Full text linkSalah satu dari pengenalan pola yang umum dikenal orang adalah pengenalan tulisan. Pengenalan tulisan yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter aksara tulisan Incung. Tulisan Incung memiliki keunikan dari bentuknya yang berbeda dengan tulisan lainnya. Ekstraksi ciri karakter dilakukan dengan metode backpropagation. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation dibentuk dengan membuat generalisasi aturan pelatihan dan pengujian dengan cara menambahkan lapisan tersembunyi atau Hidden layer. Hasil dari percobaan menunjukkan bahwa Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation yang sudah dilatih dan diuji dengan baik akan memberikan keluaran yang masuk akal jika diberikan masukan yang serupa dengan pola yang dipakai untuk pelatihan dan pengujian. Sifat generalisasi ini membuat pelatihan dan pengujian lebih efisien karena tidak perlu dilakukan pada semua data

Salah satunya Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR), selama ini pihak Bank memberikan KPR ke nasabah masih menggunakan prediksi resiko secara manual dalam memberikan kredit kepada nasabah yang banyak menyita waktu dan tenaga apalagi pada saat laporan nasabah dianalisa lebih lanjut oleh pihak Bank. Salah satu teknik yang dapat membantu pihak Bank dalam memprediksi Penentuan resiko kredit adalah teknik Decision Tree yang merupakan bagian dari teknik Data Mining untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam bentuk pohon. Dengan teknik Decision Tree diharapkan dapat membantu pihak bank agar lebih cepat dan mudah dalam memprediksi data dan menarik suatu kesimpulan dari data yang ada. Salah satu cara memprediksi data tersebut dengan menggunakan software Dtreg. Pada software ini data yang digunakan hanya bisa dalam bentuk format “csv (comma delimited), jika tidak menggunakan format “csv (comma delimited)“ maka data tersebut tidak bisa diproses oleh software Dtreg dan selanjutnya jika format excel yang telah dirubah ke format “csv (comma delimited)”, maka akan dapat dilakukan proses analisa. PT Allwares Solutions, which is a company engaged in general supplier selling ship engines, spareparts and industrial equipment in Batam, has been implementing information systems related to sales. This company already has a sales information system using GF Accounting. However, it’s not known that there are problems in the system because there are frequent errors in the system because the location of the GF Accounting placement isn’t read by the system, and items are exchange for other items due to inaccurate data management. In addition. The purpose of this research is to see the maturity level of the sales information system at PT Allwares Solutions by using COBIT 4.1 the authors use the framework of COBIT 4.1 with a focus on the DS domain which consists of the DS1, DS3, DS4 and DS5 domains. The results of the analysis of the level of maturity show that the information system regarding sales at PT Allwares Solutions is at level 3 with a process that is determined by status, which means that PT Allwares Solutions has accurately measured the allocation of IT costs for the company's business

The role of the government in achieving development success is to determine the direction of development policies and to achieve these development targets a good development plan is needed to realize stable economic growth in order to improve people's welfare, namely by increasing Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Manpower. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Labor on the economic growth of Batam City. The data source is secondary data using panel data consisting of time series data for three years and cross section data of nine districts which resulted in 45 observations. The analysis technique used to solve the problem in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that in terms of small and medium enterprises, investment and labor have a significant effect on economic growth in Batam City. This indicates that the number of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), Investment and Manpower in Batam City can determine the level of economic growth in Batam City. This is because SMEs, investment and labor are activities that can produce goods or services. Partially Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Labor have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Batam City, meaning that if the number of Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Labor is increased, economic growth will also increase

Peranan pemerintah dalam upaya mencapai keberhasilan pembangunan adalah dengan menentukan arah kebijakan pembangunan dan untuk mencapai sasaran pembangunan tersebut diperlukan adanya perencanaan pembangunan yang baik untuk mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah dengan meningkatkan Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Tenaga Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial Usaha Kecil Menengah, dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Batam. Sumber data adalah data sekunder menggunakan data panel yang terdiri atas data time series selama tiga tahun dan data cross section sebanyak sembilan Kecamatan yang menghasilkan 45 observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Usaha Kecil Menengah dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Batam. Hal ini menandakan bahwa jumlah UKM(Usaha Kecil Menengah) dan tenaga kerja di kota batam dapat menjadi penentu tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Batam. Hal ini dikarenakan UKM dan Tenaga Kerja merupakan kegiatan yang dapat menghasilkan barang atau jasa. Secara parsial Usaha Kecil Menengah dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Batam, Artinya apabila jumlah UKM dan tenaga kerja ditingkatkan maka pertumbuhan ekonomi juga akan meningkat
Perancangan Sistem Smart Home Berbasis IoT Menggunakan ESP32 dan Aplikasi Blynk untuk Otomatisasi Perangkat Rumah Tangga
Full text linkThis study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart home system capable of controlling household devices using an ESP32 module and the Blynk application. The background of this research is the need for an efficient, practical, and remote-accessible home automation system. The methodology follows the Extreme Programming (XP) model, covering planning, design, coding, and testing stages. The implementation results demonstrate that the system can control devices such as lights, fans, and water pumps via smartphone in real-time. The system also shows high operational efficiency and user-friendliness. This research contributes to the advancement of smart home technology by providing an economical and easy-to-implement solution.

Full text link The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology continues to experience significant advancements, particularly with the emergence of multimodal models such as OpenAI’s GPT-5 and Google DeepMind’s Gemini Ultra. These innovations mark the beginning of a new phase in AI utilization, where the technology is not only capable of understanding and generating text, but also processing images, audio, and video simultaneously. This capability opens up numerous opportunities in the field of education, especially in creating more interactive, personalized, and adaptable learning models tailored to students’ needs.
The purpose of this article is to examine how the evolution of multimodal AI impacts digital-based educational practices, with a special focus on the potential and applications of GPT-5 and Gemini Ultra in the teaching process. A literature review method is employed to analyze the latest scientific and technical publications regarding AI implementation in education. The analysis focuses on technological capabilities, types of learning interventions, and potential risks and challenges that may arise.
The findings indicate that multimodal AI can not only enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of learning but also facilitate the creation of more inclusive and contextual learning experiences. However, the implementation of such technologies requires strong regulations and ethical norms to prevent issues such as data privacy violations, unequal access to technology, and reduced human interaction in educational settings.Therefore, this article recommends a balanced use of multimodal AI—one that harmonizes technological innovation with human-centered pedagogical principles—to ensure that the digital transformation in education proceeds sustainably and equitably
ChatGPT sebagai Tutor Virtual: Dampaknya terhadap Kemampuan Critical Thinking
Full text linkThis study aims to evaluate the impact of using ChatGPT as a virtual tutor on the critical thinking skills of university students in Indonesia. The research is grounded in the growing integration of artificial intelligence technologies in higher education, particularly in self-directed learning processes. A quantitative research method was employed using an experimental survey approach, in which respondents were divided into two groups: an experimental group using ChatGPT as a tutor and a control group using conventional learning methods. Data collection instruments included a critical thinking skills test and a student perception questionnaire. The results revealed a significant improvement in the critical thinking abilities of the experimental group compared to the control group. Students who used ChatGPT demonstrated stronger skills in analyzing arguments, drawing conclusions, and evaluating information objectively. The study concludes that ChatGPT holds potential as an effective learning tool to enhance critical thinking abilities. The implications suggest the wise integration of ChatGPT into higher education systems, while also considering ethical aspects and supervision in its use.
