radio production courses at MSU and broadcasting courses at LCC. He served as program manager from 1969-78 and became manager of WKAR in 1978. In 1989 he was appointed director of broadcasting services for both WKAR radio and TV. Mueche retired from the University in 2004.
