MODELING REGIONAL ALTERNATIVE MANAGEMENT SCENARIOS WITH FUTURE CLIMATIC CHANGE INFLUENCE ACCOUNTING
The methodology of construction of the alternative agricultural production scenarios at regional level includes profitability and feasibility analysis based on assessment the effect of global climate change on productivity parameters for the main agricultural crops, cost efficiency of crop growing and cattle breeding. To propose links between economic adaptation to climate change and carbon (organic C) stock management in agricultural ecosystems for use in developing long-term adoption strategies at regional level, the regional economic-mathematical model was elaborated. It allows us to unify soil C driving variables and human environment factors.Regional Economic-Mathematical Model, Regional Alternative Management Scenarios, Climate change, Linear Programming Task, Model of humus balance, European Russia, Crop Production/Industries, Environmental Economics and Policy, Livestock Production/Industries, Research Methods/ Statistical Methods,
Analysis of the content of the competitive stage in fitness aerobics and the identification of its features
Traditional forms of physical, health–improving and sports–mass work with children, teenagers and students are significantly less attractive to the modern student because it does not meet their needs and the needs of the intensity, creativity and richness of the training process. As a result, there is a need of introducing new methods of physical education for attracting young people to physical culture and sports. Fitness–aerobics is a sport that is rapidly gaining popularity in connection with the implementation of its health, developmental and educational effect. The lack of structure of competition compositions traumatic and complicated elements ensures availability of training in this sport for people of different sex and age and level of physical fitness. Fitness–aerobics attracts a large number of young sportsmen with the opportunity to express themselves through choreography and creative stage imagery combined with true sports values of a healthy lifestyle, beauty, harmony, spiritual, moral and aesthetic development. Fitness–aerobics when of regularity, the optimal volume and intensity of training load contributes to the increase of the development level of motor–coordinating qualities: muscle strength, speed, endurance, accuracy, agility, flexibility, body stability etc. This article presents an analysis of the characteristics of fitness aerobics as a new perspective kind of sport, its differences from sports aerobics and some advantages. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature and generalization of pedagogical experience of practitioners in the field of fitness aerobics. The results of the analysis of scientific and methodical literature have shown the feasibility and effectiveness of fitness aerobics
A Multi-Language Comparison of Influences on Author Verification using Character N-Grams
We create a new multi-language corpus for author verification based on Wikipedia talkpages, and evaluate the influence that differences in topic and time have on character n-gram author profiles. Topic alignment between two texts is found to increase author verification precision, and an authors writing style is found to change over time, but not more significantly after 3 years than after 1 year.Information ArchitectureWISElectrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Scienc
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
The vanishing author in computer-generated works: a critical analysis of recent Australian case law
Abstract
The use of software is ubiquitous in the creation of many copyright works, yet the requirement in copyright law that every work have a human author who engages in independent intellectual effort means that its use may prevent copyright subsistence. Several recent Australian cases have refocused attention on authorship as an essential criterion of copyright subsistence, and these cases suggest that much computer-produced output may be authorless and thus lack copyright protection. This article, the first in a two-part series, analyses how each case deals with the question of authorship of computer-produced works and why the use of software diminishes copyright protection for a significant number of computer-generated works. The article critiques the application of conventional notions of human authorship developed in the pre-computer age to modern productions and suggests alternative approaches to authorship that satisfy both the major objectives of copyright policy and the need to adapt to the computer age. The article argues that, without a broader judicial approach to authorship of computer-generated works, Parliament must remedy the lacuna in protection for these ‘authorless’ works. Possible solutions for reform are suggested. In a forthcoming article, the author comprehensively examines those reform proposals
Diffusive author(s), cohesive author: Analysis of S/N (1994)
This study indicates the ways in which various aspects of the author(s) are brought forth in Dumb type’s performance art, the S/N production. Previous research has suggested a non-hierarchical organization of Dumb type and the absence of a “privileged author” in Dumb type’s collaborative work, S/N. However, the results that I have investigated from member’s interviews on the creative process of S/N along with my analysis of the recorded images of S/N, indicate a different aspect of the author(s). First, S/N was created through, so to speak, the collective ideas of the members of Dumb type. Further, S/N has at least nine quotations from previous performances, installations, and printed writings, besides the work-in-progress technique. Explicating one of the “author functions” as given by Michel Foucault, each text has plural subjects of the author. However, it has been revealed from members’ interviews that Teiji Furuhashi had a decision-making role in selecting the members’ ideas within the performance. Since then, S/N has had plural subjects of creation; however, Furuhashi is one of the subjects of creation along with the “privileged author.” S/N has plural authors (diffusive authors) yet at the same time, it has a “privileged author,” Teiji Furuhashi (cohesive author)
Increase in efficiency of training process of young sportsmen on the basis of the analysis of their readiness

Abstract. Romanenko V., Veretelnikova N. Increase in efficiency of training process of young sportsmen on the basis of the analysis of their readiness. Article is devoted to a problem of creation of educational and training process at beginners. Purpose: to define the main directions of increase in efficiency of training process of beginners on the basis of the analysis of their readiness. Material and methods. Rational creation of training process at stages of long-term sports preparation is of great importance. It influences the level of interest of beginners in occupations, their sports progress, safety of the contingent in educational groups. In recent years at sports schools and clubs the competition between sports sections of single combats grew. For formation of steady interest at beginners in training occupations it is necessary to approach each athlete separately, to consider their psychophysiological and motive features of development. Use in training process of modern scientifically based techniques of training in physical actions, development of physical qualities, assessment of progress of training to increase efficiency of training process and will allow to solve the main objectives of a stage of initial preparation. In a research the following methods were used: tool method, pedagogical testing and methods of mathematical processing of experimental data. Results: On the basis of the analysis of level of readiness of beginners the main directions of their training process are defined. Conclusions: 1) Objective assessment of level of readiness of young athletes allows to reveal the lagging behind parameters and on the basis of it to pick up means and methods for their improvement. 2) The main directions of increase in efficiency of training process of beginners are defined, concern them increase in a share of exercises on development of coordination abilities, flexibility

Acculturation in the Professional Activities of Specialists in International Relations
The article discusses the phenomenon of acculturation in the professional activities of international profile in terms of intercultural communication. The author emphasizes that acculturation problems related to intercultural communication have not only domestic but also international dimension. The article presents the theory and methodology of acculturation problems at different stages ofdevelopment of foreign and domestic scholars (specialists in cultural studies, ethnographers, ethnosociologists) and specifies the defference between the concepts of acculturation and assimilation of national and regional cultures. It further describes the strategy of acculturation (separation, marginalization, integration), emphasizes the role of integration strategy that makes it possible to preserve the cultural identity of a specialist in international relations along with an awareness of the regional culture of the host country. Special attention is given to the task of the university in preventing possible assimilation of future specialists in international relations and building "immunity" to the cultural (regional) adaptation and sustainable cultural identity as a representative the Russia. The article marks the mission of Russian culture as a medium of traditions, moral and spiritual values that built the Russian nation as a single community and state. The author writes that ethno-cultural component brings together many cultures, ethnic groups and nationalities of Russia, forms a common multicultural ground and brings about the need for cross-cultural awareness in international relations. That is confirmed by the State Federal Standard of Higher Education which describes specific competences that students of international relations are supposed to possess

Dissipative Range Scaling of Higher Order Structure Functions for Velocity and Passive Scalars
Differently to Kolmogorov's second similarity hypothesis, we find that the 2n-th order velocity and scalar structure functions scale with n-th order moment of the energy dissipation and the scalar dissipation, respectively. The origins of this scaling are analyzed by the transport equations of the fourth order velocity and scalar increment moments and by direct numerical simulations
