Genotyping of Musa accessions from ITC by DArT markers
Genotyping results obtained with DArT markers for Musa accessions from the ITC. Dataset published in Sardos et al. 2016, plus additional non published data
Multi-fasta file of GRAS Transcription Factors in Angiosperms
GRAS transcription factors (TFs) play critical roles in plant growth and development such as gibberellin and mycorrhizal signaling. We could identify 17 subfamilies for which names were homogenized based on a literature review and described 5 new subfamilies (DLT, RAD1, RAM1, SCLA, and SCLB). This study establishes a consistent framework for the classification of GRAS members in angiosperm species, and thereby a tool to correctly establish the orthologous relationships of GRAS genes in most of the food crops in order to facilitate any subsequent functional analyses in the GRAS gene family. The multi-fasta file containing all the sequences used in our study can be used as database to perform diagnostic BLASTp to classify GRAS genes from other non-model specie
Banana triploid cultivars under osmotic stress conditions
Different banana (Musa spp.) genotypes, composed of auto and allo-triploids, were phenotypically evaluated according to their performance in an in vitro osmotic stress test (5% PEG treatment for 21 days

SSR characterization of the global Musa germplasm collection (ITC)
For the SSR analysis, the pipeline established by Christelová et al. (2011) was used. Briefly, 19 SSR loci (Lagoda et al. 1998; Crouch et al. 1998; Hippolyte et al. 2010) that are well distributed across ten of the eleven Musa genetic linkage groups (Hippolyte et al. 2010) were amplified using a set of M13–tailed specific primers to allow universal labelling with fluorescent dyes
