Batam. Penulisan ini menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa data penjualan PT Cahya
Utama Batam. Terdiri dari data primer yaitu informasi akuntansi penjualan,
prosedur penjualan serta data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan penjualan PT Cahya
Utama Batam. Hasil penulisan berupa rekomendasi untuk pembuatan Sistem
Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan pada PT Cahya Utama Batam yang bermanfaat
dalam proses kerja dan pengawasan serta pengambilan keputusan perusahaan. PT
Cahya Utama Batam masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk pencatatan atas
transaksi yang terjadi di perusahaan ataupun laporan keuangan perusahaan setiap
bulannya. terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi seperti lamanya proses pembuatan
laporan dikarenakan masih menggunakan Micrososft Excel serta banyak piutang
pelanggan yang terkadang melewati masa jatuh tempo karena tidak memiliki
reminder atau pengingat. Semakin berkembang dan meningkatnya permintaan
pesanan dari pelanggan, maka PT Cahya Utama Batam membutuhkan sistem
informasi akuntansi baru yang dapat membantu kegiatan operasional toko yang
dikarenakan sistem informasi akuntansi yang sedang berjalan memiliki kendala
seperti pencatatan data pembelian, persediaan, penjualan barang secara manual dan
belum menggunakan teknologi yang lebih berkompetensi dan terkomputerisas

No full textLatvijas Universitātes studentes Ilzes Dzirkales bakalaura darba “Iekšējās komunikācijas nodrošināšanas novērojums Rīgas Valda Zālīša sākumskolā” mērķis ir: pētīt iekšējo komunikāciju Rīgas Valda Zālīša sākumskolā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām daļām, secinājumiem un pielikuma. Bakalaura pirmajā daļa darba autore apraksta komunikācijas nozīmi, komunikācijas jēdziena skaidrojumu un komunikācijas mērķus. Bakalaura otrajā daļā apraksta komunikācijas nozīmi organizācijas darbā un starppersonu komunikācijas stilus organizācijas vadītāju darbā. Bakalaura trešajā daļā darba autore apraksta komunikāciju organizācijā un komunikācijas veidus. Veidojot bakalaura teorētisko daļu darba autore balstījās uz vairāku autoru atziņām, piemēram, Veinbergas S., Šmites A., Vongas K., Reņģes V., Terra Dž. u.c. autoru teorētiskām atziņām. Bakalaura darba ceturtā daļa ir empīriskais pētījums, kurā darba autore iepazinās ar pētījuma veikšanas metodiku. Darba autore analizē iegūtos datus no Rīgas Valda Zālīša sākumskolas skolotāju anketēšanas un intervijas ar skolas direktori. Bakalaura darba empīriskajā daļā tiek noskaidrots skolas pedagogu viedoklis par to, kā skolas vadība skolā nodrošina komunikācijas un informācijas apriti. Empīriskā pētījuma iegūtajā rezultātā darba autores izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās: Efektīvu iekšējo komunikāciju var nodrošināt, ja: •Skolā tiek izveidota konkrēta informācijas aprites sistēma; •Tiek izmantoti dažādi komunikācijas veidi; •Skolas vadība pārliecinās un rūpējas par atgriezeniskās saites iegūšanu. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, four parts, conclusions, and an appendix. In the first part of the bachelor's paper author describes the meaning of communication, the explanation of the concept of communication, and the goals of communication. The second part of the bachelor's paper describes the importance of communication in the works of the organization and interpersonal communication styles in the work of the organization's leaders. In the third part of the bachelor's thesis, the author describes the organization of communication and the types of communication. The author of the bachelor's thesis was based on the findings of several authors, such as Veinberg S., Shmite A., Vonga K., Renge V., Terra J.et al. theoretical knowledge of the authors. The fourth part of the bachelor's thesis is an empirical study, in which the author got acquainted with the research methodology. The author analyzes the data obtained from the questionnaire of Riga Valdis Zālītis primary school teachers and interviews with the school principal. The empirical part of the bachelor's thesis clarifies the opinion of school teachers about how school management in the school ensures the flow of communication and information. As a result of the empirical research, the hypothesis put forward by the author of the work was confirmed: Effective internal communication can be ensured if: •A specific information flow system is created in the school; •Different types of communication are used; •The school management makes sure and takes care of getting feedback. The Problems of Foreign Investment Attraction in Latvia
No full textMaģistra darba tēma ir „Ārvalstu investīciju piesaistes problēmas Latvijā”. Autore: Anastasija Taldikina. Darba vadītāja: Dr.ekon., profesore Valda Baleviča.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pašreizējo investīciju vidi, tās problēmas, kā arī investīciju piesaistes tendences Latvijā, analizēt ārzemju investīciju pieplūdes/aizplūdes faktorus. Uz veiktā pētījumu pamata tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi investīciju vides uzlabošanai un investīciju piesaistei Latvijā.
Darba apjoms ir 94 lapas (ar pielikumiem). Lai veiktu pētījumu tika aizmantoti 72 literatūras avoti, kas iekļauti izmantotās literatūras un avotu sarakstā. Darbā ir iekļauti 37 attēli, 9 tabulas un 9 pielikumi.

1. daļā veikts pētījums par bērnu personības attīstības īpatnībām, analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par ētikas apguves nozīmi bērnu tikumiskajā audzināšanā, par ētikas jēdziena izpratni, ētiku kā mācību priekšmetu.
2. daļā veikts pētījums par izvēli un atbildību kā ētikas kategorijām.
3. daļā veikts pētījums Rīgas Valda Zālīša pamatskolas 1. un 3. klasēs, kā skolēni, skolēnu vecāki un pedagogi vērtē izvēles un atbildības audzināšanas iespējas ētikas stundās.

In the first part has done research about children’s personality’s development of individuality, has studied literature about acquirement meaning of ethics in moral education about moral concepts and ethic like subject.
In the second part has studied research about the choice and responsibility as the category of ethic.
In the third part pas done research about how Riga Elementary School named after Valdis Zalitis the first and the third grades students, their parents and teachers evaluate the choice and responsibility’s possibility in ethic lessons.
The author has prepared and approbated handouts for the first and the third grades in ethic lessons.

EVIDENCE OF ORAL HISTORY ON HISTORICAL STUDIES IN THE BEGINNING OF REZEKNE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION
No full textThe article summarizes the information obtained in the 1990s periodicals on the necessity to found a higher education institution in Rezekne and in this context analyses the narratives of readers and graduates of historical studies kept in the Oral History Archive of Rezekne Academy Technology (RAT), paying the greatest attention to the description of the study process, as well as the reflection of the students and university lecturers. Theoretical framework of the research consists of the theoretical insights of Paul Thomson (2000) and Alessandro Portelli (1991) that the oral history provides an opportunity to extend and even change the content of the history aimed at making it democratic and more personal. The publication is executed as a thematically descriptive account of qualitative analysis of content of the press articles and interviews. In the course of its elaboration the author concluded that the analyzed narratives, indirectly confirming the historical developments of the Third Awakening, inform about the participants of the process of historical studies in the new higher education institution in Latgale region, while themes of the press publications allows tracing down the awareness of society about the foundation of the higher education institution and the beginning of its operation. The results of the research prove that the community spirit and the emotional uplift, typical of society during the final stage of awakening is present in the individual experience of the readers and graduates, who were the participants of the initial stage of historical studies in the Rezekne Higher Education Institution, both as a context and stimulus for a purposeful cooperation and interaction
Valda Ošs-Lamonde (1935–1968): pirmā latviete – civilās aviācijas pilote Austrālijā
No full textRaksts veltīts liepājnieku Ošu dzimtai, kas Otrā pasaules kara beigās devās emigrācijā un 20. gadsimta 40. gadu beigās nonāca Austrālijā, kur Valda Ošs-Lamonde veidoja savu karjeru un ģimeni. Tēva ietekmē viņa interesējās par civilo aviāciju un kļuva par pirmo latviešu sievieti – civilās aviācijas piloti Austrālijā. Taču toreiz sievietēm atļāva lidot tikai viena aviokompānija, kas tika slēgta, un V. Ošs-Lamondes pilotes gaitas ilga vien 10 mēnešu. Lai gan viņa atrada darbu birojā, izveidoja ģimeni, V. Ošs-Lamonde nebija laimīga, jo neguva piepildījumu nedz profesijā, nedz ģimenē. Smagie pārdzīvojumi pārvilka svītru ne tikai Valdas, bet arī viņas vecāku dzīvei. Rakstā pirmoreiz apkopota informācija par maz zināmo pirmo latviešu sievieti, kura dzīvoja un neilgu laiku strādāja par piloti Austrālijā.Valda Oss-Lamond (1935–1968) – the First Latvian Female Pilot of Civil Aviation in AustraliaThis article tells about the Oss family in Libau, Latvia. At the end of World War II, the Oss family left Latvia for the West and in the 40s of the 20th century emigrated to Australia, where their daughter started her professional career and married taking the name of Lamond. Under the influence of her father who was interested in civil aviation, she became the first Latvian female pilot in Australia. She got her pilot licence in 1956, and for 10 months she was a pilot with the only airline that accepted female pilots. Finally, the airline ceased operating and she had to look for a job with another airline where she had a job on the ground. She was not able to find a job of a pilot. Her child was terminally ill and she was desperate, which led her to suicide. Her parents followed her on this tragic route. The life and death of Valda Oss-Lamond has been researched thanks to her relatives in Latvia, one of them being the author of this article. Until now, her name has been mentioned in publications in Latvian and English, but her full biography has never been published.Keywords: Valda Oss-Lamond, fugitives in Australia, civil aviation, female airline pilot.Валда Ошс-Ламонд (1935–1968) – первая латышка-пилот в гражданской авиации АвстралииСтатья посвящена cемье Ошс, лиепайчанам, которые в конце Второй мировой войны эмигрировали из Латвии на Запад и в конце 40-х годов ХХ века оказались в Австралии. Именно там Валда Ошс устраивала свою личную жизнь и карьеру. На ее интерес к гражданской авиации, видимо, повлиял отец, который еще в Латвии также занимался авиацией. В 1956 году В. Ошс получила диплом пилота гражданской авиации и десять месяцев работала в единственной авиакомпании Австралии, допускавшей к такому занятию женщин. В итоге она стала первой латышкой-пилотом гражданской авиации в Австралии. Затем авиакомпанию закрыли, и Валда была вынуждена перейти на работу в бюро другой подобной организации. Затем она вышла замуж за Байрона Хью Ламонда и родила сына. Жизнь, к сожалению, сложилась не так, как хотелось бы – единственный сын оказался больным, летать возможности не было. Тяжелые переживания довели до самоубийства, такой же конец для себя вскоре избрали и ее родители. В прессе и книгах имя Валды Ошс-Ламонд упоминается редко. Music and Ideology: Musical School in Rezekne after World War II
No full textThe aim of the article is to reflect the processes and problems of musical education renewal, which the teachers of Rezekne Secondary Music School faced under the circumstances of sovietisation, by evaluating to what extent the old elite (pre-war elite of National Conservatory) could adapt to the new circumstances and to what extent it was allowed by the regime. The article is based on the historical analysis of a discourse by evaluating the texts of documents available in the archives and identifying the dominant circumstances under which they have been created. In order to evaluate the principles of ideology influence and formation of social reality, the author compares the texts of the documents and conclusions found there with the opinions of representatives from various scientific areas on the features of musical life in that period of time. During the research, the author established that, on the one hand, the external factors and those, which are subjected to ideology, characterize the activity of the school; however, on the other hand, there are also the internal, as well as determined and retained factors of traditional requirements of music acquisition
