Contributi di: Roberta Bocconcelli, Marco Cioppi, Alfredo D’Angelo, David Doninotti, Gaetano Fausto Esposito, Gioacchino Garofoli, Alessandro Giovannini, Giada Mainolfi, Antonio Majocchi, Vittoria Marino, Raoul Minetti, Fabio Musso, Alessandro Pagano,Cosetta Pepe, Paolo C. Internazionalizzazione e oltre. Le imprese italiane e il sistema paese fra strategie e realtà competitiva

Recensione critica a: S. F. Musso (a cura di), Tecniche di restauro. Aggiornamento

Since 2003 the Chapter on Italian Copyright Law in the Treatise is written and updated every year by A. Musso (M. Fabiani had written it through 2002). As well as all the other national chapters (plus a chapter on European Law and a general Introduction), the "Italian" chapter deals with the Italian Law on Copyright and related rights, updated every year with all the relevant new provisions and the main decisions of higher and lower courts. In this 23rd release, a substantial and deeper review/update off all the issues related to copyright or related rights has been made by the Author, especially on links with international subject-matter (e.g. comparison of terms), on-line uses and possible infringement by Internet Service Providers (with changes in the main index, too). Due to the many entries in alphabetical order, every new release is divided in two papery volumes: the entry "Italy" is in Volume 2
Communicating sustainability through social media in the Italian universities context
The research purpose is to analyze how social media can be adopted to communicate sustainability by universities. More precisely it is to investigate whether the online platforms are used to support and in what way the main communication functions with reference to sustainability. The methodology adopted is qualitative, a content analysis regarding the sustainability messages posted by universities from the sample of six Italian universities selected for research from the list of Italian University Network for Sustainable Development. The study confirms the three main functions of universities social media with regard to the sustainability communication. They consist mainly in information, action, and community creation. In particular, the results show that universities mostly use
the social platform to for the action and communication function. Whilst, more rarely, universities use the social platform to feed and activate stakeholders, through dialogue, in community building, trying to create strong links between individuals and groups specific sustainability issues of common interest. The limits of the research, refer to characteristic of the sample of the selected universities essentially, and to the implicit subjectivity of method adopted. It highlights the need for universities to develop a more specific relational orientation, consistent with the
characteristics of social media, capable of promoting inclusive processes of the various stakeholders aimed to create active involvement in the sustainability strategies and practices of the university. The study provides important insights into the sustainability communication carried out by universities. The study offers an original interpretation of social communication for sustainability in the university sustainability sector

From 2003 to 2016, Prof. Alberto Musso has written and up-dated every year this Chapter, priorly written by Prof. Mario Fabiani. In particular, since 2003, the Chapter has analyzed the main changes in Italian Copyright Law, both from European sources - the Italian implementation of Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society (legislative decree N° 68/2003); of Directive 2001/84/EC on the resale right for the benefit of the author of an original work of art (Legislative Decree N° 118/2006); of Directive 2011/77/EU on the term of protection of copyright and certain related rights (Legislative Decree N° 22/2014); of Directive 2012/28/EU on certain permitted uses of orphan works (Legislative Decree N° 163/2014) - and from only national provisions (e.g. Articles 15, sec. 3, and 15-bis of the Italian Copyright Act on public performances of protected works in libraries, museums or cultural clubs.; the link with the Regulation of the Italian Authority on Communication about copyright protection on the net, pursuant to Article 32-bis of Legislative Decree N° 177/2005, and to Legislative Decree n° 9/2008 on audiovisual rights on sport events, etc.). These positive sources are always accompanied - also with criticism - by a wide description of case law and scholars' constructions of law and pratice of copyright and related rights in text and footnotes
Car-Sharing: Current and Potential Members Behavior Analysis after the Introduction of the Service
Even though the first attempt to develop a vehicle-sharing system can be traced around 1950, only in the last decade it was possible to see an increase both in members and in service providers. This increase is mainly fostered by strong developments in the IT sector, which allow car-sharing companies to offer easier solutions to their members, such as vehicle localization and booking and electronic payments. A crucial point in setting up a car-sharing is to identify the willingness of the potential users to use the service.Aim of this study is to analyze this point through a survey, conducted on the summer of 2015, on the mobility behavior of the citizens in Turin, and their behavior toward car-sharing in particular. The main objective of this survey was to analyze how citizens changed their mobility behavior immediately after the introduction of the free-floating service mode. Furthermore, the survey was mainly focused on young persons, being this target of users more opened to innovations and more affected by budget limitations. Over a sample of about 1300 respondents (this number makes it one of the largest in the literature so far), more than 70% are male, in about 60% of the cases the age is between 18 and 24 years old, they mainly live in households of 4 persons, with 2 cars for each household
