No full textLa determinación de fructo samina y hemoglobina glicosilada son útiles para el control del paciente deabético pero no, para su diagnóstico. Ya que el único parámetro 100 eficaz es la glucemia. La diabetes es tan antigua como el hombre y por ser una patología genética, heredable de origen desconocido poco o nada se puede hacer por evitarla. El aumento del nivel glucémico desencadena una excesiva glicación no enzimática de proteínas haciendo que aparezcan en el torrente sanguíneo productos que se acumulan en el paciente.
