The way good and evil are shown in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J. K. Rowling
Moral development in a child is important because it affects his behavior, value system and way of thinking. The most important influence on moral development, along with cognitive development, is the child's environment. Children's literature is one of the environmental factors that a child encounters. In the past, in children's literature, the learning of moral values was approached by excluding fun and children's experience (children's etiquette). The modern approach uses fun and experiences close to the child to get closer to them, and subtly incorporates the messages, it wants to teach young readers, into a literary work. With her work Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire author J.K.Rowling achieved such a balance between the entertainment factor and moral lessons. Despite her humble beginnings, she achieved great success with her series of Harry Potter books and made a great impact on readers around the world. The aim of this paper is to analyze how the author portrayed good and evil, and how that portrayal affects the reader and his experience. The main driver of the plot in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fight between good and evil, the main symbols of that fight are Harry and Voldemort. Depiction of good and evil is determined by the characterization of characters, space and atmosphere, color as well as the way magic is presented. Good is connected with Harry and his relationship with friends, Hogwarts, sports and competition, and the use of magic in good measure. Evil is marked by Voldemort and the Death Eaters, and the nature of their relationship, by the dark mark, the snake symbol, and the color black. Good and evil in the book are presented as two opposites that are nevertheless connected because one cannot know the one without other, just like two faces of the same coin. In the depiction of the relationship between good and evil, good must sacrifice a part of itself in order to overcome evil. The book can encourage readers to think about the importance of courage and selflessness, perseverance in overcoming obstacles, and the meaning of evil and the role of fear

The Comprehension of God in Selected Poems of Ivan Golub
This paper examines the plurality of God\u27s occurences in human life, as comprehended by the author Ivan Golub, in several of his selected poems. The author of this paper seeks to find evidence for a triple typology, precisely for three different faces of God: the God who is present, the God who is playful and the God who smiles. The aim of this paper is to argument and interpret these three conceptions of God. It is possible to find implicit evidence of these conceptions on a formal or semantic level of the poem as well as through its atmosphere. In the first place, there is a dialogical position of a man who is a disciple, a learner, towards the Master that enables rational questioning and deeper consideration of God\u27s authority in relation to human freedom. The second aspect represents the possibilities for options when carrying the cross which is seen in the simplicity of Golub\u27s poetic expression that hides a profound mysticism starting with an encounter. Golub\u27s poems demonstrate a cheerful symbolism even in the smallest details which exibit the playful habitus of his poetic discourse. A third interpretative perspective investigates the special role given to silence and solitude in human life. These conditions for Golub are of the same importance as conversation either with God or humans. It can be concluded that dialogue, optimism and contemplative silence are presents offered by God through Golub\u27s artistic and poetic expression and can be regarded as subtle instructions for the reader who is also a beliver. Golub\u27s philosophical thought and its relation to his poetic strategies will be only shortly noted, while its thorough elaboration will be left for another occasion
Problem solving picture book by Rania Zaghir
Zatim slijedi detaljna analiza slikovnog diskursa slikovnice, odnosno analiza svakog aspekta ilustracija od njenih likovnih vrijednosti do boja, linija i oblika korištenih u izradi ilustracija.
Slikovnica Ranie Zaghir nije izuzetak.
The paper was written as an overall analysis of Rania Zaghir's problematic picture book, "The Boy's Problem UHUH". The analysis of the picture book will be approached holistically; every part of it will be analyzed, from the shape of the picture book itself and its covers to its literary and artistic content. At the very beginning, the definition of a picture book and the views of different theorists on the relationship between its two discourses, linguistic and pictorial, will be explained in more detail. Then it will be specified what a problem picture book is and how it can be used in working with children.
The central part of the work will begin with the presentation of the author of the picture book "The Boy's Problem UHUH" Rania Zaghir. Through the description of her upbringing, education and active literary work, a brief insight into Zaghira's activity in the field of Lebanese literature and her oeuvre will be given. The following is a concrete analysis of her problematic picture book "The Boy's Problem UHUH". By studying what forms and functions picture books can be divided into, Zaghir's picture book will fall into those categories. The division of picture books according to the amount of text by Čudina-Obradović, according to the age of the reader for whom it is intended, the division according to the type of function of the picture book by Peter Čačak, and according to its subject matter will be taken into consideration.
Then follows the treatment of the theme of the picture book, i.e. its problem - weaning children from defecating in their underpants and getting them used to going to the toilet. The paper will also touch on the pedagogical aspect of the picture book, more specifically, it will analyze Zaghir's approach to the treatment of this slightly taboo topic and how she presented to children in a humorous way what troubles them.
Below is an analysis of the picture book with regard to the relationship between the text and the illustrations, such as the layout of the illustrations on the page, the amount and position of the text, etc. Also, the verbal discourse of the picture book will be analyzed in more detail, which includes the analysis of the narrator, the tone and language in which the text is written, etc. This is followed by a detailed analysis of the pictorial discourse of the picture book, that includes an analysis of every aspect of the illustrations, from their artistic values to the colors, lines and shapes used in the creation of the illustrations. The described artistic elements will be connected with their influence on the emotional experience of the child.
The paper will also analyze the physical characteristics of the picture book according to Sipe and Šišnović. Among other things, the cover of the picture book, its cover, shape and format will be observed. Taking into account both the physical and literary values of the picture book, the topic of criteria for assessing the educational value of the picture book will be touched upon.
The conclusion is reached that the importance of problem picture books in children's development is invaluable, regardless of whether someone reads them to the child or he reads them himself. Ranie Zaghir's picture book is no exception. With humorous illustrations and interesting text, children can easily relate to the main character of the picture book and identify with his problem. The benefit of the problem picture book is multifaceted, in it the child can learn that other children struggle with the same or similar problems, they can also find out the solution to their problem or who to turn to in case something bothers them

The picture book is the child's first book in life and introduces him to the world of literature. The illustrations are rich and high-quality and do not lack imagination. Along with text and illustrations, the main characters are usually children or animals. Situations that are present in human life and the ways in which people face them are shown through animals.
