    Picemelinus irinae sp. nov. Alekseev & Grzymala (Figs. 8–9) Material examined. Holotype No. 890 - 5 [CCHH], male (Figs. 8–9). The beetle inclusion is preserved in a polished piece of transparent amber with a yellowish shade without any further fixation. The piece is small, irregular in form, with maximum length 12 mm and maximum width 8 mm. The syninclusions are represented by two trichomes. Etymology. Matronymic, this new species is dedicated to the mother of the first author—Irina I. Alekseeva. Type strata. Baltic Amber. Eocene. Type locality. Russia, the Kaliningrad region, the Sambian [Samland] peninsula, Yantarny settlement [formerly Palmnicken]. Description. Length 1.8 mm; moderately convex, elongate. Unicolored, black. Upper surface biseriate, clothed with very short pubescence, one seta arising anterad of each puncture, with additional short, numerous setae between primary pubescence (pruinose pubescence). Body length 1.9 × maximum body width. Elytral length 3.6 × pronotal length. Head. Eyes large, oval, hemispherical, with slight anterior emargination, well-separated from hind margin of head; interocular space narrower than one ocular diameter; temples approximately 1 / 3 of minimum ocular diameter; apical maxillary palpomere elongate triangular; vertex covered by pubescence equal in length and width to elytral pubescence. Antenna (Fig. 8 B) filiform, 11 -segmented, pubescent, reaching middle of elytra when folded backward; scape, antennomere III, and antennomere XI longest; antennomere length ratios: 14 - 4-20 - 5 - 5-6 - 6 - 6 - 6 - 6- 11; antennomere III with two apical projections forming cavity for antennomere IV. Thorax. Pronotum (Fig. 8 A) transverse, width 0.7 × length, widest apically, with very shallow impression laterad of basal angle, disc with pubescence indistinct, punctation dense and coarse. Scutellum subquadrate, without visible punctation or pubescence. Elytron with short, simple pubescence, moderately convex, with slight depression on disc in basal third near suture; sides weakly rounded; width 0.7 × length; punctation dense and coarse; punctures finer towards lateral aspects of disc. Abdomen. Separation of abdominal ventrite I and abdominal ventrite II visible medially and laterally. Legs. Metafemur simple, without visible brush or comb of modified setae. Metatarsomere I length 3.0× metatarsomeres II–IV combined, metatarsomere II bilobed, metatarsomere III concealed. Diagnosis. Picemelinus irinae sp. nov. differs from the only extant described member of this genus from Japan, Picemelinus flabellicornis (Pic, 1910), by the simple instead of flabellate antennomeres V–X.     Vanonus aestiorum sp. nov. Alekseev & Grzymala (Figs. 11, 14– 16) Material examined. Holotype No. AWI-037 [CVIA], possible male (Fig. 14–16). The beetle inclusion is preserved in a polished piece of transparent amber with a yellowish shade without any further fixation. The amber piece is parallelepiped, with maximum length 20 mm and maximum width 11 mm. The plant syninclusions are represented by ten trichomes. Etymology. The species name is derived from the Old Latin names of the West Baltic tribes (Aestorum nationem, Aestiorum gentes, Hesti(s), Aesti/Aisti, Êstum). Type strata. Baltic Amber. Eocene. Type locality. Russia, the Kaliningrad region, the Sambian [Samland] peninsula, Yantarny settlement [formerly Palmnicken]. Description. Length 2.3 mm; moderately convex, elongate; uniformly dark gray. Upper surface biseriate, clothed in short pubescence, one seta arising anterad of each puncture, with additional numerous setae between primary pubescence (pruinose pubescence). Body length 2.9 × maximum body width. Elytral length 1.4 × pronotal length. Head. Eyes large, oval, hemispherical, with distinct anterior emargination; well-separated from hind margin of head; interocular space about as wide as ocular diameter; temples approximately 1 / 5 of ocular diameter; apical maxillary palpomere broad, triangular, slightly rounded; apical labial palpomere wide, possibly subquadrate. Antenna filiform, robust (Fig. 11 B); 11 -segmented, pubescent; reaching basal third of elytra when folded backward; scape, antennomeres III and antennomere XI longest; antennomere length ratios: 10 - 4-8 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5- 10. Thorax. Pronotum (Fig. 11 A) transverse, broadest anterad of middle; finely, densely punctate; with very fine and short simple pubescence, with three faint basal pronotal impressions. Scutellum trapeziform, widest at base. Elytron pubescent, with primary and interstitial setae, moderately convex, slightly depressed on disc in basal third; sides weakly rounded; width 0.55 × length; punctation irregular, moderately dense. Abdomen. Separation of abdominal ventrite I and abdominal ventrite II visible laterally, obsolete medially. Legs. Metafemur slightly curved, with posterior brush of setae running length of metafemur, approximately 1 / 3 × width of metafemur (Fig. 16). Metatarsomere I approximately 2 × metatarsomeres II-IV combined; metatarsomere II bilobed; metatarsomere III small and concealed. Diagnosis.     In the article dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Veniamin V. Alekseev, the author traces the main milestones of the scientific biography of the prominent historian who is a well-known specialist in the field of national history and the theory of historical process and the founder of the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The paper considers the main stages of the formation of the scientist, his scientific, organizational and administrative activities in the field of historical science. The author highlights the scientific results of Academician V.V. Alekseev that made him well known in Russia and abroad, his theoretical and methodological studies and such large blocks of scientific research as the history of Russian modernizations, the phenomenon of Russian regionalism, the history of metallurgy of the Urals and industrial heritage. The article also focuses on the features of the scientific method of V.V. Alekseev and his merits in the formation of the documentary base for historical research

    Program renovace bytů v Moskvě byl úspěšně realizován od roku 1999, ale stojí za zmínku, že prodloužení programu bez zohlednění zvláštností moderní reality je nemožné.Předmětem mé bakalářské práce jsou socioekonomické vztahy v kontextu rozvoje manažerských rozhodnutí na příkladu programu renovace.Hlavním cílem je vyvinout soubor manažerských rozhodnutí zaměřených na zlepšení předpisů pro realizaci megaprojektů ve stavebnictví s přihlédnutím k problémům zjištěným ve studii sociálně neodůvodněných aspektů řízení renovace bytového fondu v Moskvě.Příspěvek analyzuje renovační program Moskvy v souvislosti s prováděním manažerských rozhodnutí o realizaci projektu, renovace je považována za projektového manažera v globálním megaprojektu rozvoje moskevského regionu. Také jsou popsány společensky nepřiměřené manažerská rozhodnutí o realizaci projektu, což znamenalo problémy spojené s postojem obyvatel Moskvy k realizaci programu renovace bydlení. Na základě provedeného výzkumu, stejně jako PEST-analýzy a hodnocení programu renovace jako investičního projektu pro hlavní finanční a ekonomické ukazatele, byla vytvořena řada řídících rozhodnutí, která zlepšují pravidla pro zavádění stavebních megaprojektů s přihlédnutím k identifikovaným problémům.The housing stock renovation program in Moscow has been successfully implemented since 1999, but it is worth noting that the prolongation of the program, without taking into account the peculiarities of modern realities, is impossible.The subject of my bachelor's work are socio-economic relations in the context of developing management decisions on the example of a renovation program. The main goal is to develop a set of management decisions aimed at improving the regulations for the implementation of construction megaprojects, taking into account the problems identified in the study of socially unjustified management aspects of the renovation of the housing stock in Moscow.The current bachelor's work analyzes the renovation program of Moscow in the context of making management decisions on the implementation of the project; renovation is considered as a project driver in the global megaproject of development of the Moscow region. Also socially unreasonable management decisions on the implementation of the project are described, which entailed problems related to the attitude of Moscow residents to the implementation of the housing renovation program. On the basis of the conducted research, as well as PEST-analysis and evaluation of the renovation program as an investment project for the main financial and economic indicators, a set of management decisions was developed, improving the rules for introducing construction mega-projects taking into account the identified problems.Программа реновации жилищного фонда в городе Москве успешно реализуется с 1999 года, однако стоит отметить, что пролонгирование программы, без учета особенностей современных реалий невозможно. Предметом моей бакалаврской работы являются социально-экономические отношения в контексте разработки управленческих решений на примере программы реновации. Главная цель - разработка комплекса управленческих решений, направленного на совершенствование регламента внедрения строительных мегапроектов, с учетом проблематики, выявленной при исследовании социально необоснованных управленческих аспектов реновации жилищного фонда г. Москвы.В работе произведен анализ программы реновации г. Москвы в контексте принятия управленческих решений о внедрении проекта, реновация рассмотрена как проект-драйвер в глобальном мегапроекте развития Московского региона. Также охарактеризованы социально необоснованные управленческие решения по внедрению проекта, повлекшие за собой проблемы, связанные с отношением жителей г. Москвы к внедрению программы реновации жилищного фонда. На основе проведенных исследований, а также PEST-анализа и оценки программы реновации как инвестиционного проекта по основным финансово-экономическим показателям был разработан комплекс управленческих решений, совершенствующий регламент внедрения строительных мегапроектов с учетом выявленной проблематики

    Předmětem výzkumu je LLC "City Ritual". Předmětem výzkumu - zlepšení metod řízení rozhodování v krizových situacích.Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření metody protikrizových opatření pro společnost s ohledem na finanční stav společnosti na trhu v období 2013-2017, analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy, její konkurenceschopnost a možnost rozvoje firmy pomocí strategie diverzifikace.Bakalářská práce má strukturu, která se skládá z úvodu, tří kapitol, závěr, seznam použitých pramenů a literatury, aplikace.První kapitola představuje teoretické a praktické aspekty manažerského rozhodování v krizových situacích. Druhá kapitola představuje přístupy v rozhodnutích přípravě a řízení na trhu rituálu služeb. Ve třetí kapitole je prezentován rozhodnutí řízení realizace na příkladu „Urban ritu.“The object of the research is «Gorodskoy Ritual» Ltd. The subject of the research is improvement of the methods of making management decisions in crisis. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to create methods of anti-crisis actions for a company with its financial conditions on the market between 2013-2017 years. The analysis of external and internal environment of the company, its competitiveness and ability to develop with the help of diversification strategy. The Bachelor's Thesis has a structure which consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of used references and literature, an appendix. In the first chapter some theoretical and legal aspects for making management disicion in crisis are presented. In the second chapter approaches to preparation and making management decissions on the ritual market are presented. In the third chapter realisation of management decisions based on the example of «Gorodskoy Ritual» Ltd is presented.совершенствование методов принятия управленческих решений в кризисных условиях.     Genus Acanthoglyptus gen. nov. Type species. Acanthoglyptus picollussp. nov., here designated. Differential diagnosis. The specimen under consideration is assigned to the tribe Anaglyptini on the basis of the following combination of morphological characters: 1) eyes finely facetted, 2) procoxae rounded, 3) procoxal cavities narrowly open, 4) elytra gibbose at base and without transverse raised ivory-like ridges, 5) antennomeres 3–5 distinctly spinose. The new genus could be associated to the tribe Tillomorphini, which nevertheless, shows closed procoxal cavities. Exceptionally, they are narrowly open in the, possibly polyphyletic, American genus Euderces LeConte, 1850, which, in turn, shows evident transverse raised ivory-like ridges (peculiar character of Tillomorphini), a cribrose elytral disc, divided eyes, antennomere III more than twice as long as IV, etc. Acanthoglyptusgen. nov. differs from the representatives of extant genera with spined antennomeres (Anaglyptus Mulsant, 1839, Oligoenoplus Chevrolat, 1863, Paraclytus Bates, 1884, and Cyrtophorus LeConte, 1850) in the stout elytra and the longer first metatarsomere. For these characters, it resembles the Chinese Yoshiakioclytus Niisato, 2007, which nevertheless, has unarmed antennomeres (Huang & Chen 2016). Considering the species included in Baltic amber, Tillomorphites Vitali, 2011 (Tillomorphini Lacordaire, 1868) is the only genus characterised by spined antennae. It differs from Acanthoglyptusgen. nov. for the not gibbose elytra, much longer and finer antennal spines on antennomeres (in contrast to three shortly spined antennomeres in the new genus), shorter and more robust legs, and elytral pattern formed by transverse reddish band(s). From Clytus (Xylotrechus) pici Piton, the newly described fossil genus can be distinguished by the smaller body size (9.0 mm compared with 15.0 mm in C. (Xylotrechus) pici), the elytra gibbose at base, the antennae longer and apparently spined, and absence of frontal carina. Description. General habitus small, relatively stout, convex dorsally. Head oblique, slightly elongated; frons with longitudinal furrow; antennal tubercles rather elevated and widely separated; eyes shallowly emarginated, finely facetted; last maxillary palpomere elongate, truncate at apex, as long as two previous palpomeres combined; antennae 11-segmented, hardly as long as body in female; antennomeres III–V with long spine at inner side decreasing in length to antennomere III; pedicel and antennomeres III–V with a few semierect setae.Pronotum distinctly narrower than elytral base, elongate, with maximal width in anterior third, sides without lateral tubercle or spine, narrowed posteriorly; base straight, disc moderately convex, covered with dimorphic pubescence; pronotal surface double punctured.Elytra comparatively short (about twice as long as wide, and nearly two and a half times longer than pronotum); base straight with a distinct elongate gibbosity bearing a sparser and finer punctation; humeri rounded; sides slightly constricted in middle, apex rounded; disc covered with obliterate punctation on apical half, and pattern consisting of a recumbent light pubescence.Legs long and slender, covered with recumbent fine pubescence; femora slightly clubbed; tibiae almost straight, with two apical spurs of equal length; procoxae rounded, narrowly separated by prosternal process; procoxal cavities narrowly open posteriorly; mesocoxal cavities open; metatarsi one-half as long as tibiae; metatarsomere I long, hardly twice as long as tarsomeres II and III combined; claws simple.Etymology. The name is a combination of the old Greek word ἄκανθα (ákantha, i.e. thorn, spine) and the Greek root γλυπτός (glyptus, i.e. carved, graved) referring to the tribal type-genus Anaglyptus. Gender masculine. Composition.
