La misurazione della Customer Satisfaction: una proposta per la scelta della codifica delle scale di punteggio
In Customer Satisfaction studies, a preliminary problem, is the transformation of the data from an ordinal scale to an interval scale. There are different transformation methods. In this paper it is proposed a strategy to the choice of the best metho
Structural equation model for the evaluation of social initiatives on customer behavior
AbstractNowadays environmental and social problems are very important more and more for both modern consumers and firms, that cannot operate only in accordance with the logic of profit like in the past time. In the present paper, by administering a questionnaire to consumers, we have tried to assess the impact of responsible initiatives solidarity on the consumers’ preferences: the conclusions are also a matter for thought for further discussion. The investigation was conducted through a sample size survey. The analysis was carried out considering a representative sample of more than three hundred and thirty families, selected on a functional relation to the objectives of the work in one of the most important and representative Italian city. This study has two main aims: the first is to investigate consumers’ preferences regard responsible initiatives of company, the second is to propose a structural equation model to formalize the origins of behaviours regarding consumers’ preferences towards responsible initiatives and detect the drivers of their purchase
Some data reduction methods to analyze the dependence with highly collinear variables: a simulation study
The dependence relationship between two sets of variables is a subject of interest in statistical field. A frequent obstacle is that several of the explanatory variables will vary in rather similar ways. As a result, their collective power of explanation is considerably less than the sum of their individual powers. This phenomenon, called multicollinearity, is a common problem in regression analysis.
The major problem with multicollinearity is that the ordinary least squares coefficients estimators involved in the linear dependencies have large variances. All additional adverse effects are a consequence of them. In statistical literature several methods have been proposed to counter with multicollinearity problem. By a simulation study and considering different case of collinearity among the regressors, in this paper we have compared, using RV coefficient, five statistical methods, alternative to the ordinary least square regression
Tensorial Co-Structure Analysis for the Full Multi Modules Customer Satisfaction Evaluation
