Telkom Indonesia cabang Tenggarong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada responden yang berjumlah 18 responden . Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan PLS sebagai alat hitungnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Matahari Putra Prima Mall Lembuswana Samarinda (Dibimbing oleh Prof. Sukisno Slamet Riadi, SE, MM dan Robiansyah, SE., M.Sc). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Mall Lembuswana Samarinda. Yang kedua adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Mall Lembuswana Samarinda.Penilitian ini menggunakan 40 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Mall Lembuswana Samarinda. Penelitian ini perlu dikaji secara kuantitatif, oleh karena itu jawaban yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner akan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert dalam lima tingkatan. Analisis data adalah proses penyederhanaan data ke dalam bentuk yang mudah dibaca dan diinterpretasikan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data guna menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Perhitungan ini dilakukan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Mall Lembuswana Samarinda
The Roles of Islamic Content Quality and Physical Attractiveness of Muslim Influencer on Social Media Consumption: Likeability as Mediator
This study examines the role of Muslim influencers in presenting high-quality Islamic content and influencer physical attractiveness on social media consumption, with a focus on the mediating effect of influencer likeability. Drawing on Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT), the research contributes to theory development by exploring how Muslim influencers fulfill the social and religious needs of their audience through engaging content and physical attractiveness. The study targets 396 public university students who actively engage with influencer content on social media. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) confirms that influencer likeability significantly mediates the relationship between Islamic content quality, physical attractiveness, and social media consumption. The findings show that both Islamic content quality and physical attractiveness positively influence likeability, which in turn enhances social media consumption. From a theoretical perspective, this research advances UGT by highlighting how religious and cultural factors shape media consumption in the digital age. Managerially, it provides marketers and content creators with insights on balancing content quality and influencer physical attractiveness to boost engagement and consumption, particularly in culturally and religiously sensitive markets
PREDICTING HABITAT DISTRIBUTION OF ENDEMIC AND CRITICALLY ENDANGERED DIPTEROCARPUS LITTORALIS IN NUSAKAMBANGAN, INDONESIA
ROBIANSYAH, I. 2017. Predicting habitat distribution of endemic and critically endangered Dipterocarpus littoralis in Nusakambangan, Indonesia. Reinwardtia 16(1): 11 - 18. - The tree species Dipterocarpus littoralis (Bl.) Kurz. is endemic to Nusakambangan and categorized as critically endangered. In the present study, the habitat suitability of the species in Nusakambangan was predicted using logistic regression analysis and Maxent model. Three topographic variables (elevation, slope, and aspect), distance from river and coastline, and one vegetation index (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI)) as well as two water content indexes (Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) and Normalized Difference Moisture Index (NDMI)) were used as predictors of the models. Employing initial number of 82 presence and 250 absence data of D. littoralis, both models were able to predict the suitable areas for the species with fairly high success rate. The AUC and Kappa value for logistic regression were 0.77 ± 0.027 and 0.34 ± 0.058, respectively, while the respected values for Maxent were 0.91 ± 0.062 and 0.37 ± 0.025. Logistic regression analysis identified a total area of 26.13 km2 to be suitable for D. littoralis, while a smaller suitable area (7.85 km2) was predicted by Maxent model. Coastal areas in the west part of the island were predicted by both models as areas with high suitability for D. littoralis. Furthermore, distance from coastline and river, elevation, NDVI, NDWI and NDMI were suggested to be very important for the species ecology and distribution. The results of this study may serve as a basis for population reinforcement and reintroduction programs of D. littoralis and guide for ecosystem management of Nusakambangan Island as a whole. </jats:p

Teaching English language especially in speaking skills has to consider some techniques and strategies in teaching and learning process, one of them is socio-affective strategies. The researcher was interested to analze the socio-affective strategies that the teacher applied in teaching speaking.
The purpose of this research was to scrutinize the socio-affective strategies used by students in speaking class at SMP Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo: a case study at Eighth Grade B Class. To reveal what the socio-affective strategies applied in teaching speaking at Eighth Grade B class; the researcher formulated the problem statements into: 1) how is the implementation of socio-affective strategies ?, 2) how is the role of teacher in supporting the socio-affective strategies used by students in speaking class at SMP Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo ?.
This research employed qualitative approach, and the design was case study was conducted on the Eighth Grade B class of SMP Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo, and focused on the description of using socio-affective strategies in teaching speaking at the Eighth Grade B class of SMP Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo. The data in this research is collected through interview, observation, reviewing the documents. The data were analyzed by using data Mattew B Miles and Michael Hubberman’s view of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion.
The result of this research revealed that (1) the implementation of socio-affective starategies is devided into three activities namely; Pre activities, main activities, and the last activities. In pre activities there are two activities, greeting and apperception. In main activities, teacher applied “socio-affective stratgies. The findings that. In the last activities the teacher gave an evaluation and motivation. In evaluation activity a teaching and learning process need to be evaluated. (2) Those the role of the teacher is as follow in supporting the implementation of socio-affective strategies at Eighth Grade B Class of SMP Maarif 1 Ponorogo is very important because as a teacher holds an important position in the learning process. The roles teachers play in English Language Teaching (ELT) field are mostly of an assessor, organizer, facilitator, prompter, motivator, participant, monitor, model, etc
