Genus Phanodermopsis Ditlevsen, 1926 Diagnosis (emended from Zograf et al. 2015). Crenopharynginae. Pharyngeal capsule simple, elongate, thin-walled, with short outgrowths at the anterior end, cephalic capsule weakly developed (type II pharyngo-cephalic complex). Lips not developed. Outer labial and cephalic setae in two separate circles. Ocelli absent. Spicules shorter than 2.0 anal body diameters. Gubernaculum without apophysis.
