Verso un nuovo assetto della consulenza finanziaria in Italia
No full textSintesi. La legge di stabilità per il 2016 prevede novità signifcative nella disciplina
della consulenza fnanziaria. In primo luogo, viene istituito un unico albo dei
consulenti fnanziari nel quale dovranno essere iscritti i promotori fnanziari,
i consulenti fnanziari di cui all’art. 18-bis T.U.F. e le società di consulenza
fnanziaria di cui all’art. 18-ter T.U.F. La tenuta dell’albo è demandata ad un
organismo con personalità di diritto privato, che prende il posto dell’Organismo
per la tenuta dell’albo dei promotori fnanziari. A tale nuovo organismo
sono altresì afdate le funzioni di vigilanza e quelle sanzionatorie sugli iscritti
all’albo. La seconda novità riguarda la nuova denominazione dei promotori
fnanziari e dei consulenti fnanziari: i primi sono ora qualifcati «consulenti
fnanziari abilitati all’oferta fuori sede» e i secondi «consulenti fnanziari autonomi».
Lo studio si incarica di studiare le implicazioni delle nuova disciplina sul
sistema, di valutarne gli efetti e di prefgurare i futuri ulteriori cambiamenti
che dovranno porsi in essere per dare compiuta realizzazione alla riforma.
Per fare ciò si è ritenuto necessario operare un censimento di chi abita il diversifcato
mondo della consulenza fnanziaria in Italia e negli Stati europei
maggiormente signifcativi.

No full textConcierto realizado por Blanca Stella Parra. Inició sus estudios mlusicales con su padre Argemiro Parra, en la ciudad de Cartago. En 1977 se trasladó a Bogotá donde continuó sus estudios de violín con la profesora Isabel O'Byrne. Así mismo, ingresó como violinista a la Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Colombia e inició sus estudios con la profesora Ruth Lamprea.
En este concierto interpretó obras de G. F. Haendel, J. Brahms, N. Paganini, L. v. Beethoven

Proton cyclotron features in thermal spectra of ultramagnetized neutron stars
No full textA great deal of interest has been recently raised in connection with the possibility that soft gamma -ray repeaters (SGRs) and anomalous X-ray pulsars (AXPs) contain magnetars, young neutron stars endowed with magnetic fields greater than or similar to 10(14) G. In this paper we calculate thermal spectra from ultramagnetized neutron stars for values of the luminosity and magnetic field believed to be relevant to SGRs and AXPs. Emergent spectra are found to be very close to a blackbody at the star effective temperature and exhibit a distinctive absorption feature at the proton cyclotron energy E-c,E-p similar or equal to 0.63(B/10(14) G) keV. The proton cyclotron features (PCFs) are conspicuous (equivalent width of up to many hundreds eV) and relatively broad (DeltaE/E similar to0.05-0.2). The detection of the PCFs is well within the capabilities of present X-ray spectrometers, like the HETGS and METGS on board Chandra. Their observation might provide decisive evidence in favor of the existence of magnetars
