Effect of women's health education regarding life style in reducing value of prolactine in hyperprolactinemia: a prospective randomized controlled trial
Abstract: Hyperprolactinemia is a condition of elevated prolactin levels in blood which could be physiological, pathological, or idiopathic in origin. Similarly elevated prolactin levels could be associated with severe clinical manifestations on one side of the spectrum or be completely asymptomatic on the other side Aim: To give health education for women underlying forms of prolactine drugs for hyperprolactinemia. Sampling: convience sample started from April 2019 to March 2020 . Design method: Prospective study (randomized controlled trial). Setting: This study was conducted at the laboratory of the Woman’s Health University Hospital, Assiut University. Results: Based on current results, it is illustrated that there are statistical significant difference between study and control group regarding prolactine value, as the majority of studied women have a normal value in study group and abnormal value in control one p-value 0.001.Discussion: Counseling and educational programs about hyperprolactinemia help reduce risks and complications connected with this condition and thus increase the quality of marital life. Conclusion: Health education for women under drugs of hyperprolactinemia is effective in reduce level of prolactine. Recommendations: Life style, feeding habits and sexual behaviors are must included in the management protocols of hyperprolactinemia.

A new reading for the Abbasid dinar in the name of caliph Al-Mu tamid Ala Allah (AH 256-279) minted in Al-Ma Suq 271 AH
The case of a dinar minted ill 271 AH recording the he Caliph
al-Mu'tainid 'ala Allah (256-279 AH), al-Mufawwatj ila Allah (256-278 H),
and an enigmatic mint place is discussed in the paper. The Author attempts to
offer a new reading of the toponym of the mint using literary sources. The love
story between al-Mu'tamid and a Bedouin girl, seems to unveil the identity of
the mysterious mint
Hybrid load balance based on genetic algorithm in cloud environment
Load balancing is an efficient mechanism to distribute loads over cloud resources in a way that maximizes resource utilization and minimizes response time. Metaheuristic techniques are powerful techniques for solving the load balancing problems. However, these techniques suffer from efficiency degradation in large scale problems. This paper proposes three main contributions to solve this load balancing problem. First, it proposes a heterogeneous initialized load balancing (HILB) algorithm to perform a good task scheduling process that improves the makespan in the case of homogeneous or heterogeneous resources and provides a direction to reach optimal load deviation. Second, it proposes a hybrid load balance based on genetic algorithm (HLBGA) as a combination of HILB and genetic algorithm (GA). Third, a newly formulated fitness function that minimizes the load deviation is used for GA. The simulation of the proposed algorithm is implemented in the cases of homogeneous and heterogeneous resources in cloud resources. The simulation results show that the proposed hybrid algorithm outperforms other competitor algorithms in terms of makespan, resource utilization, and load deviation
Rethinking Lavoix's Attribution of the Dinar dated 210 AH/AD 825-826
The paper aims at reconsidering a dinar attributed to the 'Abbasid caliph al-
Ma’rnun (198-218 AH/AD 813-833), first published in 1887 by the French
scholar H. Lavoix. Later on, this attribution was repeated, without questioning, by a number of scholars despite the fact that - at the beginning of the 20th
century - the Sicilian numismatist B. Lagumina had noticed that the legends
on the gold specimen in the BnF's coin cabinet were comparable to the silver
issues of the revolt leader Mansur b. Nasr al-Tunbudr. The author of this contribution proves, using historical sources and through a close scrutiny of the
known specimens, both in gold and silver, that the dinar catalogued by Lavoix
is a gold issue minted in al-Qayrawan by Mansar b. Nasr al-Tunbudr and that
it cannot be considered, as previously believed, as an Abbasid dinar

Psychometric Characteristics of the Wish to Be Dead Scale (WDS) in Iranian Psychiatric Outpatients
The Wish to be Dead Scale (WDS) was administered to a convenience sample of 200 Iranian psychiatric outpatients. Using a Principal Component Analysis, two factors were identified, labeled Lack of purpose in life (F1), and Lack of interest in living (F2). The WDS had good reliability and significant positive correlations with scores on the Beck Suicide Ideation Scale and with other measures of mental ill-health. This study provides evidence of the usefulness of the WDS for assessing psychiatric patients. © 2016, The Author(s)
Psychometric properties of the persian version of the love of life scale
A love of life is defined as an overall positive attitude toward life and a liking for life. The present study was designed to evaluate the psychometric characteristics of a Persian version of the Love of Life Scale using a convenience sample of 145 Iranian female volunteer college students (M age=23.0 years, SD=3.4). The mean score on the Love of Life Scale was 61.08 (SD=11.40). A principal component analysis with a Varimax rotation yielded two factors labeled (a) Positive Attitude Towards Life and Happy Consequences of Love of Life and (b) Meaningfulness of Life. Cronbachs alpha was .94 and the one-week testretest reliability was .85. Love of Life Scale scores had significant positive correlations with scores on the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, the Satisfaction with Life Scale, the General Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Adult Hope Scale. The scale displayed negative correlations with the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale and the Wish to be Dead Scale. It was concluded that the Persian form of the Love of Life Scale can be recommended for future research on positive psychology. © The Author(s) 2016

An overview of selective laser sintering and melting research using bibliometric indicators
The aim of this paper is to present an overview of published research in selective laser sintering/melting (SLS/M), by using bibliometric indicators. Bibliometrics is the quantitative statistical analysis of written publications, such as articles or books. It is useful for displaying and classifying information according to selected variables, such as authors, journals, citations, countries, and institutions. This type of review provides a clear picture of research in a targeted area, such as the most cited research, author with most publications, journal with most published papers, and universities and countries producing the largest amount of research in the target area. The Web of Science database was used to collect data on the topic of interest. The results reveal that the Rapid Prototyping journal is the most productive journal in this field, where the Huazhong University Science Technology is the most effective institution. Also China is the most productive country, whereas USA is the most influential country
