Carol Tooker Stewart, a fashion designer and paralegal who lived in Palo Alto and San Francisco, has died. She was 70. Stewart, who died on Dec. 13, was born to the late Edwin and Pauline Tooker in 1950 in Champagne, Ill. She graduated from Gunn High School in 1968, then attended UC-Berkeley and art school in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

Stewart advises Carswell of the importance that he attend the "Kick-off" breakfast for the Abilene organization in the Hardin-Simmons Development Campaign to be held on February 11 in the Ball Room of the Windsor Hotel
