Nowadays, computer networks have grown rapidly due to the demand for information technology management and facilitation of greater functionality. The service provided based on a single machine cannot accommodate large databases. Therefore, single servers must be combined for server group services. The problem in grouping server service is that it is very hard to manage many devices which have different hardware. Cloud computing is an extensive scalable computing infrastructure that shares existing resources. It is a popular option for people and businesses for a number of reasons including cost savings and security. This paper aimed to propose an efficient technique of load balance control by using HA Proxy in cloud computing with the objective of receiving and distributing the workload to the computer server to share the processing resources. The proposed technique applied round-robin scheduling for an efficient resource management of the cloud storage systems that focused on an effective workload balancing and a dynamic replication strategy. The evaluation approach was based on the benchmark data from requests per second and failed requests. The results showed that the proposed technique could improve performance of load balancing by 1,000 request /6.31 sec in cloud computing and generate fewer false alarm

Data communication and computer networks have enormously grown in every aspect of businesses. Computer networks are being used to offer instantaneous access to information in online libraries around the world. The popularity and importance of data communication has produced a strong demand in all sectors job for people with more computer networking expertise. Companies need workers to plan, use and manage the database system aspects of security. The security policy must apply data stored in a computer system as well as information transfer a network. This paper aimed to define computer data backup policies of the Incremental backup by using Unison synchronization as a file-synchronization tool and load balancing file synchronization management (LFSM) for traffic management. The policy is to be able to perform a full backup only at first as a one time from obtaining a copy of the data. The easiest aspect of value to assess is replacement for restoring the data from changes only and processing the correct information. As a result, the new synchronization technique was able to improve the performance of data backup and computer security system

Visible Light Communication: Importance and Thai Preparations

AbstractSince the Internet of Thing allows devices to be interconnected across communication networks, the demand for bandwidth in personal communication are growing rapidly as the number of devices increases. Moreover, the location estimation in an indoor environment requires a proper technology because the global positioning system cannot provide satisfactory accuracy. Thus, a visible light communication (VLC) technology is introduced so as to add extra capacity to an existing radio frequency infrastructure. In practice, the VLC can utilize the lighting system infrastructure to transmit data via light intensity together with illumination. Several VLC standards have been published by the visible light communication consortium (VLCC) and the institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) in 2003 and 2011 respectively. In the past five years, many researchers in Thailand have focused on both VLC basic research and technology implementation. Additionally, the inter-University co-operation known as LED-SmartCon has also been established by ECTI Association to promote the VLC technology in Thailand

Since the times when China has started to implement economic reforms, regulation of national migration, especially in the direction from rural areas to large cities, has become one of the core issues in modernization of the whole system of its public management. Consequently, this issue has also become interesting for economic and sociological research. This article studies today’s peculiarities of internal labor migration in China and analyzes historic and contemporary forms of the migration policy implementation in this country. The author also discusses the major preconditions for its efficiency as well as opportunities for using certain instruments of Chinese migration policy in modernization of Thailand migration policy, taking into account contemporary economic, social and political challenges
