The Online Transportation Marketing Mix CoCreation: A Case Study @gojekindonesia
The online transportation services utilizing the application enable the community to book whenever and wherever real time. The services are proliferating. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research related to the attributes. Therefore the research question is what are the attributes of the @gojekindonesia services. The exploratory factor analysis with the Provalis Research Software conducted for the twitter dataset @gojekindonesia. @gojekindonesia is growing online transportation services in Indonesia. The unstructured dataset analyzed within a period of 24 until 28 June 2015. The findings show that the dominant attributes are a complaint about the services process, the place of the services, the physical evidence of the screenshot of the Gojek application, the promotion and the last is the price. @gojekindonesia responded to all of this complaint as a signal to develop better services. Therefore we could conclude that the interaction and the findings of the research show that there is a co-creation marketing mix for the services @gojekindonesia. The Student Preference to Choose Higher Education: A Case Study in West Jakarta 2019
University needs to monitor the market development, to find out the developing interests of the students for their future, and to find out the changing need of the study program. University also needs to determine the level of public recognition toward the university and whether the universities become the choice of the senior high school student. The research conducted in the area of West Jakarta. The research conducted is a survey of senior high school students from 20 schools. The findings show that access to easily accessible locations, study programs with A accreditation as well as universities that have proper buildings and facilities are the main subject for students to choose universities. Furthermore, parents and the consulting teacher are a significant influencer to choose the university. Moreover, the student has the right decision to choose the study program. The Promotion and Process Attribute for the Kitchen Appliance. A Case Study @KitchenAid_Indo
Pastry and bakery is the business that is growing rapidly, to support the production of the cookies and bread, the baker will consider tools to support the production. At least there are two essential tools to support the production, which are the mixer and oven. There are so many brand and type of mixer that is proposed by the producer, one of the equipment propose called the stand mixer. The stand mixer is also a new identity for the baker, nevertheless, the competition for the stand mixer has not been researched. This research or trying to explore the marketing communication attribute delivered by @KitchenAid_Indo to the targeted market. The unstructured dataset extracted from Twitter for 2017, which are 432 tweets, further exploratory factor analysis conducted after the dataset preparation of process. The results show that @KitchenAid_Indo are engaging the targeted market by delivering cooking demo program, providing a class to learn how to make cookies and also conducting a talk show about how to cook using the tools from KitchenAid. The marketing mix element of places such as the mall and the traditional market that provide the product also posted, the product promotion from the online marketplace also posted at KitchenAid Indo. The promotion also related to the expo where the KitchenAid is participating. Moreover, product promotion, service process, and place are the marketing mix elements that dominant @KitchenAid_Indo for the period 2017. The Reliability of Tripadvisor Filter Search. A Case Study @alevavilla Hotel Bali
The ethnography research for hotel proposition delivered via social media is scarce. Research comparing the reliability of the Tripadvisor filter search to look for a hotel-related to the preference of the consumers is scarce. This research selects a family hotel with a good rating in Bali, further exploratory factor analysis conducted through the dataset captured from the Facebook @alevavilla. Hotel Aleva Villa is the hotel that comes up from the filter search and ranks five in Tripadvisor. The findings show that @alevavilla proposition dominated with the romantic and also a couple of holiday experience, which is different from the family hotel filter search in the Tripadvisor. The analysis is not only focused on the Tripadvisor and Facebook but also the Twitter and the Instagram post @alevavilla. The multichannel social media @alevavilla shows that there is a lack of a family trip proposition promoted compare with a romantic visit on social media. Finally, there are two future studies from this research; the first one is to conduct reliability research for the Tripadvisor filter search consistency with the exploratory factor analysis. The second, further multichannel research analysis via social media should further be conducted. The Ready to Drink Tea Element of Promotion, Place & Price. A Case Study @pucukharumid
This research conducted to explore the attributes of marketing communication @pucukharumid from July to December 2017. The Exploratory Factor Analysis conducted with the Provalis Software that could simplify the unstructured tweet data set into insights. There is 1083 tweet that analyzed for further analysis. The results show that @pucukharumid promoting the varieties of @pucukharumid product with a variety of youth and family activities. The research concluded that @pucukharumid are targeting the youth and also related the activities of food and drinking with @pucukharumid. The Marketing Mix Element of the Coffee Shop. A Case Study @CoffeeBeanIndo
The study related to the coffee shop is limited. Therefore this research has the objective to build an attribute of the dataset @CoffeeBeanIndo marketing communication, and Coffee Bean is an emerging coffee shop in Indonesia. The research conducted with extracting the unstructured dataset @CoffeeBeanIndo, further exploratory factor analysis conducted. The data processing start with data preparation, taking out the double posted data. Furthermore, after the data cleaned, an exploratory factor analysis conducted with the Provalis Research software that will expose the insight from the 386 unstructured tweets extracted from @CoffeeBeanIndo. Based on the exploratory research @CoffeeBeanIndo, there are some coffee shop service attributes which are the service of process, products that are perceived by the consumer, the promotion, the physical evidence, price offered, as well as the opinions of consumers about the products they buy. ASEAN tourism destination : a strategic plan
This is a preliminary research to explore the construction of ASEAN tourism promotion via @goaseantv images for the period January until December 2016.
This research shows the promotion activities from the regional destination management organization to develop the image of ASEAN tourism destination. These activities were observed from the marketing communication conducted via Twitter. Thr research conducted on a content analysis for each image posted on @goaseantv. These images were analyzed and categorized in reference to the image linked to the website or other social media.
Images were categorized into the following types: whether the image was natural or edited, the number of the objects displayed, the type of view, the type of objects displayed, the number of humans displayed, the animal species displayed, the type of lodging and accommodation, the dominant color, the art and culture, the food, the souvenir, the country of origin, as well as the type of the activities displayed.
A total of 255 photos were analyzed and the results show that the majority of the images uploaded to Facebook, displayed natural imagery rather than edited imagery, consisted of a single picture, the focus was on panoramic views, and most views displayed the sea.peer-reviewe

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of e-service quality and price perception mediating customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in ecommerce Lazada. The population in this study is millennial and gen z people who make online transactions more or less 2 times a month. The number of samples used in this study were 125 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The utilization of Twitter content to predict the market is necessary since the fundamental perception related to the activities of the market influenced by the opinion in the market space. Therefore this research is utilizing the tweet of @NYSE and compare the research finding @IDX_BEI the stock exchange office in Indonesia. There is 2069 tweet extracted from the period January until June 2018. Further analysis using the Exploratory Factor Analysis conducted, and show that @NYSE delivering more varieties of information related to the stock market. It is not only information related to the IPO, but also an opinion from the recognized economist and analyst. Adopsi Sertifikasi Halal Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja UMKM di Jakarta
Perubahan tatanan sosial telah memberikan perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam kesadarannya yaitu memperhatikan latar belakang dan sertifikat yang dimiliki produk tersebut. Perilaku ini belum diimbangi dengan kesadaran konsumen, khususnya konsumen muslim terhadap produk bersertifikat halal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan belum optimalnya implementasi kesadaran mereka yaitu persentase adopsi produk halal, selain itu tingkat kesiapan UMKM di Jakarta dalam mengadopsi sertifikasi halal juga masih rendah.
