For some people, this behavior is a natural thing in the world of entertainment, but for others it is a matter that violates the normative. It is often performed by the actors who play a role in a television broadcast program, the implications of such behavior in fact inconsistent with the values or religion, culture, and age restictions. However, regulation of such behavior of considered weak because it does not specify the prohibition of such behavior. On the hand, this regulations become something protected, there will be the possibility of some people who give propaganda against male behavior feminine through broadcast media. Result found first, that the feminine male behavior is not accordance with norms of religion, and culture. Second, the absence of regulation significantly explain the behavior of men who resemble women in the Code of Conduct of Broadcast (P3) and the Broadcast Program Standards (SPS) 2012. Akhir-akhir ini kontestasi politik sering dikait-kaitkan dengan berbagai macam ucapan-ucapan yang pada akhirnya memancing konflik sehingga perpolitikan di tanah air semakin menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya dalam kajian komunikasi politik. Segala ucapan yang disampaikan oleh para tokoh komunikasi politik dianggap sebagai suatu hal yang menarik untuk dikaji. Berbagai macam ucapan, ujaran ataupun pernyataan nyatanya bisa memberikan efek terhadap lawan bicara sehingga pesan-pesan komunikasi politik dianggap mempunyai sebuah simbol-simbol tertentu, baik secara verbal maunpun non-verbal. Kendati demikian, komunikasi politik yang disampaikan oleh para aktor politik ternyata bisa memberikan efek yang luar biasa terhadap lawan politik. Bukan hanya sekedar ucapan, bahkan gestur tubuh bisa menjadi sebuah senjata pesan politik yang dapat memberikan efek kepada lawan politik. Oleh karena dalam penelitian ilmiah ini nantinya akan membahas lebih dalam bagaimana simbol-simbol perpolitikan seperti ucapan ataupun gesture tubuh bisa memberikan efek yang luar biasa kepada lawan politik. the extent to which the success of Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) to empowerment of Muslim communities in
North Sumatera. As it is understood, political communication aims to construct, create and reinforce political
messages, so that it succeeds in building a good opinion in the minds of the public towards about the party. And
then the community gave support to the PKS.The results of this study reveal, that: First, the form of internal
communication using communication down (downward communication)downward communication is a one-way
communication that is a command to perform various programs of DPP which is downgraded to DPW to be
implemented. While the form of external communication is the community empowerment program that has been
successfully implemented is the Smart House, Healthy House, House of Concern, Home Alert and Disaster
Response, Indonesian Family Home, Aspirations Home, House of Shariah Consultation, and lectures home.
These programs are a form of political communication of PKS in the empowerment of Muslim communities in
North Sumatera. Second, the media of PKS political communication in empowering the Muslim community
using print and electronic media that are cooperative. Especially, PKS of North Sumatera has not owned its
own mass media such as newspapers, magazines, television and radio. Related about it, PKS also uses
WhatsApp facilities, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. Third, the internal constraint faced is the
commitment of the cadres to provide the best in accordance with the mottos “respect for the community”, while the external barrier is the emergence of new political parties with various identities, still rampant money politics activities making people immature in politics. Fourth, PKS has been able to raise the trust of the people of North Sumatera, especially the Muslim community that PKS is truly a people oriented towards a society that is just, prosperous and dignified

The research results explain that religion moderation in the city of Aek Nabara is local wisdom. The sociological and cultural ties between people of different religions in the city of Aek Nabara have been going on for a long time and there has never been any conflict between religions. There are six roles of religion figures in building religious moderation in the city of Aek Nabara. First, supporting the government in promoting religious moderation and national commitment. Second, informing and explaining the principles of religion moderation to the public. Third, building harmony between religious communities in the city of Aek Nabara. Fourth, caring for and building togetherness to build religious moderation. Di era modern dan canggih saat ini, Masyarakat memiliki akses di berbagai sumber berita. Salah satu problem yang ada yaitu bagaimana masyarakat menggunakan etika jurnalistik saat meliput di media sosial, terutama bagi mereka yang bukan berprofesi sebagai jurnalis. Salah satunya akun media sosial yang lagi naik daun yaitu Akun Instagram @News Sumbar adalah outlet berita profesional dan platform untuk jurnalisme warga. Manajer akun Instagram @NewsSumbar melakukan pencarian informasi dan berita sendiri dan menerima konten yang dikirimkan masyarakat untuk akun tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menyelidiki dan mengungkap bagaimana implementasinya dalam beretika. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Studi pustaka adalah metode yang digunakan penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dan analisis isi dengan model analisis wacana VAN DIJK digunakan dalam penelitian menganalisis data. berita yang diposting pada akun Instagram @NewsSumbar telah menerapkan prinsip kebebasan bertanggung jawab dan etika jurnalistik fairness Akun Instagramnya @NewsSumbar masih bermasalah dalam etika komunikasi Islam, kritik konstruktif serta akurasinya dalam menyebarkan berita. Idealnya check dan rechek perlu dilakukan untuk jurnalis, juga keadilan dan kesopanan dalam membuat berita.

Abstract:
In today's modern and sophisticated era, the Society has access to a variety of news sources. One of the problems that exists is how people use journalistic ethics when reporting on social media, especially for those who are not journalists by profession. One of them is a social media account that is on the rise, namely the Instagram account @News West Sumatra is a professional news outlet and platform for citizen journalism. Instagram account managers @NewsSumbar do their own information and news searches and receive content that the public submits for the account. The purpose of this study is to investigate and reveal how it is implemented in ethics. The methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Literature study is the method used by the research in this study. Data analysis techniques and content analysis with the VAN DIJK discourse analysis model are used in data analysis research. news posted on @NewsSumbar Instagram account has applied the principles of freedom of responsibility and journalistic ethics fairness His Instagram account @NewsSumbar still problematic in the ethics of Islamic communication, constructive criticism and accuracy in spreading the news. Ideally checks and checks need to be done for journalists, as well as fairness and courtesy in making news.

This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive case study approach, which describes a specific, limited, in-depth case using a variety of sources, such as interviews, observations, documents. This research aims to find out the communication patterns carried out by teachers in dealing with children with disabilities. Children with special needs (ABK) have the same rights as other normal children in all aspects of life. disability itself is a disease with nerve disorders that inhibit the motor system. It is a congenital disease or can also be caused by an accident. In carrying out teaching and learning activities, it is certainly not the same as teaching normal children. Teachers and parents are important supporters in guiding children with disabilities, especially in the world of education, not only teachers at school, parents at home can also be teachers for their children.
