Nowdays, there are many applications that provide chat feature for Android devices. As technology advances, An application that provides a new experience to the user for interaction is required. Existing applications generally use keyboard as users input medium to chat each other.
Android provides a library to display painting media like a canvas that is Android Graphics Library. Utilization of it is only for the development of drawing applications such as on canvas. Using this library, author intends to provide new user experience by developing an application that has a chatting feature using canvas as input medium and share canvas to another user, so canvas of both user is synchronized in realtime with Firebase support.
Results of application testing show that application is successfully providing a chat service with canvas input medium and connecting two users in a sychronized canvas. Moreover, the results of the questionnaire indicate that the application succeeded in providing new experiences in interactin
ANALYSIS OF ANDROID-BASED E-LIBRARY USER SATISFACTION AT GALUH UNIVERSITY LIBRARY USING TAM AND EUCS
E-Library is a library that manages and stores library collections in the form of books, journals, articles, theses, theses and other documents in digital format. so that in the process of searching for information, users can easily search and access collections online. E-Library has been adopted by several platforms, including Android devices. Galuh University Library is one of the universities that has provided Android-based E-Library services, but in its utilization it is necessary to analyze the acceptance and level of satisfaction of users of the application. This study aims to analyze the acceptance and level of satisfaction of E-Library users at Galuh University. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze user satisfaction with Android-based E-Library at Galuh University Library. This study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) as the main framework and involves 138 respondents as samples. The results of the study revealed that 'Perceived Usefulness', 'Content', 'Accuracy', and 'Timeliness' have a significant positive influence on user attitudes, which in turn have an impact on their satisfaction with E-Library. The relationship between user attitude and user satisfaction was confirmed to be strong, indicating that a positive attitude towards the E-Library system contributes to a higher level of satisfaction. Meanwhile, 'Perceived Ease of Use' and 'Format' did not show a significant effect, indicating that other factors play a greater role in shaping user attitudes. This study is limited because it did not consider external variables such as gender and user experience, which are recommended for further research. These results provide important insights for the development of a more effective E-Library, by emphasizing aspects that contribute to increasing user satisfaction
Reconstruction of the Talkeetna intraoceanic arc of Alaska through thermobarometry

The definitive version was published in Journal of Geophysical Research 113 (2008): B03204, doi:10.1029/2007JB005208.The Talkeetna arc is one of two intraoceanic arcs where much of the section from the upper mantle through the volcanic carapace is well exposed. We reconstruct the vertical section of the Talkeetna arc by determining the (re)crystallization pressures at various structural levels. The thermobarometry shows that the tonalites and quartz diorites intruded at ∼5–9 km into a volcanic section estimated from stratigraphy to be 7 km thick. The shallowest, Tazlina and Barnette, gabbros crystallized at ∼17–24 km; the Klanelneechena Klippe crystallized at ∼24–26 km; and the base of the arc crystallized at ∼35 km depth. The arc had a volcanic:plutonic ratio of ∼1:3–1:4. However, many or most of the felsic plutonic rocks may represent crystallized liquids rather than cumulates so that the liquid:cumulate ratio might be 1:2 or larger. The current 5- to 7-km structural thickness of the plutonic section of the arc is ∼15–30% of the original 23- to 28-km thickness. The bulk composition of the original Talkeetna arc section was ∼51–58 wt % SiO2.Funded by NSF EAR-9910899
