Analisis Loyalitas Pendidik Di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel

The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out 1) whether the salary factor and affect the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel 2) whether the work environment influences the loyalty of educators at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel; 3) whether the salary and work environment factors influence the loyalty of educators in Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School.
The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative method using a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The research design is Ex post facto.
The questionnaire was tested with a validity and reliability test followed by a classic assumption test in the form of tests of normality, linearity, multicollinearity and multicedacity. Hypothesis testing uses linear regression test with partial correlation test and multiple regression with F test assisted with SPSS version 17.0.
The results showed that; 1) salary factor influences the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel with an effective contribution of 44.58%; 2) work environment factors affect the loyalty of educators at Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School with an effective contribution of 19.7%; 3) the salary and work environment factors influence the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel simultaneously by 64.2%

This studi aims to (1) describe the forms of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School, (2) describe causal factors of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School, (3) describe ways of handling of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School, (4) describe obstacles that inhibit the handling of juvenile delinquency among students in Secondary School. This research methods using qualitative descriptive, and research design using phenomenological approach. This study took the location in SMPN 3 Tulung Klaten. The research subjects were the principal, teachers and students. Methods of data collection in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques using interactive analysis. Results of this study (1) Forms of juvenile delinquency: stealing, misusing cash, sexual harassment, pornography, smoking and drinking alcohol. (2) The causes of delinquency are internal factors of students (family, relationships, school environment and the impact of electronic media) and external factors. (3) How to handle juvenile delinquency: (a) Summoning of Parents Stage II and Suspension for 3 days; (b) Summoning of Parents Stage III and Suspension for 6 days; (c) Students are returned to the Parents. As an effort to follow up the handling of delinquency cases, the school also provides special guidance through BK teachers both individual and group guidance. (4) Constraints that hinder the handling are students personality, the lack of openness and proactivity of the family, and the lack of environmental conditions around the school.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP, (2) faktor penyebab kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP, (3) cara penanganan kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP, (4) kendala yang menghambat penanganan kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMPN 3 Tulung Klaten. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini (1) Bentuk kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP yaitu mencuri, menyalahgunakan uang kas, pelecehan seksual, pornografi, merokok dan minum minuman keras. (2) Faktor penyebab kenakalan remaja di kalangan siswa SMP yaitu faktor internal siswa (keluarga, pergaulan, lingkungan sekolah dan dampak media elektronik) dan faktor eksternal. (3) Cara penanganan kenakalan remaja yaitu pemanggilan Orang Tua/Wali Tahap II dan Skorsing selama 3 hari; Pemanggilan Orang Tua/Wali Tahap III dan Skorsing selama 6 hari; Siswa dikembalikan pada Orang Tua/Wali. The background of this research is the ability to lead the principal assessed can affect the success of the school. The purpose of this research is to describe leadership style and principal strategy in managing human resources, infrastructure and finance in SD Muhamamdiyah Special Program of Kottabarat Surakarta. This type of research is a qualitative approach using ethnographic design with descriptive method to study the problem and gain meaning of deeper study about principal leadership style. data levying techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, technical data analysis with tri-ing source of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that 1) management strategy with task assignment to SDM is adjusted with the relevance of existing diploma, giving additional task to all teachers to increase and train leadership spirit, conduct training, workshop, coaching. 2) Strategy of facilities and infrastructure management with task delegation. The principal also gives freedom to each part to manage the administration of their respective infrastructure facilities so as to facilitate the management of the administration of the infrastructure management facilities thoroughly. 3) Financial Management Strategy The principal of SD Muhamamdiyah PK Kottabarat in managing finance involves teachers and also appointing special staff. This study has three objectives to describe: (1) planning hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning. (2) the implementation of mathematics learning based on hypnoteaching, and (3) assessment of hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning in SMP Negeri 3 Klaten.
This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic design. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity technique with source and method triangulation techniques. Techniques of analyzing data with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the study concluded that (1) Planning hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning was prepared and developed RPP/lesson plan on methods, media, learning scenarios by teachers in school mathematics teacher discussion activities at SMP Negeri 3 Klaten that accommodate thematic-integrated learning, integration across lessons, cross-aspects learning and diversity (2) The implementation of hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning takes place during the afternoon hours. The female is easier to focus on the mind than male. Preliminary activities are focused on focusing students' minds. Core activities with pacing, leading, positive words, modeling, and praise for students. (3) Assessment and evaluation of hypnoteaching-based mathematics learning uses formal, informal, authentic approaches, accountable, comprehensive and sustainable, educative, and notes the strengths and weaknesses in learning by observation and interviews.
Suggestions for this research are: (1) Principal: conduct monitoring and supervision regarding the preparation of RPP/lesson plan, implementation and assessment of learning. Pay attention to, and add the necessary infrastructure. (2) Teachers: preparation of lesson plans takes into account the situation, conditions of students, and subject matter. Professional ability and evaluate and assessment. (3) Students work and develop their own material questions that have been delivered.

KONSEPSI NILAI NILAI PENDIDIKAN HUMANIS-RELIGIUS MENURUT PAKOE BOEWONO IV (1788-1820) DALAM SERAT WULANG-REH
Pakoe Boewana IV is the King having many literary works, one of them is the
Wulang-Reh letters as the result of reflection, phylosophy, view of live, and his ambition
in contextualizing to the reality of life for the periode of 1788-1820. The Wulang-Reh
letters consists of Kawruh Piwulang (sugesstion) or Pitutur Luhur (direction) teaching,
reflected in the form of Pituduh lan Wewaler (instructions and prohibitions) having full
of humanic-religious life values. The values conception found in the Wulang-Rehletters
are (1) morality messages/ethics, (2) education value, (3) phylosophy value, and (4) religion
value. The teachings above are relevant to be learned, to be implemented, becoming the
behavior and Indonesian nation nationality in the context of at present time.

sastra, salah satunya adalah Serat Wulang-Reh, yang merupakan hasil refleksi,
perenungan, falsafah, dan pandangan hidup, serta cita-citanya dalam membaca realitas
kehidupan pada masa 1788-1820 M. Serat Wulang-Reh berisi ajaran tentang kawruh
piwulang atau pitutur luhur (tuntunan dan nasihat), yang berupa pituduh lan wewaler
(perintah dan larangan), yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang humanisreligius.
Konsepsi nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya berupa (1) pesan moral/
etika; (2) nilai pendidikan; (3) nilai filosofis; (4) nilai nilai religius. Ajaran-ajaran tersebut
masih relevan dipelajari, diamalkan, menjadi perilaku, dan kepribadian bangsa Indonesia
dalam konteks kekinian.

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning of the academic supervision of State Elementary School Principal 4 Grobogan, to describe the implementation of the academic supervision of State Elementary School Principal 4 Grobogan, to describe the follow-up of the academic supervision of State Elementary School Principal 4 Grobogan.
Types of Research in this study is a qualitative research design ethnography. The subject of research at the school, State Elementary School 4 Grobogan. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of flow starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification / conclusions. Data validation was done by triangulation data.
The results of this study were 1) Planning academic supervision at the State Elementary School 4 Grobogan carried out by the principal unit of time is based on the semester, each semester of at least one academic supervision. Planning academic supervision provide services and assistance to teachers in order to develop a learning situation conducted by the teacher in the classroom. Planning academic supervision performed by the principal will produce teaching conducted by the teacher to be effective; 2) Implementation of academic supervision by the head of State Elementary School 4 Grobogan done supervise the administration of teacher learning collective or group. Then adjusted to ongoing learning materials are taught by each teacher takes place every semester one. School principals are familiar approach in its delivery to the teachers so that the dialogue or communication two arah.3) Feedback public elementary school academic supervision 4 Grobogan carried out based on the implementation of the supervision of classroom visits by principals. Feedback academic supervision communicate the results to the teacher supervision as feedback to correct the mistakes made by the teacher. With the feedback the errors that arise over time will be lost and in the end the teacher may be professional in their duties
