ANALISA KEPUASAN PELANGGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN DI UNIVERSITAS BUNDA MULIA
The purpose of the research is to integrate relevant literature theory and develop a comprehensive research model of service quality to procure customer satisfaction. In this research, we present a holistic systems approach that utilizes total quality management decision in a seamless fashion to improve satisfaction and perception related to the service provided by Universitas Bunda Mulia to the students, students parents, other universities movement students, and other students. At the same time, other university departments’ important objectives, such as the implementation of an ongoing in-house procedure that supports its continuous improvement program, are taken into account. In this research, results that document the improved service quality system performance to procure customer satisfaction are further tested for their reliability and validity. Therefore, the result will be the proper and true relationship between customer satisfaction and perceived service quality that could be used either for Universitas Bunda Mulia or other universities and eduction institutions. Conceptual and managerial implications of the findings should be further discussed by Universitas Bunda Mulia to procure and achieve a much better performance in the next coming years.Key Words- Customer, Satisfaction, and Qualit
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENENTUKAN PARA MAHASISWA MEMILIH KULIAH DI UNIVERSITAS BUNDA MULIA DENGAN METODE FAKTOR ANALISIS
Over the last three years the number of students choosing Bunda Mulia University as a university choice has steadily increased. This phenomenon is clearly portrayed from the results of a study that was undertaken to determine factors that influence choices that senior high school students make decision to enter university. This research examines this phenomenon in the context of students’ choice of a university. Results of a survey of students showed that parents, along with other family and friends, were the most influential sources of information. Factor analysis is a precise method to perform this research, since factor analysis will generate factors that demonstrate acceptable internal consistency and describe the important influences in shaping university preferences. The correlations between the factors and Bunda Mulia University as first university choice are in the expected directions of this research and provide evidence for construct validity of the questionnaire. FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUASAN MAHASISWA SCHOOL OF MARKETING TERHADAP UNIVERSITAS BUNDA MULIA DENGAN METODE FACTOR ANALYSIS
Over the last three years the number of students choosing School of Marketing (SOM) Bunda Mulia University as a university choice has steadily increased. Studies have demonstrated that university preference at the time that students enter university may be significantly associated with their ultimate choice. The main purpose of this research is to examine the role of positive and negative affectivity variables on the relationship between optimism and satisfaction of school of marketing students to the role of bunda mulia university in providing accurate services study programs and student services. Several measurement assumptions were examined with the goal of assessing the program study lectures, validity of services, living environment, university facilities, university library, and general quality of day to day university services. Confirmatory factor an factor mixture analysis of interval data were used to examine the measurement assumptions. A correlated five-factor model for an abridged version of the factor analysis resulted in good fit when all negatively worded items and several positively worded items were excluded. The abridged item version of the factor analysis provides a promising alternative for the measurement of five factors that are pertinent to adolescents’ quality of university sevices either in program study lectures or in quality services to their students. The purpose of this paper is to explore student perceptions of study characteristics of their internships and to explore the relationship between study characteristics and overall satisfaction with their internship experiences. Bunda Mulia University may use this information to enhance the structure and tasks associated to improve university services. This paper also provides a comprehensive look and analysis of study at school of marketing and satisfaction analysis, as they related to satisfaction in an internship environment. In addition, lecturers’ academic qualifications tends to lead to a mismatch between students’ expectations and professional realities, therefore reduces students’ study satisfaction. Primary findings indicate that there is significant cause and effect on the adolescents’ satisfaction with their interpersonal relationships between their life and the virtual world. Social aspects also affect positive organizational outcomes, specifically positive word-of-mouth in society and community
SIMULASI WAKTU TUNGGU MAHASISWA DAN DOSEN DI LAYANAN AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS BUNDA MULIA
The Management of Academic Service continues to be a major challenge for many college, high school and college organizations in providing better services with fewer resources. The allocation of service staffs and response-time in service involve many challenging issues, because the mean and variance of the response-time in service can be increased dramatically with the intensity of heavy traffic. This study discusses how to use simulation models to improve response time in service operation. Performance at the Academic Service as a whole can be considered very good and is still idle due to utilization of Academic Service, which is still equal to an average of 17%, or it can be said that the workload is not too excessive and deemed to be able to serve the students and lecturers. The performance of Academic Sevice University Bunda Mulia can be considered excellent in terms of operations management, as indicated by the average waiting time, which is very short at only 9.10 seconds.Keywords: Queueing System, Waiting Time, and Simulatio

Nota Kesepahaman biasanya merupakan suatu bentuk kesepakatan awal. Oleh sebab itu, substansi dari suatu Nota Kesepahaman biasanya hanyalah mengatur hal-hal yang umum saja dan tidak dimaksudkan untuk mengikat para pihak yang membuatnya. Dalam Nota Kesepahaman yang diadakan oleh PT. Mega Mulia Mandiri dan PT. Rudy Hadisuwarno, substansinya sangat mendetil. Kemudian pada saat PT. Rudy Hadisuwarno tidak melaksanakan kewajibannya sebagaimana diatur dalam Nota Kesepahaman, PT. Mega Mulia Mandiri mengajukan gugatan wanprestasi ke pengadilan. Pengadilan yang mengadili kasus ini menganggap bahwa Nota Kesepahaman yang mereka adakan itu berlaku dan mengikat para pihak yang membuatnya. Oleh karena itu, pengadilan memutus perkara berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip dan asas-asas yang terdapat dalam hukum perjanjian Indonesia dan menggunakan Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPer) sebagai dasar hukumnya. Dalam kasus ini, terlihat jelas bahwa kekuatan mengikat dari Nota Kesepahaman yang diadakan oleh PT. Mega Mulia Mandiri dan PT. Rudy Hadisuwarno sangat berbeda dengan Nota Kesepahaman pada umumnya. Sebenarnya, jika dilihat dari substansinya maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Nota Kesepahaman tersebut telah memenuhi syarat-syarat sahnya perjanjian dan unsur-unsur suatu perjanjian menurut hukum perjanjian Indonesia. 影响慈育大学中文系1-4年级学生的口语能力的隐因素分析
This research was conducted to determine the condition and to know how much the influence from any basic knowledge and skills to the Mandarin speaking ability of Bunda Mulia University’s students majoring at Chinese Languange Department from 1st to 4th grades. During the process of collecting data and information, the author has interviewed 137 respondents who are active as students at Bunda Mulia University. Besides asking a variety of information related to this essay, the author also required their examscoresto be further processed by using SPSS-linear regression. Thus, the results can be obtained about correlation between each subject with the speaking subject itself. These results showed that most of the subjects had a significant effect on the ability of students’ speaking. Therefore, the author hopes that in the future students and the faculties may work together, especially in improving the Mandarin speaking skill through any existing curriculum in Chinese Language Department of Bunda Mulia University
STUDY OF STUDENTS' INTERESTS IN LEARNING CHINESE LISTENING AND SPEAKING IN BUNDA MULIA UNIVERSITY
China’s economic development has made tremendous achievements. More and more countries have established cooperative relations with China. In this way, Chinese has become popular and valued for all countries. There are more and more people learning Chinese, including Indonesia. The first thing to learn a language is to "listen" and "speak". For Indonesian students, Chinese is difficult because of the huge differences between mother tongue and Chinese. It will be difficult in listening and speaking for students who have a weak basic. This will make students lose their interest in learning chinese. However, learning interest is one of the indispensable parts of the learning process. Therefore, the author regards this as a research topic. This research uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the students of Grades 2-4 of the Chinese Department of Bunda Mulia University. The result indicates that students have normal level at listening and speaking lessons. Personal influence, college environments, study materials, and teacher's skill are major influence for students
Analysis of Indonesian Students' Mastery in Business Communication Eufemism (Case Study on Students of the Business Chinese Language Study Program of Bunda Mulia University)
Euphemism is a common language phenomenon, and its application in business communication is to enhance the results of negotiations. Therefore, the application of euphemism in business communication is necessary in business negotiations. This research analyzed the A and B syllabus of the "Business Chinese Test (BCT)", based on the questionnaires of third and fourth year students in the Chinese for Business specialization of Mandarin Study Program of Bunda Mulia University, and analyzed the degree of mastery of business euphemisms among Indonesian university students, identify the types of errors and their causes. The research subjects of this study are third and fourth year students in the Business Chinese Study Program of Bunda Mulia University. The research type is a mixed research method. The results obtained from the questionnaire show that compared with the vocabulary category, students have a better grasp of the sentence category. Through the interview results, it can be concluded that the reasons for student’s mistakes in terms of vocabulary and sentence patterns are as follows: first, interference of mother tongue, that is, students unconsciously use their mother tongue to translate and then understanding the meaning of the vocabulary; second, the lack of knowledge of the target language, students simply superpose a vocabulary to understand other vocabulary; third, negative transfer of cultural factors, students use their mother tongue culture to make judgments; fourth, the impact of the learning environment, students lack more rigorous explanations or guidance, and unable to understand or use vocabulary. The reasons for sentence errors include: first, lack of pragmatic awareness, students are not sensitive to sentences with pragmatic functions; second, insufficient language ability, students have insufficient language skills, and some students are unable to correctly understand or use euphemistic expressions; third, is a lack of deep understanding of Chinese culture, because students do not know much about Chinese culture, they will communicate based on the habits of their own country. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions for learners and teachers, hoping to provide some reference for readers
BAGAIMANA CARA YANG TEPAT DI DALAM MENGATUR SERTA MENENTUKAN JALAN HIDUP SERTA KARIR KITA KEDEPANNYA?
This community service activity was conducted in order to ensure that younger and future generations finally have several insights regarding the importance of determining and setting the career path that they want to achieve in the future from the present time in order to ensure that they won’t get lost in determining what they really want to do during the course of their life. It is mainly because most people, particularly those who are from the younger generations, tend to not have a specific and clear intention of what they want to do, or what they want to achieve in their life, in which, they tend to just follow through with their life without having any clear intentions of what they really want to achieve in their life. Therefore, it is important for the younger generations to fully understand the importance and the crucial aspect of understanding their passion, their interest, or their affection toward certain field that they wish to do, in which, such passion could eventually and potentially become their career which they could develop for the entirety of their life. This community service was conducted virtually through Google Meet because of the current COVID-19 pandemic which hamper the possibility that this community service activity was conducted physically to the participants. Meanwhile, a total of 27 participants who participated in this community service session are senior high school students from Bunda Mulia Senior High School. Furthermore, regarding the completion of this activity, author was hopeful that all participants could finally understand the importance of setting their own objectives and career path that they want to pursue in their life in order to prevent them from experiencing much confusion regarding what kind of job or what they want to do during the entirety of their life
