Android-Based Text Message Security Application With Rivest Method, Shamir, Adleman (RSA)
Security is very important in all aspects to protect data. Text messages on mobile phones, which is sms (short messages service) is one of the
important data that needs a data security system. Data security is used to maintain the confidentiality of important data that we have on mobile devices.
The encryption process is used so that messages cannot be read by other unwanted parties. While the decryption process is used so that the message
can be read back by the intended party. Rivest Cryptography, Shamir, Adleman (RSA) is one of the asymmetric cryptographic algorithms that use a key
pair, that is the public key and private key. The key length can be set, where the longer the key formation bit, the harder it is to solve because it is difficult
to factor two very large numbers. This study applies the Rivest, Shamir, Adleman (RSA) algorithm for text message security applications based on
Android. Based on the research that has been done, the author can draw conclusions, namely: Rivest, Shamir, Adleman (RSA) cryptographic algorithm
can be implemented for text message security Android based. So it is safer to exchange text messages (SMS) so that user privacy is guarantee

Rantauprapat City. Therefore the research that would be used was following a series of quasi-experimental studies. The results of the calculation of the
two-way ANOVA calculation of the post-test minimum self-efficacy scores of students in the class given a realistic approach were 58.0 better than
students in the class given conventional learning 43.0, as well as the maximum self-efficacy scores of students in the class given a realistic approach 69,
0 is better than students who were given conventional learning 58.0, thus with a posttest self-efficacy score for the class given a realistic approach

Sistem informasi dizaman sekarang ini berkembang sangat pesat dan canggih. Akan tetapi selama ini MDTA belum tersentuh oleh teknologi dalam hal data guru dan sistem pelaporan penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Namun karena saat ini ada kebijakan pemerintah untuk memberikan honorarium kepada Guru-guru MDTA haruslah didata secara akurat dengan menggunakan sistem informasi. Sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode waterfall yang merupakan model pengembangan sistem informasi yang sistematik dan sekuensial. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara (interview), dan studi kepustakaan. Dalam pembuatan sistem alat yang digunakan dalam membuat perancangan dan desain sistem informasi ini yaitu dengan menggunakan flowchart. Adapun pemrograman yang digunakan adalah pemrograman website dengan menggunakan database MySQL dan PHP. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah penginputan data guru MDTA, dan mampu mengerjakan tugas dengan tepat dan cermat dalam pengambilan keputusan pada Kantor Kesra Setdakab Labuhanbatu Rantauprapa

The Zoning System for Strategy Development of SMEs Go Online: A Literature Review
This study aims to figure out what the relationship of empowerment of SMEs through methods of zoning as marketing strategy of SMEs in two different markets (offline and online). The zoning strategy with information and communication system integrated brings together socialization and promotion in a market. This system can help the government in taking and formulating policies to unite SMEs in a new market by not leaving the old market. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive. There are three propositions produced in this initial research, the first; Offline and online marketing is very relevant for SMEs in Indonesia. Second; marketing information system is access for SMEs to find out the demand or market needs both domestically and internationally. And third; The zoning system can be used as an online development strategy for SMEs to synchronize two different markets, namely offline and online. tetap produktif (Larassaty, 2020). Pemerintah mempertegas penerapan the new
normal melalui jumpa pers bersama antara Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan
Nasional/Kepala Bappenas, Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Marsudi, dan Tim
Pakar Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19. Pada jumpa pers tersebut
disampaikan Protokol Masyarakat Produktif dan Aman Covid-19 menuju
Normal Baru. Disampaikan juga bahwa the new normal harus dilakukan untuk
menjaga roda perekenomian tetap berjalan dan mengakui kesulitan pemerintah
untuk menerapkan pembatasan sepenuhnya (Muhyiddin, 2020)(Putra, 2020).
