No full textImmersion displacement technique innovated by introducing of hydrofluoric acid in solution for Cu deposition was used to decorate porous silicon with Cu. Porous silicon surface was found to be covered by Cu nanosized crystals. Simultaneously porous silicon skeleton was observed to dissolute during Cu solution immersion step. Principally different nanosized objects from porous silicon covered with separated or coalesced Cu nanoparticles to porous Cu membranes were formed. It was found variation of porous silicon preparation regimes allows creating both the rectifying and the ohmic Cu/porous silicon contacts. Crystallographic orientation of the initial Si and porous silicon porosity were revealed to strongly effect on conductivity of Cu films. Finally free standing porous silicon layer was converted into flexible porous Cu membrane by displacement method. Thickness of Cu membrane reached to 25 μm and its electrical conductivity was equal to 60-70% of bulk Cu
Electrochemical Deposition and Characterization of Ni in Mesoporous Silicon
No full textNickel nanowires have been formed by stationary electrochemical deposition of nickel into mesoporous silicon templates from the modified Watts bath. Monitoring of the porous silicon potential during the electrochemical deposition has given the determination of the emergence of Ni on the outer surface of porous layer. Maximum filling factor of porous silicon with Ni has been achieved to 67%. The pore dimensions have been found to define the length and diameter of the Ni nanowires that have equaled to 10 mu m and 100-120 nm, respectively. The polycrystalline nature of the nickel nanowires, as well as the expansion of nickel lattice constant in comparison with bulk material has been established by analyzing the X-ray diffraction spectra. The synthesized samples have possessed ferromagnetic properties, which have been confirmed by temperature measurements of the magnetization. Smaller values of the specific magnetization of the Ni/PS samples and the atomic magnetic moment of Ni atoms at the low temperature with respect to those of bulk material have been suggested to be mostly caused by formation of nickel silicide at the beginning of the Ni electrochemical deposition. A Verified Algebra for Linked Data
No full textA foundation is investigated for the application of loosely structured data on the Web. This area is often referred to as Linked Data, due to the use of URIs in data to establish links. This work focuses on emerging W3C standards which specify query languages for Linked Data. The approach is to provide an abstract syntax to capture Linked Data structures and queries, which are then internalised in a process calculus. An operational semantics for the calculus specifies how queries, data and processes interact. A labelled transition system is shown to be sound with respect to the operational semantics. Bisimulation over the labelled transition system is used to verify an algebra over queries. The derived algebra is a contribution to the application domain. For instance, the algebra may be used to rewrite a query to optimise its distribution across a cluster of servers. The framework used to provide the operational semantics is powerful enough to model related calculi for the Web

Neustrezen prvi kirurški poseg lahko poslabša prognozo bolnikov s sarkomi. V prispevku so opisane nekatere značilnosti sarkomovpoudarek je na sarkomih mehkih tkiv. Opisani so prognostični dejavniki, klinična slika, diagnoza in kirurško zdravljenje. S podatki iz literature in z našimi podatki je prikazan pomen prvega kirurškega posega za bolnike s sarkomi

Соціальне підприємництво як основа для переходу до циркулярної економіки в Україні
No full textIn the article shows that due to the introduction of martial law and hostilities in a significant territory of Ukraine, there is a rapid increase in unemployment, an increase in the number of vulnerable categories of the population, and a weakening of their social protection. It is shown that under these conditions, social entrepreneurship can smooth out several pressing issues in society, as well as speed up their resolution. The activities of social enterprises contribute to solving the problems of socially vulnerable people, their employment, and social adaptation. In the article, the author defined social entrepreneurship as an innovative entrepreneurial activity to obtain profit, which is aimed at solving/mitigating social problems and achieving positive changes in society. The author shows that social enterprises play one of the most relevant roles in the process of transitions from a linear to a circular economy. Such companies use innovative strategic thinking to reduce environmental impact and create higher added value to society because the core business mission is a social one; special attention to sustainability is given by the stakeholders who must be involved in the transition process, such as policymakers, technology, and innovation centers, researchers. In the article, the author investigated the achievement of the mission of social enterprises is in various ways: the sale of goods of own production, the support of various projects (social, cultural, sports), and the employment of representatives of vulnerable groups of the population. In this case, one enterprise can engage in different activities at the same time. Social entrepreneurship is a business solution to acute social problems. This concept differs from charity and traditional business in its way of independence from financial donors and external one’s sources of funding and the opportunity to have status nonprofitability, as it is not created for the sake of benefits or power preferences.У статті показано, що у зв’язку з введенням воєнного стану та проведенням бойових дій на значній території України спостерігається стрімке зростання безробіття, збільшення чисельності незахищених категорій населення, послаблення їх соціального захисту. Показано, що за цих умов соціальне підприємництво може згладити ряд нагальних проблем суспільства, а також прискорити їх вирішення. Діяльність соціальних підприємств сприяє вирішенню проблем соціально незахищених верств населення, їх працевлаштуванню та соціальній адаптації. У статті автор визначив, що соціальне підприємництво – це інноваційна підприємницька діяльність з метою отримання прибутку, яка спрямована на вирішення/пом’якшення соціальних проблем та досягнення позитивних змін у суспільстві. Автор показує, що соціальні підприємства відіграють одну з найбільш актуальних ролей у процесі переходу від лінійної до циркулярної економіки. Такі компанії використовують інноваційне стратегічне мислення, щоб зменшити вплив на навколишнє середовище та створити більшу додану вартість для суспільства, оскільки основна місія бізнесу є соціальною; особлива увага до сталості приділяється зацікавленими сторонами, які повинні бути залучені до процесу переходу, такими як політики, технологічні та інноваційні центри, дослідники. У статті автор дослідив, що досягнення місії соціальних підприємств здійснюється різними способами: продажем товарів власного виробництва, підтримкою різноманітних проектів (соціальних, культурних, спортивних), працевлаштуванням представників вразливих верств населення. населення. У цьому випадку одне підприємство може займатися різними видами діяльності одночасно. Соціальне підприємництво – це бізнес-вирішення гострої соціальної проблеми. Ista glagolska podstava je lahko družljiva z različnimi besedotvornimi morfemi, tipičnimi za to pomensko skupino, vendar take izpeljanke niso (ali pa le zelo redko) stilno enakovredne. Tvorjenke so eno- aki dvoglasne, kar je hkrati z mestom naglasa predvidljivo na podlagi naglasnih lastnosti podstave in obrazila
