No full textThe book-reporting Ambivalente is intended to address religious persecution against Christians in Muslim-majority countries, focusing on Morocco through the narrative of an ex-Muslim character from the country called Mehdi. The purpose of this product is to point out causes, consequences and problems involving religious persecution. For this, research, verification, interviews and writing were used as methodologies. As a result, we hope that Mehdi's story will serve as a basis for building a relevant dialogue - both for the academic community and for society as a whole - on issues of persecution, intolerance, and religious fundamentalismO livro-reportagem Ambivalente tem a intenção de abordar a perseguição religiosa contra cristãos em países de maioria muçulmana, com enfoque no Marrocos, por meio da narrativa de um personagem ex-muçulmano do país chamado Mehdi. O objetivo desse produto é apontar causas, consequências e problemáticas envolvendo a perseguição religiosa. Para tanto, foram utilizadas como metodologias etapas de pesquisa, apuração, entrevistas e redação. Como resultados, esperamos que a história de Mehdi sirva como base para a promoção de um diálogo relevante - tanto para a comunidade acadêmica, quanto para a sociedade como um todo - a respeito de temáticas relativas à perseguição, intolerância e fundamentalismo religios
A utilização de tecnologias na contabilidade pela perspectiva da literatura nacional
Get PDFThe advancement of Information Technology (IT) has provided significant changes in the scope of work within organizations, also affecting the accountant's routine. In this aspect, this study aims to analyze the use of technology in accounting from the perspective of the national literature. For this, through the Spell platform, a research was made for articles related to accounting and technology, searching in accounting journals with Qualis strata from A2 to B3 from CAPES between 2012 and 2021. To achieve this objective, this paper used a descriptive character regarding the objective, with a quantitative approach and bibliographic research procedures. The main contribution of the study is to trace a profile of evolution and trends for the use of technologies in accounting, following the dynamics of business and the globalized world in constant transformation. In the social sphere, the study can contribute, both to accounting education and to the accountant's own professional performance, by offering an overview of what can/should be learned in relation to technology and its application in accounting. The research results demonstrate agreement among the authors, that the technologies studied by each one contributes in some way to the optimization of work within the companies. Among the subjects of interest, there was a constancy related to the publications of SPED and blockchain themes. Also, it’s observed a concern to understand the determining factors for the implementation or acceptance of cloud computing tools, ERPs and the use of big data.Pesquisa sem auxílio de agências de fomentoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)O avanço da Tecnologia da Informação (TI) vem proporcionando modificações significativas no escopo de trabalho dentro das organizações, afetando, também, a rotina do contador. Nesse aspecto, o presente estudo tem o objetivo de analisar a utilização de tecnologias na contabilidade, pela perspectiva da literatura nacional. Para isso, através da plataforma Spell, buscou-se, nos periódicos contábeis com estratos Qualis de A2 a B3 da CAPES entre 2012 e 2021, artigos relacionados à contabilidade e tecnologia. Para alcançar tal objetivo, o trabalho utilizou de um caráter descritivo quanto ao objetivo, com abordagem quantitativa e procedimentos de pesquisa bibliográfica. A principal contribuição do estudo consiste em traçar um perfil de evolução e tendências para o uso de tecnologias na contabilidade, acompanhando a dinâmica dos negócios e o mundo globalizado em constante transformação. No âmbito social, o estudo pode contribuir, tanto para a educação contábil como para a própria atuação profissional do contador, ao oferecer um panorama daquilo que pode/deve ser aprendido em relação à tecnologia e sua aplicação na contabilidade. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram concordância entre os autores de que as tecnologias estudadas por cada um contribuem, de alguma maneira, para a otimização do trabalho dentro das organizações. Dentre os assuntos de interesse, foi observada uma constância relacionada às publicações dos temas SPED e da blockchain. Identity formation and the Gospel of Matthew : a socio-narrative reading
Get PDFThesis (PhD)--Stellenbosch University, 2021.ENGLISH ABSTRACT: With the assumption that texts have identity-forming roles, this study attempted to answer the question: Why does the author of the Gospel of Matthew include non-Judean characters in his narrative?
To explore a possible answer to this question, I coined and used the socio-narrative reading method, which merges socio-scientific criticism, narrative criticism, and semiological reading through social identity, characterisation, and semiotic theories as a heuristic interpretive tool.
I contend that the implied author of Matthew used the non-Judean characters to form the identity of the ideal readers’ community. This community is not a specific, isolated community, but an imagined 1st-century group of people, i.e., an ideal readers’ community, who could read, grasp, and accept the ideology1 propagated by the Gospel of Matthew as it was expressed by the implied author in the narrative.
Many Matthean scholars have pointed to the role of the non-Judean characters in the Matthean narrative as having implications for the mission to the non-Judeans, but without providing a theoretical basis. I argue that Ronald Barthes’ semiological reading method, specifically the second order meaning of stories, fills this lacuna in Matthean scholarship. Furthermore, most of the studies on the non-Judean characters in the Gospel of Matthew considered them as a reflection of the addressed community. However, I contend that these characters have an identity forming role. I argue that, on the one hand, the implied author used the negatively stereotyped non-Judeans in the Matthean Jesus’ teaching (i.e. Matt. 5:47; 6:7; 6:32; 18:17; and 20:19), which are exemplified in the stories of the negatively characterised non-Judean individuals such as the Gadarenes (Matt. 8:32-34), Pilate (Matt. 27:1-6; 27:62-66), and the Roman soldiers (Matt. 27: 27-28:15), to demonstrate the “otherness”, the “outsiderness” of the non-Judeans. On the other hand, the positively characterised non-Judeans in the genealogy account (Matt. 1:1-17), the Magi (Matt. 2:1-12), the centurion (Matt. 8:5-13), and the Canaanite woman (Matt. 15: 21-28) are used in the Matthean narrative to form the identity of

If the positively characterised non-Judeans were shown to be rightful beneficiaries of the messianic blessings, the social boundary that excluded non-Judeans, who were perceived as others and outsiders in relation to God’s people, is either compromised or demolished. Therefore, the positive and negative characterisations of non-Judeans in the Matthean narrative have a role in forming the identity of the ideal readers’ community.AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Hierdie studie het, met die aanname dat tekste ʼn identiteit-vormende rol speel, gepoog om die vraag te beantwoord: “Waarom sluit die skrywer van die Evangelie van Matteus nie-Judese karakters in sy vertelling in?”
Om die vraag te ondersoek, het ek ʼn leesmetode ontwikkel wat ek die sosio-narratiewe leesmetode noem. Dit is ʼn samesmelting van sosio-wetenskaplike kritiek, narratiewe kritiek, en semiologiese lees, deur gebruik te maak van sosiale identiteit, karakterisering en semiotiese teorieë as ʼn heuristiese werktuig.
Ek voer aan dat die geïmpliseerde skrywer die nie-Judese karakters gebruik het om die identiteit van die ideale lesersgemeenskap te vorm. Hierdie gemeenskap is nie ʼn spesifieke, geïsoleerde gemeenskap nie, maar ʼn verbeelde groep mense uit die eerste eeu, dit wil sê ʼn ideale lesersgemeenskap wat die ideologie wat deur die Matteus-evangelie gepropageer is, sou kon lees, begryp en aanvaar soos dit deur die geïmpliseerde outeur vertel is. Baie navorsers het al daarop gewys dat die rol van die nie-Judese karakters in die boek Matteus, implikasies het vir die sending aan nie-Jode, maar geen teoretiese basis daarvoor gebied nie. Ek meen dat Ronald Barthes se semiologiese leesmetode, spesifiek die tweede-orde betekenis van die verhale, hierdie leemte in die Matteus-navorsing kan vul. In studies oor die nie-Judese karakters in die Evangelie van Matteus, word hulle dikwels beskou as ʼn weerspieëling van die kontekstuele gemeenskap aan wie die boek gerig was. Ek beweer egter dat hierdie karakters ʼn identiteit-vormende rol speel. Ek argumenteer dat die geïmpliseerde skrywer aan die een kant die negatiewe stereotipering van nie-Judeërs deur Jesus (cf. Protection of personal data: civil liability of the state in the face of leaks of personal data under its custody
No full textThis text seeks to respond to an interdisciplinary research problem that touches the areas of Information Technology and Administrative and Civil Law and, for that, explores the interactions between the complexity brought by technological evolution in the processing of personal data, under the custody of entities State-owned companies, and the legal framework dealing with Civil Liability, in particular State Liability, to respond to the problem of identifying what would be the nature of such liability, whether subjective or objective, in view of the leakage of personal data under the custody of the State entity. The methodological path to achieve this objective was the bibliographical review, using the hypothetical-deductive reasoning, under the legal-dogmatic perspective complemented by the legal-philosophical one. No full textA descriminação dos fatores responsáveis pela evolução dos processos erosivos, especialmente àqueles em estágio avançado (voçoroca), são de fundamental importância para o estabelecimento de estratégias que visam a reabilitação da área e a proteção contra danos ambientais, sociais e econômicos. O presente estudo desenvolveu-se na bacia do córrego Estrangulado (coordenadas 19°58'28.51"S 43°55'40.48"O), no município de Nova Lima, estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil. O objetivo geral deste estudo foi determinar a relevância de fatores pluviométricos na evolução de uma voçoroca localizada em uma área em processo de urbanização, a partir de análise comparativa entre os dados primários de monitoramento do processo erosivo e secundários oriundos da Estação Automática: Belo Horizonte – Cercadinho (MG). Para a realização do monitoramento da voçoroca utilizou-se a metodologia proposta por Guerra & Cunha (2011) de estaqueamento. A técnica adotada consistiu na instalação de 23 estacas graduadas em diversos pontos do processo erosivo, feitas a partir de tubos de PVC de ½ polegada e 100 centímetros de comprimento e a realização de medidas mensais acerca do avanço das cabeceiras. Realizou-se a análise comparativa entre estes dados e os volumes pluviométricos mensais com o intuito de averiguar a existência de relações diretamente proporcionais, o que evidenciaria o grau da relação causa e efeito entre os fatores

This article aims to explore and to apply what Gérard Genette refers to as kinds of transtextual relationships and what Ulrich Luz, in his application of these insights to the Gospel of Matthew, calls the encyclopaedia of the author or the original readers. The former enterprise entails exploring intertextuality at the synchronic level and the latter examines intertextuality at the diachronic level. The first pertains to Matthew’s pretexts. The second enterprise entails an engagement with pragmatical aspects such as the context of the intended readers and the sedimentation of prior texts designated by the notion intertextuality. In this article the pragmatical aspects concern a discussion of the manner in which the first readers could be addressed by the pretexts of the use of the word sōzō (‘to save’). It consists of three parts. The first represents a concise reflection on criteria and methods relevant to an investigation of intertextuality. The second exemplifies the ‘ encyclopedia’ of Matthew’s intertextuality, that is ‘intertext’, ‘paratext’, ‘hypertext’, ‘hypotext’, ‘architext’, and ‘metatext’.
