No full textThe purpose of this study is to maximize the area under Receiver Operating Characteristic curve for binary classi cation problems using a scoring-based mixed integer linear programming formulation. We investigate exact approaches using a reformulation, combinatorial Benders cuts, and heuristic bounding methods. Our study presents computational results on benchmark datasets and paves the way for future studies on scoring-based approaches.Bu çalışmanın amacı ikili sınıflandırma problemleri için Alıcı İşletim Karakteristiği (ROC) eğrisi altındaki alanı (AUC) puanlamaya dayalı bir karışık tamsayı izlenceleme gösterimi kullanarak doğrudan maksimize etmektir. Calışmamızda pekin yöntemleri; yeniden gösterimleri, sezgisel sınırlama yöntemlerini ve birleşi Benders kesilerini kullanarak inceledik. Çalışmamız, denektaşı veri setleri uzerindeki sayısal hesaplama sonuçlarını sunar ve puanlamaya dayalı yaklaşımlarla ilgili gelecek çalışmaların yolunu açar

Mülk sûresinin açıklanıp yorumlandığı eserde, uzun hikayelere yer verilmiş; birçok ayet ve hadis iktibas edilmiştir. Eserin sonunda ismi geçen ve kaynaklarda hakkında bilgiye rastlayamadığımız Edhem bin Hıfz-Allâh bin Hasan et-Tavîl el Bağdadî isimli zât, kuvvetli ihtimalle eserin müstensihidir. Eser İnançoğulları beylerinden İshak Bey bin Murat Arslan'ın isteği üzerine yazılmıştır. Çalışmamız; dönem, eser ve yazar hakkında bilgilerin yer aldığı "Giriş" bölümüyle başlamaktadır. Daha sonra söz dizimi, şekil bilgisi ve ses bilgisi başlıkları altında, dilimizin Eski Anadolu Türkçesi dönemindeki cümle, kelime, ek ve ses açısından özelliklerinin metinden örneklerle ortaya konulduğu "İnceleme" bölümü gelmektedir. "Metin" bölümünde Tefsîrü Sûreti'1-Mülk adlı eserin transkripsiyonlu çevirisi yapılarak, metinde geçen ayetlerin Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'deki yeri dipnotlarda gösterildi; hadisler için ise kaynaklarda bulunabildiği ölçüde dipnot düşüldü. Son bölüm olan "Dizin"de ise, eserde geçen kelimeler alfabetik sırayla ve metindeki anlamlarıyla verildi; kelimelerin ve aldığı eklerin metinde geçtiği yerler numaralarla gösterildi. Çalışmanın hazırlanmasında faydalanılan eserler "Kaynakça" kısmında belirtildi. Bu çalışmanın hem dil araştırmalarında hem de tefsir ilmi açısından faydalı olacağı kanısındayız.The work of Tefsirü Sureti'1-Mülk is a commentary book, that has Old Anatolia Turkısh characteristics, is completed in 1423. We can see comment of Mülk sura, long stories a lot of verses of Koran and hadiths in it. Edhem bin Hıfz-Allah bin Hasan et-Tavil el Bağdadi, we haven't göt any information about him but his name is written at the end of the work, is the person who increased the work. And the work was written desire for İshak Bey bin Murat Arslan who is from İnançoğulları. Our work begins with introduction part which includes information about the period, work and author. And than in investigation part; the sentence, word, affix and sound characteristics of our language in Old Anatolia Turkish period are given with the examples from text and they are called Phonetics, Syntax and Morphology. in text part; the transcript translation of the work of Tefsirü Sureti'1-Mülk is given in text part and the place of the verses of Koran which are told in the text are shown at the footnotes to learn where they are in the holy Koran and there are some footnotes for the hadiths. in index; the words in the work are given with the alphabetical order and meaning in the text, the place of the words and their affix in the text are shown with the numbers. The works which are useful for us to prepare this work are given in Bibliography part. We believe that this work will be useful both language researches and commentary science
Quadratic optimization for sustainable agriculture:A study of mixed cropping systems
No full textMixed cropping systems present a promising solution to conventional agriculture by combining multiple crops within a single field, thereby increasing biodiversity and soil health. However, these systems also pose new operational planning challenges regarding crop assignment and scheduling. To address this issue, we propose a novel decision problem in which crops must be assigned to different farms and fields over time, considering crop interactions, farm characteristics, growth conditions, and customer locations. We formulate this as a mixed-integer quadratically constrained optimization model and propose two column generation-based approaches that substantially outperform commercial solvers in both solution feasibility and quality for realistic-sized problems. Our computational experiments reveal that higher levels of crop compatibility promote more localized crop production with shorter transportation distances while maintaining yield benefits through beneficial crop interactions. Moreover, we observe that certain crops act primarily as ’yield catalyst’ crops, which create value by enhancing the overall productivity in the system. These findings provide practical guidelines for the implementation of mixed cropping systems, highlighting the importance of evaluating both direct revenues and companion planting benefits in agricultural planning. This research lays the groundwork for future work on sustainable agricultural innovation through mixed cropping systems.</p
