In this article the author will explain the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the school environment. Facilities and infrastructure administration is one of the most important things in education. All activities in schools will require facilities and infrastructure, both directly and indirectly so that they will support the course of the learning process of education. Administration of facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving educational goals. The positive and negative educational environment depends on maintaining the school facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and management of infrastructure must be managed properly, but there are still some that have not been implemented optimally. Therefore, the author intends to make this article so that it can be used as a reference in managing educational facilities and infrastructure

The construction of self and others: A study of the identity construction in I am Malala

    No full text
Autobiographical memoirs incorporate personal experiences of an individual and the cultural structures for recognizing lives and identities. They mediate between actions and point of view of an author to display the identity of self and others. The language of autobiographical narratives situates characters in relation to one another to distinguish between self and other. This study examines the approach adopted by Malala for her identity construction in her autobiography, explicating the ways she maintains or challenges the social customs through these ideologies. It analyses linguistic features employed by Malala for identity construction and ideological distinctions between the victims and the perpetrators, stigmatized and non-stigmatized in her story. Malala appears in her tales as an author with authority, as well as a victim of intolerance and abuse, according to the findings; however, her identity is often fluid and changing through acquiring the roles of victim, figure, and author, and depicting her characters in parallel roles. She positioned characters in her story by making overt and covert contrasts within reported events. Her narrative shows a contentious case of discrimination in which both the victim and the perpetrator are Pashtun Muslims from Pakistan of the same race, religion, and ethnicity

Impact of Cattaneo-Christov heat flux model on MHD hybrid nano-micropolar fluid flow and heat transfer with viscous and joule dissipation effects

Abstract Review of literature reveals that hybrid nanofluids are more effective for heat transmission as compared to the conventional fluids. Nevertheless, the knowledge of developed techniques for the enhancement of heat transmission in hybrid nanofluids has many gaps and, subsequently, an extensive study for such fluids is vital. In this article, the author investigates the effect of hybrid nanoparticles on the thermal efficiency of nano-structured nanoparticles (micropolar fluid) by using the Cattaneo-Christov heat flux model. The magnetic field is pragmatic normal to the hybrid nanofluid flow direction. In order to investigate the influence of physical parameters, the proposed model has been converted to a set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) by means of involved variables. Furthermore, the analytical and numerical approaches are compared by using different techniques to comprehend the significance of this research. It is found that macro-velocity field reduces with micropolar factor and Hartmann number. A significant result is found in micro-velocity field for the cases when n=0.5n = 0.5 n = 0.5 and n=0n = 0 n = 0 . Also an escalating conduct in thermal field is observed against the increasing estimations of Hartmann number, micropolar parameter, Eckert number, and material parameter

Students are a very important element in educational and teaching activities in schools. Educational institutions are established for the benefit of students. Therefore it needs to get enough attention from the implementation of education in order to achieve the objectives of national education as a whole. Therefore, as future educators, in order to be able to administer their students so that the learning process runs well, it is necessary to understand about the administration of students / students. Therefore, the author tries to make an article that discusses the administration of students

    No full text
The present study aims to explore the currents trends of open access e-books available through the Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB) in the subject field of Islam. The DOAB was selected as a source for data collection during July 2020. The findings reveal that 263 e-books are available on Islam, which contributes only (0.94 percent) of the total share of e-books (27,697) available in DOAB. The results reveal that the maximum number of e-books is available on Religion (111), History (42), Sociology (34), and Political Science (27). The publishing trends show that majority of these e-books were published by Transcript Verlag (28), followed by Pressess de I\u27ifpo (23) and Brill (18), respectively. The licensing authority reveals that the highest number of e-books (105) on Islam is available through Open Education License for Books. The linguistic assessment shows that (44.86 percent) of e-books have been published in the English language followed by French (38.78 percent) and German (12.92 percent), respectively. The majority of these books (28.51 percent) are published before 2000. In contrast, authorship trends reveal that majority of the e-books are by a single author (68.87 percent) followed by two authors (20.53 percent) and three authors (9.50 percent). The maximum number of e-books (24.71 percent) has 201-400 pages while as, (51.33 percent) of e-books do not have page numbering

پاکستانی ادیبوں کے لندن کے سفر ناموں میں تہذیب و ثقافت کی عکاسی: REFLECTIONS OF CIVILIZATION AND CULTURE IN LONDON TRAVELOGUES OF PAKISTANI WRITERS

    No full text
A travelogue is a literary genre where the writer shares their experiences, observations, and reflections from their travels. Unlike fictional narratives, travelogues focus on real-life experiences, providing readers with an authentic glimpse into different places, cultures, and peoples. The primary objective of a travelogue is to document and convey the essence of the journey, capturing the sights, sounds, and emotions encountered along the way. The creation of a travelogue begins with the act of travel itself, involving the exploration of various cities, countries, or continents. The writer meticulously observes the culture, customs, living conditions, habits, norms, values, and traditions of the inhabitants of the visited areas. Through vivid descriptions and personal anecdotes, travelogues offer readers political, social, cultural, educational, and historical insights. The foremost condition for writing a travelogue is to travel to a city, country, or continent, and to observe the culture, customs, living conditions, habits, norms, values, and traditions of the people of that particular area. London is one of the most popular destinations in travel literature, where the focus remains on reality rather than on imaginative or hypothetical aspects of life. London, with its rich history and diverse culture, offers a unique tapestry of experiences. From the historic landmarks such as the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace to the vibrant streets of Southall, known for its bustling South Asian community, the city is an amalgam of faiths and traditions. The cityscape is dotted with churches, mosques, temples, and gurdwaras, reflecting its multicultural and multi-faith population. This travelogue about London not only provides insights into its political, social, and cultural dynamics but also delves into its educational and historical contexts. The weather, often characterized by its unpredictable nature, adds another layer of charm to the city's ambiance. London's culinary scene is equally diverse, offering everything from traditional British fare to exotic South Asian cuisine, making it a haven for food enthusiasts. Tourism thrives here, with visitors flocking to experience its iconic attractions, vibrant markets, and picturesque parks. The authors focuses on the rich traditions and customs of London and had a great success in capturing the essence of this global metropolis. By highlighting the racial, linguistic, and cultural diversity, this author present a vivid picture of London as a city where history and modernity, tradition and innovation, coexist harmoniously
