    In this group of correspondence, Hector Haruo Hayashi, a national of Japan, who was living first in an internment camp in Idaho and later in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is owed money from the government of Peru. Hayashi's son, Jorge Hayashi writes on behalf of his father about this money.
