Polskie leksemy o rdzeniu piecz-/piek- pochodne od piec się
No full textIn this article, the author presents the lexical family with piecz-/piek- roots. A pool of 39 lexemes was extracted from all the available lexicographic sources of historical vocabulary and presented in the form of a word-forming cluster. The goal of the analysis was to display the internal structure of the chronological derivation of the core of the cluster, piec się with the group of terms of varying degrees of derivation. The analysis is an attempt at explaining the meaning behind the formations with piecz-/piek-roots. The reconstruction of the cluster leads to a discussion of the observed transformations, as well as identifying the nature of the changes to the meaning of specific units. To a large extent, the semantic modifications discussed contributed to constraints in the meaning. Once the primary meaning had disappeared, Polish language users would gradually become less aware of the word formation of the derivatives. No full textArtykuł zawiera wyniki badań korugacji koła pojazdów szynowych. Praca dotyczy problemu zjawisk kontaktowych wywołanych tarciem zwrotnym. W praktyce ten rodzaj zużycia występuje na powierzchni ciernej kół zestawów kołowych pojazdów szynowych jako równomiernie rozłożone wzniesienia i wgłębienia – określane jako zużycie krrugacyjne. Autor w swoich badaniach, dotyczących rozwiązania tego złożonego problemu, przeprowadził badania statystyczne, numeryczną symulację komputerową, badania stanowiskowe oraz badania eksploatacyjne na obiekcie rzeczywistym. W badaniach uwzględniono wpływ charakterystyk współczynnika tarcia na powstawanie zużycia korrugacyjnego. Zużyciu korrugacyjnemu towarzyszy zjawisko wywołane tarciem zwrotnym typu przyleganie – poślizg. W literaturze spotyka się nazwy tego zużycia określane jako zjawiska kontaktowe typu stick-slip.The paper presents the results of tests of rail vehicles wheelsets corrugation. In the paper the contact phenomena caused by reverse friction are discussed. In practice, this type of wear is found on the frictional surface of rail vehicle wheelsets in the form of bumps and hollows evenly distributed, called the corrugations wear. To solve this complex problem, the author has done the statistics tests, numerical computer simulation, bench tests as well as in-service tests on a real object. The effect of friction coefficient characteristics on occurring the corrugation is taken into consideration in the tests. This wear is followed by phenomenon caused by the reverse friction of type stickslip. In literature this wear is often referred as a contact phenomenon of stick-slip type

Nie byłoby nic nowego w tym ujęciu, gdyby nie fakt zakotwiczenia rozważań w kontekście potrzeb, a ściślej mówiąc, dostarczania bezpieczeństwa i wzajemnym udziale w jego kreowaniu. Autorka zakłada, że bezpieczeństwo − zdefiniowane jako usługa dostarczana przez państwo w sposób kolegialny − może być istotnym przedmiotem wymiany społecznej. Przez prześledzenie wybranych teorii potrzeb, hierarchizujących konieczność ich zaspokajania oraz przywołanie głównych tez twórców teorii wymiany, podjęto próbę ukierunkowania rozważań na rodzaje interakcji oraz na to, co warunkuje ich istnienie.The aim of this study is to draw the attention to the possibility of using selected constructs of the exchange theory to the model of social interactions. There would be nothing new in this approach, if not the fact anchor considerations in the context of the needs, and more specifically the provision of the security and mutual participation in its creation. The author assumes that security defined as a service provided by the state in a collegial way can be an important subject of the social exchange. Through selected theory of needs which hierarchies and also recalls the main founders of the exchange theory an attempt to focus discussion on the forms of the interaction, and on the factors which determine their existence was made

Enhanced confinement induced by pellet injection in the stellarator TJ-II
No full textEnhanced confinement is observed in neutral beam injector (NBI)-heated hydrogen discharges made in the stellarator TJ-II after the injection of a single cryogenic fuel pellet into the plasma core. In addition to the expected increase in electron density, ne, in the core after pellet injection (PI), the plasma diamagnetic energy content is seen to rise, with respect to similar discharges without PI, by up to 40%.
Furthermore, the energy confinement time, sE diag, as determined using a diamagnetic loop, is enhanced when compared to predictions obtained using the International Stellarator Scaling law [H. Yamada et al., Nucl. Fusion 45, 1684 (2005)] and the triple product, ne _ Ti _ sE diag, exhibits a clear bifurcation point toward an improved confinement branch as compared to the branch product predicted by this scaling law. In general, once such a pellet-induced enhanced confinement (PiEC) phase has been established, it is characterized by steepened radial density gradients, by more negative plasma potential in the core, more negative radial electric fields, Er, across a broad plasma region, as well as by reductions in density and plasma potential fluctuations in the density gradient region. In addition, experimental observations show increased peaking of core radiation losses, this pointing to edge/core plasma decoupling. In parallel, neoclassical simulations of reference and PiEC plasmas predict increased particle and energy confinement times during a PiEC phase together with a more negative Er profile. Qualitative rather than quantitative agreement with experimental parameters is found, indicating that turbulence seems to play a significant role here. In summary, single cryogenic pellet injection facilitates the achievement of an enhanced operational regime that was previously not observed in NBIheated discharges of the TJ-II.This work is financed by grants PID2020-116599RB-I00 and PID2021-125607NB-I00, funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033.
